Abstract

  • des moyens formant solénoïde qui sont aptes à délivrer un champ magnétique selon une direction sensiblement parallèle à direction de translation du plongeur, qui sont montés dans le corps en étant sensiblement coaxiaux avec le poussoir et qui définissent une surface d'appui sensiblement coplanaire à ladite face du corps,
  • une armature apte à être entraînée en translation simultanément au poussoir, réalisée en un matériau sensible au champ magnétique, et qui comprend une surface de contact située en regard de la surface d'appui appartenant aux moyens formant solénoïde, de manière à venir en butée contre cette surface d'appui pour bloquer en position le poussoir avec un force d'attraction prédéterminée.

Claims (10)

  1. Fluid distributor, especially a hydraulic handler, of the type comprising:
    - a body (5) having at least one cavity (4) of which one end (9) emerges onto at least one face (8) of said body (5);
    - at least one pressure reducer (2) which is mounted in the body (5) and comprises a push-rod (11) mounted in a movable manner at the emerging end (9), a plunger (3) mounted in the cavity (4), and a regulating spring interposed between the push-rod and the plunger, the said plunger being mounted in a manner oscillating in translation in order to perform the function of a pressure reducer, the equilibrium of which pressure reducer depends upon the compression of the regulating spring imposed by the driving-in of the push-rod and upon the regulating pressure at the outlet which is to be delivered to a downstream device;
    - a control component (6) suitable for modifying the driving-in of the push-rod (11) in order to control the value of the pressure delivered, said control component (6) being mounted in a pivoting manner opposite the said face (8) of the body (5) and comprising at least one finger (10);
    - means (15) forming a solenoid which are capable of delivering a magnetic field in a direction substantially parallel to the direction of translation of the plunger, are mounted in the body (5) while being substantially coaxial with the push-rod (11), and define a support surface (17) which is substantially coplanar with the said face (8) of the body (5);
    - an armature (16) which is capable of being driven in translation at the same time as the push-rod (11), is made of a material sensitive to the magnetic field, and comprises a contact surface (18) situated opposite the support surface (17) belonging to the means (15) forming a solenoid, in such a way as to abut against said support surface in order to lock the push-rod (11) in position with a predetermined force of attraction;
    the said distributor also comprises means (20) for coupling the armature (16) onto the finger (10) which delimit a window (21) into which said finger projects substantially transversely;
    characterised in that the push-rod (11) is mounted in the armature (16) in a manner passing through with clearance in order to project into the window (21), and in that the finger (10) is interposed between the coupling means (20) and the push-rod (11).
  2. Fluid distributor according to Claim 1, characterised in that the coupling means (20) and the armature (16) together delimit the window (21).
  3. Fluid distributor according to Claim 2, characterised in that the coupling means comprise a stirrup (25) which defines the upper strut (26) and the sidewalls (27, 28) of the window (21), the lower strut (29) of said window (21) being defined by the armature (16).
  4. Fluid distributor according to Claim 3, characterised in that the finger (10) is in punctual contact with the upper strut (26) of the window (21).
  5. Fluid distributor according to Claim 4, characterised in that the finger (10) comprises a spherical tip (30) on which the upper strut (29) of the window (21) rests.
  6. Fluid distributor according to any of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the armature (16) comprises a disc made of ferrous material.
  7. Fluid distributor according to Claim 6, characterised in that the stirrup (25) is over-moulded onto the disc (16).
  8. Fluid distributor according to any of Claims 3 to 6, characterised in that the stirrup (25) and the armature (16) are in one piece with each other.
  9. Fluid distributor according to Claim 6, characterised in that the upper strut (26) and the sidewalls (27, 28) are added onto the disc (16) by screwing.
  10. Fluid distributor according to Claim 9, characterised in that the sidewalls (27, 28) are distance-pieces (35, 36) through which screws (37, 38) pass.
