Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for driving at least one wiper arm of a Windscreen wiper system according to the preamble of the claim 1.
Antriebsvorrichtungen für Wischerarme von Scheibenwischanlagen
sind in den unterschiedlichsten Ausführungsformen
bekannt. Bekannte Antriebsvorrichtung
für Scheibenwischanlagen weisen einen elektrischen
Antriebsmotor auf, der eine Drehrichtungsumkehr
an den jeweiligen Endlagen der Wischerarme
aufweist.
Drive devices for wiper arms of windscreen wiper systems
are in a variety of embodiments
known. Known drive device
for windscreen wiper systems have an electric
Drive motor, which reverses the direction of rotation
at the respective end positions of the wiper arms

In known wiper systems with a rotary drive, at the two or three wiper arms largely perform synchronous oscillations and the be driven by means of a rotary motor, Often the problem is that the wiper linkage has a relatively large space to the rotary motion of the rotary motor via a Crank drive in the necessary pendulum movement of Implement wiper arms.
An object of the present invention is therein, a generic device for driving to provide at least one wiper arm, which has a reduced installation volume.
This task is the subject of the independent Claim solved. Features of advantageous developments The invention will become apparent from the pending Claims.
Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention
A device for driving at least one wiper arm a windscreen wiper system with the features the preamble of claim 1 sees according to the present invention, that a crank mechanism to implement a rotational movement of a Drive motor in a pendulum motion of at least a wiper arm a coupling rod and an articulated with this connected drive rod includes, and that the drive rod a substantial has shorter length than the coupling rod. To realize this, is the drive rod in a central region of the coupling rod articulated with this. To this Way, the drive rod may have a length, the less than half the length of the Coupling rod amounts, so that the installation volume of entire drive linkage compared to conventional Facilities can be significantly reduced.
As a drive motor is preferably an electrical operated rotary motor used, the output shaft a uniform - possibly adjustable or controllable - Drehb wegung supplies that over the crank mechanism of the drive device in the pendulum motion the wiper arm or the wiper arms is implemented. The use of a rotary motor has the advantage that elaborate control measures account for reversing the direction of rotation of the engine can. It only has to be the speed of rotation of the motor can be specified. The realization of the Pendulum movements including the definitions of each End positions of the wiper arms are exclusively about the length and the articulation points the wiper linkage and the crank mechanism.
An embodiment of the invention provides that the drive rod hinged to one with an output shaft the drive motor rotatably connected first crank rod is articulated. Preferably the coupling rod articulated to a first end one with a drive shaft of the at least one Wischerarms rotatably connected second connecting rod hinged. Furthermore, it can be provided that the drive rod is cranked and at least in sections within or near a movement plane the coupling rod is arranged. On this way can be achieved that the necessary Construction volume for the drive device weitest is minimized. By adapted cranks the coupling rod and / or the drive rod can reduces and reduces the required installation volume the existing installation conditions, eg. Within be adapted to a body structure.
The coupling rod can articulate with a second end at one with a second drive shaft of a second wiper arm non-rotatably connected third Be articulated crank rod. That's how it works the coupling rod for the synchronization of the pendulum movements the two wiper arms. The crank mechanism is via the connection of the drive rod realized with the coupling rod. In this way describes each point of the coupling rod an arcuate Oscillation while the drive rod at its articulation with the coupling rod a arcuate pendulum motion and at its joint with the first connecting rod of the drive motor describes a circular motion. In this way is the desired crank mechanism realized.
Possibly. can a third wiper arm with a third Drive shaft be present, over the already existing coupling rod or alternatively via a additional coupling rod with the drive for the coupled to both other wiper arm. Such a third wiper arm can, for example, in commercial vehicles Make sense to have a relatively wide windshield exhibit.
The coupling rod can optionally be a curved or have a straight contour. Also the drive rod may be curved or S-shaped, for example be bent to the construction volume as much as possible to adapt to the requirements or as far as possible to minimize.

