Die statische Mischvorrichtung 1 weist zudem ein Anschlussstück 11 (siehe auch Figur 8) sowie ein Eingangsstück 8 und ein Endstück 9 auf (siehe auch Figuren 5 und 6). Das Anschlussstück 11 dient zum Anschluss der statischen Mischvorrichtung 1 an eine nicht im Detail gezeigte, insbesondere handelsübliche Austragvorrichtung. Es können bspw. Steck-, Schraub- und/oder Spannverbindungen vorgesehen sein zur Anbindung an eine solche Austragvorrichtung. Die statische Mischvorrichtung 1 wird in der Hauptflussrichtung H von einer Mehrzahl, insbesondere zwei zu mischenden, insbesondere fliessfähigen, viskosen Substanzen durchströmt. In der Regel muss hierfür aufgrund des Gegendrucks der Mischelemente ein Arbeitsdruck in der Grössenordnung von bis zu 6.0 bis 6.5 bar in Hauptflussrichtung H aufgewendet werden. Die Mischelemente A und B sind in dem Ausführungsbeispiel alternierend in Hauptflussrichtung H folgendermassen angeordnet: A, B, A, B, usw.. Die einzelnen Mischelemente A,B sind hierbei mit in Haupflussrichtung H zunehmendem Verdrehwinkel α angeordnet, und zwar jeweils jedes nächste Mischelement A bzw. B um zusätzliche 90° gegenüber der Lage des vorangehenden Mischelements A bzw. Bevorzugte Materialien für die Mischelemente A,B, Eingangs- und Endstück sowie die Hülse 10 sind insbesondere Polypropylen (PP), Polyethylen (PE) und Polyamide, welche ggf. glasfaserverstärkt sein können. Selbstverständlich können jedoch für den jeweiligen Anwendungszweck auch andere Materialien, insbesondere Kunststoffe oder auch Metalle ausgewählt werden; derartige Materialien und ihre spezifischen Vorzüge sind dem Fachmann bekannt.Figure 7 shows a sleeve 10 for receiving a plurality of mixing elements A and B, the input piece 8 and the end piece 9. Es wurden Vergleichsversuche einer erfindungsgemässen statischen Mischvorrichtung 1 mit je 11 Mischelementen A und B gemäss der in Figur 1 gezeigten Anordnung mit einem Standard-Mischer Mixpac von Statomix (Innendurchmesser 10mm, Länge 217mm) vorgenommen. Hierbei wurden die Komponenten des Zwei-Komponenten Klebstoffs Dinitrol 512 2K HM über die statischen Mischvorrichtungen gemischt und die erzielbaren Klebeeigenschaften anhand der zu verschiedenen Zeitpunkten gemessenen Zugscherfestigkeiten miteinander verglichen. In diesen Vergleichsversuchen wurde Glas mit lackiertem Blech verklebt, wobei beide Substrate mit Glasprimer bzw. Lackprimer vorbehandelt waren. Derartige Vorbehandlungen entsprechen der gängigen Praxis des Fachmanns. Die Komponenten wurden hierbei unter einem Druck von 6 bar durch die statischen Mischvorrichtungen gepresst. Aus den ermittelten Zugscherfestigkeiten ist ersichtlich, dass sowohl kurzzeitig nach der Verklebung als auch in der Endfestigkeit Klebeergebnisse erzielt werden können, welche bei Mischung der Komponenten über eine erfindungsgemässe Mischvorrichtung vergleichbar sind mit einer Mischung der Komponenten über die Mischvorrichtung Mixpac. Aus den erhaltenen Zugscherfestigkeiten der resultierenden Verklebung kann auf eine erzielte Durchmischung der Komponenten geschlossen werden, welche allen Anforderungen genügt. Im Vergleich zu dem Referenz-Mischer Mixpac ist der erfindungsgemässe Mischer jedoch erheblich kompakter bei einer Länge von lediglich 130 mm (bereits incl. Anschlussstück 11 und Hülse 10 mit Auslassstutzen) und einer Breite von 41.5 mm. Claims (16)

  1. Static mixing device (1), containing
    ■ at least one first mixing element (A), which on a front side (V) has a plurality of, in particular, parallel channels (2) running transversely, in particular orthogonally, to a main flow direction (H), the channels (2) not being interconnected, yet having pass-through openings (3) in the main flow direction (H); and
    ■ at least one second mixing element (B), which is in contact with the first mixing element (A) and on a front side (V) has a plurality of, in particular, parallel channels (2) running transversely, in particular orthogonally, to the main flow direction (H), the channels (2) being interconnected; in the channels (2), in particular in side walls of the channels (2), openings (4) being provided, which allow the passage of a medium in the main flow direction (H) from the channels (2) of the front side (V) to the rear side (R) of the second mixing element (B); and on a rear side (R) of the second mixing element (B) there being disposed a plurality of, in particular, parallel channels (2) running orthogonally to the main flow direction (H), which are not interconnected,
    wherein the channels (2) of the first mixing element (A) and of the second mixing element (B) are arranged such that a passage of a medium through the mixing elements (A, B) is allowed.
