Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de serrage monté sur une machine-outil, destiné à un arbre creux (2) qui présente, dans sa cavité, des rampes de serrage (7). Le dispositif de serrage comprend des griffes de serrage (6) qui sont montés dans l'arbre moteur (5) de la machine-outil, peuvent être actionnées par une tête de serrage pouvant se déplacer axialement, guidée dans l'arbre moteur (5) et viennent s'appuyer contre les rampes de serrage (7) par des faces inclinées (13) dont l'inclinaison correspond, pour effectuer le serrage. Le dispositif de serrage (1) comprend une pince de maintien (8) associée à l'arbre moteur (5), sur laquelle sont formées des languettes de maintien (9) qui s'étendent parallèlement aux griffes de serrage (6) et font ressort dans le sens radial. Ces languettes de maintien présentent des faces de maintien (10) dont l'inclinaison correspond à celle des rampes de serrage (7) de l'arbre creux (2) monté sur la machine-outil et reposent contre ces rampes de serrage (7). Chacune des languettes de maintien (9), vu depuis l'arbre moteur (5), présente, dans le sens axial, devant sa face de maintien (10), sur la surface située radialement à l'extérieur, une face de centrage (11) qui vient reposer contre l'extrémité libre de l'arbre creux (2).
