Abstract

Vakuum Abwasser Sammelsysteme auf Schiffen sammeln bisher Gas-Luft-Flüssigkeitgemische in den Vakuumrohrleitungen und transportieren diese zur Vakuumerzeugungseinheit. Bei horizontalen Zuleitungen zur Vakuumerzeugungseinheit sind wegen des Flüssiganteils meistens mehrere parallele Rohrleitungen mit Transporttaschen erfoderlich, um den Flüssigkeitstransport sicher zu gewährleisten.
Das neue Verfahren soll durch die Separation von Gas und Flüssigkeit zu vereinfachten Rohrleitungssystemen, verringerter Anzahl von Vakuumerzeugereinheiten und damit erhöhter Zuverlässigkeit und Kosteneinsparungen führen.
Beim neuen Verfahren werden Flüssigkeit und Gas-Luft in den Separations Tanks getrennt. Das Gas-Luft-Gemisch wird über weiniger Vakuumrohrleitungen mit kleineren Querschnitten zur Vakuumerzeugungseinheit gefördert. Transporttaschen sind nicht erforderlich.
Die Flüssigkeit wird vom unteren Teil des Separations Tanks automatisch mittels niveaugesteuerter Abwasserpumpen abgesaugt. Die weitere Förderung des Abwassers erfolgt unter normalen Bedingungen - nicht unter Vakuum.
