Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'anastomose intratubulaire permettant d'assembler des parties d'un organe creux après une invagination et comprenant un anneau et un support de jonction. L'anneau d'anastomose présente une longueur d'un fil formé dans un alliage à mémoire de forme variant entre un état plastique à une température basse et une conception de jonction élastique à une température plus élevée, définissant une forme circulaire et présentant des extrémités chevauchantes; l'anneau joignant des parties adjacentes de l'organe contre le support, entraînant l'anastomose entre ceux-ci. Le support présente une paroi latérale cylindrique et des parois terminales transversales à celle-ci; une ouverture permettant de faciliter le flux et des organes permettant de mettre en contact fonctionnel le support et un applicateur permettant de positionner le support de manière adjacente à l'anneau, aux fins de jonction mutuelle des parties des parois de l'organe. Dans une chirurgie effractive d'excision d'une partie de l'intestin malade ou posant des problèmes, l'excision est effectuée au moyen d'un anneau d'anastomose et d'un support de jonction, de manière à obtenir une anastomose, réduisant ainsi sensiblement le risque de fuite et aucune agrafe, ni suture ne restant dans l'intestin ayant subi une anastomose.
