Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for sewage classification of Wastewater constituents in the inflow of wastewater discharge plants, pumping stations, Wastewater control plants or a sewage treatment plant, which at different Charging variants by gravity, pressure and surge operation with serial arranged plant systems, starting with a stone catch, following round cyclone and Conveyor screen, it allows continuous removal of sediment, To reach suspended matter and screenings from the incoming wastewater stream and at Relief facilities to leave filterable wastewater ingredients in the sewer system. Of the Current state of the art is characterized by the occasional critical location of a Channel network a stone trap is arranged so that in the further course of the channel strand the Damage to the pipe system in the sole area is minimized. Sand traps in the sewer network or to arrange in front of pumping stations is technically not common in open channeling because this creates a cost-intensive operating point and continue through the Sedimentation of sandy fractions also biogenic substances are sold, the more necessary Way, must be biodegraded on the sewage treatment plant.
In the promotion of wastewater pumping systems are usually all incurred Wastewater ingredients, in some cases with upstream stone catcher without stone material, completely forwarded via the pressure pipe system. The occurring damages and consequential costs by the promotion of sediments (sand and stone fractions) over the pumping systems of the Wastewater networks are significant and affect the efficiency and thus the Delivery rate of the pumps.
The usual system arrangement in the inlet to a sewage treatment plant with rake and Subsequent sanding is the current effort to manage sewer systems and automatically flushed by means of sewage control systems over long distances, in technical contradiction.
Previous attempts with the surge management of sewage networks, especially in Eisenach make it clear that with a forwarding of surge waves in one partially filled channel wastewater ingredients such as sediments, floating and suspended matter ziehamonikaartig be pushed together and abruptly on the rake in front of the Set sewage treatment plant, so that a failure of Rechenguteräumäumers is possible and not early deblocking of the rake even the emergency overflow can start. This Factual situation is thereby reinforced because also on the Schwallstrecke located Sediment (sand and stones) suddenly reached the rake and thus the Screening scraper can overwhelm and damage its performance.
beinhaltet.According to
Since the round cyclone according to the invention is equipped with a surge deflection in front of the computing inlet to the conveyor screen, it is avoided that a tapered shaft can act unrestrained on the conveyor rack and affect its function. Due to the positively driven radial movement of the incoming wastewater, the remaining sedimentable materials are deposited in the sand stacking space of the cyclone. To optimize the settling effect of the sediments, the invention provides that one or more tangentially arranged jet pipes are arranged in the round cyclone, which are fed via a circulating pump under wastewater discharge from the inlet channel via the intake manifold, whereby the centrifugal movement of the waste stream improved and possibly lighter biogenic Materials are stirred up in the conical settling space of the sand trap, so that a deduction can be made via the conveyor belt rakes.
The sand removal from the sand stacking space is according to the invention via a center arranged sand extraction pump realized.
For safety reasons, it makes sense to use two conveyor rakes parallel or should be operated reciprocally, thus according to the invention the possibility the further outflow after flowing through the conveyor belt by two lateral openings in the side wall of the central structure of the inlet channel direction Supply sewage treatment plant.
The conveyor belt of the conveyor belt is at least one over variable speed, electromotive corrugated shaft drive, which in one non-skid, ripple-like surface is running circumferentially. Accumulating rough Floating and suspended matter, so-called screenings, the conveyor belt because of predetermined minimized slot widths between the bars does not happen and lies down by the flow pressure of the waste water to the inclined at an angle α conveyor belt, is by the circulation effect by means of the attached to the conveyor belt upright bristles Abwurfpunkt transported and falls there in the receiving hopper below arranged Screenings. Further adhering screenings may be below the drop point in addition by means of a motor-driven brush shaft arranged to the Conveyor belt rotated in opposite directions, removed and subsequently into the receiving hopper of Rake material be thrown. Below the cyclone-side Z-corrugated shaft slide the Bristles of the conveyor belt permanently over a smooth balk, preferably made of PE material exists to prevent raking over the sweeping area of the sweeping board can flow into the inlet channel. So that at an angle α operated conveyor belt does not sag and still can not be washed around umläuf, are according to the invention Sliding rails are arranged on both sides of the frame construction. The conveyor belt consists of horizontally arranged rods made of stainless steel with minimized slot widths, the Woven with stainless steel wires are circumferentially elastically connected to the conveyor belt, wherein the rippled surface of the corrugated shafts engage in the slot widths and a prevent slippage, allowing a continuous orbital motion of the Förderbandrechens is guaranteed.
Since the sewage treatment plant intake must be kept constant as a rule, is at the end of Inflow channel depending on the local conditions irrespective of the max Round cyclone or in the range of Förderrechrechens a pumping station or a Sewage control system [ASA-SDS], which has the function of throttling on the planned mixing or waste water feed Qm (1 / s).
In a further wastewater control variant within the sewer network can of course arranged in front of a pumping station according to the invention only a round cyclone be waived and thus on the installation of a Förderrechrechens, if it is ensured that the accumulated screenings for the pump of the pumping station no functional problems.