The following description of the invention Drive device initially refers to the Figures 1 to 3 alike. It will only a few differences between the figures separately mentioned.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Antriebsvorrichtung 10 zum
Antrieb zweier Wischerarme (nicht dargestellt) einer
Scheibenwischanlage umfasst einen elektrischen
Antriebsmotor 12, der als sogenannter Rundläufermotor
weitgehend konstante Drehgeschwindigkeiten an
Blech o. dgl. bestehen.A
Die Antriebsvorrichtung 10 umfasst weiterhin zwei
Antriebswellen 22, 24, auf die Wischerarme aufsteck-
und befestigbar sind. Eine erste Antriebswelle
22 ist drehbar an einem freien Ende 26 eines
am Sockelmodul 16 befestigten Auslegers 28 gelagert.
Dieser stangenförmige bzw. stabförmige Ausleger
28 ist starr mit dem Sockelmodul 16 verbunden
und definiert die räumliche Zuordnung des elektrischen
Antriebsmotors 12 zur ersten Antriebswelle 22
bzw. der zweiten Antriebswelle 24 zur ersten Antriebswelle
22. Die zweite Antriebswelle 24 ist
drehbar im Sockelmodul 16 gelagert.The
Der Ausleger 28 kann eine gestreckte oder gekrümmte
Kontur aufweisen, je nachdem welche Einbauverhältnisse
im jeweiligen Kraftfahrzeug vorliegen. Als
Ausleger 28 kann wahlweise auch eine U-fömige, eine
L-förmige oder anderweitig versteifte Blechstange
o. dgl. Verwendung finden.The
Hierzu
ist ein erstes Ende 40 der Koppelstange 38 gelenkig
mit einer zweiten Kurbelstange 42 verbunden,
die drehfest mit der ersten Antriebswelle 22 für
den ersten Wischerarm (nicht dargestellt) verbunden
ist. Das zweite Ende 44 der Koppelstande 38 ist gelenkig
mit einer dritten Kurbelstange 46 verbunden,
die drehfest mit der zweiten Antriebswelle 24 für
den zweiten Wischerarm verbunden ist. A
Die erste Kurbelstange 32, die zweite Kurbelstange
42 und die dritte Kurbelstange 46 sind jeweils als
kurze Blechabschnitte ausgebildet. Im gezeigten
Ausführungsbeispiel weisen die Kurbelstangen 32, 42
und 46 jeweils die gleiche Länge auf. Je nach Bedarf
können sie jedoch auch unterschiedliche Längen
aufweisen. Hierdurch können unterschiedliche Übersetzungen
realisiert werden, was bspw. zur Erzielung
unterschiedlicher Wischfelder für die beiden
Wischerarm sinnvoll sein kann. The first connecting
Eine weitere Achse bzw. Antriebswelle 48, die drehbar
im Sockelmodul 16 gelagert sein kann und
beabstandet von der zweiten Antriebswelle 24 angeordnet
ist, kann zum Antrieb eines weiteren Wischerarms
dienen. Derartige Antriebsvorrichtungen
Another axis or drive
Pendelbewegung der Koppelstange 38.As already clearly apparent from FIGS. 1 to 3
is, the
Die Figuren 1 bis 3 verdeutlichen eine Ausgestaltung
der erfindungsgemäßen Antriebsvorrichtung 10,
bei der sowohl der Ausleger 28, die Koppelstange 38
wie auch die Antriebsstange 34 jeweils eine gekrümmte
Kontur aufweisen, die an die zur Verfügung
stehenden Platzverhältnisse einer bestimmten Einbaulage
angepasst sind.Figures 1 to 3 illustrate an embodiment
the
Die Koppelstange 38 kann entsprechend der Figuren 1
und 2 als einfaches Rohr mit abgeflachten Enden 40,
44 ausgebildet sein, das im mittleren Bereich 36
einen Gelenkzapfen bzw. eine angeschweißte Achse
zur gelenkigen Verbindung mit der Antriebsstange 34
aufweist. Ggf. kann die Koppelstange 38 im mittleren
Bereich 36 ebenfalls abgeflacht sein (vgl. Figuren
3 und 4), was zur Verringerung des Einbauvolumens
sowie des notwendigen Platzbedarfs für die
Pendelbewegung sinnvoll sein kann. Figur 4 verdeutlicht
The
Anhand der perspektivischen Ansichten der Figuren 5
bis 7 werden die Vorteile der erfindungsgemäßen Antriebsvorrichtung
10 besonders deutlich. Figur 5
verdeutlicht eine Ausführungsform, die einen herkömmlichen
Kurbeltrieb aufweist, bei dem eine relativ
lange, herkömmliche Gelenkstange 52 an der
zweiten Kurbelstange 42 der ersten Antriebswelle 22
angreift. Es wird hierbei deutlich, dass die Antriebsstange

Teilen der Karosseriestruktur bzw. mit Komponenten
des Fahrzeugs kollidiert. Die übrigen Komponenten
in Figur 5 entsprechen denen der bereits beschriebenen
Antriebsvorrichtung, so dass auf weitere Erläuterungen
hierzu verzichtet werden kann. With reference to the perspective views of Figures 5

Figur 6 verdeutlicht in einer Gegenüberstellung die
Verbesserung der erfindungsgemäßen Antriebsvorrichtung
10, bei der die herkömmliche Gelenkstange 52
durch die neue Antriebsstange 34 ersetzt wird. Zur
besseren Veranschaulichung sind beide Komponenten
eingezeichnet.Figure 6 illustrates in a juxtaposition of the

Die Figuren 7 und 8 zeigen verschiedene Ansichten
der innerhalb der Karosseriestruktur montierten Antriebsvorrichtung
10. Deutlich erkennbar wird hierbei
der nur geringe Raumbedarf für die Pendelbewegung
der Kurbelstange 38 sowie für die Antriebsbewegung
der Antriebsstange 34. Die sehr kurz ausgeführte
Antriebsstange 34 benötigt keinen zusätzlichen
Raum für ihre Drehbewegung bzw. Pendelbewegung.
steuerbaren Rundläufermotor aufweist.FIGS. 7 and 8 show different views