  2. Mixing device (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the first mixing element (A) has the following features:
    ■ the pass-through openings (3) of adjacent channels (2) are disposed respectively in opposite halves of the front side of the mixing element (A);
    ■ in a middle region of all channels (2), no pass-through openings (3) are provided;
    and/or the second mixing element (B) has the following features:
    ■ on a front side (V), the channels (2) are interconnected by a common connecting channel (5), which is arranged such that its position essentially corresponds to a rear-side region which is free from pass-through openings (3);
    ■ in the region between a first side of the connecting channel and an outer edge of the second mixing element, passages are provided which are not connected to the front-side channels;
    ■ in the region between a second side of the connecting channel and an outer edge of the second mixing element, pass-through openings are provided which are connected to the channels.
  3. Mixing device (1) according to Claim 1 or 2, wherein the first and second mixing elements (A, B) are disposed in alternating arrangement.
  4. Mixing device (1) according to one of the previous claims, wherein the first and second mixing elements (A, B) are configured as stackable plates.
  5. Mixing device (1) according to one of Claims 3 or 4, characterized in that the first and second mixing elements (A, B) are stacked such that they are mutually twisted by an angle (α) related to a comparable structural feature present on both mixing elements, in particular related to parallel channels (2).
  6. Mixing device (1) according to one of Claims 3 to 5, characterized in that
    ■ a second mixing element (B) follows on from a first mixing element (A) in the main flow direction (H), the channels (2) of this preceding first mixing element (A) being disposed parallel to the rear-side channels (2) of the second mixing element (B);
    and in that
    ■ a first mixing element (A) follows on from a second mixing element (B) in the main flow direction (H), the channels (2) of this following first mixing element (A) being aligned at an angle (α) of 90° to the rear-side channels (2) of the second mixing element (B).
  7. Mixing device (1) according to one of Claims 3 to 6, characterized in that the sequence of the first and second mixing elements (A, B) contains paired arrangements (x, x+1, x+2, ...x+n) of the first and second mixing elements (A, B), in each of the paired arrangements (x, x+1, x+2, ...x+n) the channels (2) of the first mixing element (A) being aligned parallel to the rear-side channels (2) of the second mixing element (B), yet the channels of a following paired arrangement (x+1) in the main flow direction (H) respectively being arranged twisted by an angle (α) of 90° relative to a preceding arrangement (x).
  8. Mixing device (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the mixing elements (A, B) have means, in particular ridges and cavities, for stacking secured against twisting, in particular at an angle (α) of 90° or at an even-numbered multiple of 90°.
  9. Mixing device (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that before a first mixing element (A, B) in the main flow direction (H) there is provided an entry piece (8), and after a last mixing element (A, B) in the main flow direction (H), an end piece (9).
  10. Mixing device (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the mixing elements (A, B) and, where appropriate, the entry piece (8) and/or the end piece (9) are disposed, in particular exchangeably, in a casing (10).
  11. Mixing device (1) according to Claim 10, characterized in that the casing (10) is closed off and/or is configured such that it can be closed off, in particular reversibly, with a connector (11) for connection to a discharge device.
  12. Mixing device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 11, detachably or fixedly connectable or connected to a storage container, in particular a multi-chamber tubular bag having at least two compartments.
  13. Mixing device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 11, essentially directly connectable or connected to an outlet of a storage container having at least two compartments, in particular a multi-chamber tubular bag, in a discharge device for letting at least two substances to be mixed out from the storage container.
  14. Method for discharging at least two substances to be mixed, in particular from a storage container having at least two compartments, characterized in that the mixing of the substances is essentially realized by a static mixing device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 11.
  15. Use of a mixing device (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 11 for mixing at least two substances stored in a storage container having at least two compartments, wherein the mixing device (1) is or can be detachably or fixedly disposed on the storage container or a discharge device.
  16. Use according to Claim 15, characterized in that the discharge device in question is a commercially available discharge device for letting single-component or multi-component mixtures out from an exchangeable storage container.