The arrangement of discharge systems in the mixing system depends on the location of the duct system and the use of drainable receiving water, this is the arrangement of one or more modified conveyor rake arranged in the form of Förderbandfilterrechen that allow due to the refined filter fabric against the conveyor belt rake an inflow into the discharge space , In order to prevent dislocations of the conveyor belt filter fabric arranged at an angle -α by more solid wastewater constituents, the conveyor belt filter fabric is moved circumferentially counter to the flow direction of the wastewater to be relieved via a motor-driven corrugated shaft drive. So that adhering particles can not get into the discharge space, according to the invention, at least one spray system is alternatively provided with an electric motor brush shaft in the region of the discharge point of the respective conveyor belt filter rake. To operate the sprayer, at least one pressurized water pump is installed in a pump sump within the discharge chamber, so that subsequently the feed of the sprayer can be ensured via a pressure line. In order to prevent an underflow of the channel-side corrugated shaft, an adjustable wastewater circulation protection is provided on the underside of the frame construction of the conveyor belt filter. Furthermore, an emergency overflow above the respective central structures, as well as openings in the side walls based on the construction features of the conveyor belt rake is provided. To improve the clamping force in the rotating conveyor belt filter erfindungsgsgemäß a tensioning device is attached to the frame construction. To control the discharge water quantities is proposed in the discharge area of the discharge space to provide an ASA-E weir, which is lowered vertically on reaching the planned storage target, so that the overflow volume can be relieved in the outfall. A special variant according to the invention can also arise from the fact that a competing computer system, or a wastewater control system, or a pumping station or a pipe culvert can be arranged in the outlet area of a round cyclone. In all cases, meaningful wastewater special solutions can be implemented.
Fig. 1 shows a 3D representation of the serially arranged plant systems consisting of stone trap (2) , round cyclone (4) and the meaningful safety reasons installation of two parallel to be operated conveyor rake (15) . The inflow of the wastewater via the stone trap (2), in which a removable catcher (3) is integrated so that, as required, coarser sediment components can not get into the round cyclone (4) . The radial inlet (8) in the N * Qt circulation chamber (7) by the arrangement of at least one jet pipe (13) via a circulating pump (14) under sewage extraction via the intake (6) from the inlet channel (38) of the central structure ( 25) is significantly enhanced, so that the necessary sedimentation of fine sand sediments in the sand stacking space (10) and rejection of the radial inlet (8) at the surge deflection (11) before the computing inlet (29) can be seen. The necessary removal of sand can be carried out as required via the sand removal pump (9) arranged centrally in the settling chamber (5). Furthermore, it can be seen that the discharged wastewater with its floating and suspended particles via the computing inlet (29) , at an angle α (36) inclined conveyor belt rake (15) is fed. After flowing through the conveyor belt (20) , the rake-free wastewater flows through lateral openings (27) of the side walls (34) of the central structure (25) , depending on the flow scheme, in the inlet channel (38) to a pumping station (39) , wastewater control system (1) or a wastewater treatment plant (55) .
Das Förderband (20) besteht aus waagerecht angeordneten Stäben (35) aus Edelstahl mit minimierten Schlitzweiten (33), die mit edelstahlverwebten Drähten umlaufend mit dem Förderband (20) elastisch verbunden sind, wobei die riffelartige Oberfläche (26) der Riffelwellen (31) in die Schlitzweiten (33) eingreifen und ein Durchrutschen verhindern, sodass eine kontinuierliche Umlaufbewegung des Förderbandrechens (15) gewährleistet ist.2 shows a 3D representation of the conveyor belt rake (15) from which it can be seen that the conveyor belt (20) of the conveyor belt rake ( 15) has at least one speed-variable electromotive corrugated shaft drive (32) , in which the corrugation shaft (31) has a non-skid, has corrugated surface (26) and is moved circumferentially. Accumulating coarse floating and suspended matter, so-called screenings can not pass the conveyor belt (20) due to the predetermined minimized slot widths (33) between the rods (35) and settles by the flow pressure of the waste water to the at an angle α (36) inclined conveyor belt (20) , is conveyed by the circulation effect by means of the attached to the conveyor belt (20) upright bristles (18) to the discharge point (16) and falls there in the receiving hopper ( 17) of the screen below arranged Rechengutpresse (30) . Further adhering screenings can also be ejected downstream of the discharge point (16) by means of a motor-driven brush shaft (19) , which rotates counter to the conveyor belt (20) and subsequently thrown into the receiving hopper ( 17) of the screenings press (30) . Below the cyclone-side Z-corrugation shaft (37), the bristles (18) of the conveyor belt (20) permanently slide over a smooth sweeping plate (24) , preferably made of PE material, to prevent over-sweeping of the sweeping plate (24). Screening material in the inlet channel (38) of FIG. 1 can flow. So that at an angle α (36) operated conveyor belt (20) does not sag and still can not be washed around the Förderbaridrändern (21), according to the invention on the frame structure (28) on both sides sliding rails (22) are arranged. The conveyor belt (20) consists of horizontally arranged rods (35) made of stainless steel with minimized slot widths (33) , which are connected elastically with stainless steel interwoven wires circumferentially with the conveyor belt (20) , wherein the corrugated surface (26) of the corrugation shafts (31) in engage the slot widths (33) and prevent slippage, so that a continuous orbital movement of the Förderrechrechens (15) is ensured.
Fig. 2.1 shows a 3D representation of a detail of the Förderbandrechens (15) , wherein the conveyor belt (20) on the slide rails (22) according to FIG. 2, which are fixed to the frame structure (28) according to FIG. 2 rests and further the linked rods (35) of the conveyor belt (20) with the slot widths (33) are recognizable.
