Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the piston (20) comprises a guiding disc (16) fixed to its pusher rod (14), being preferably plate-shaped, which includes a central portion (28), that extends preferably parallel to the wall of the cylinder (2), and a peripheral flange (25') at its head side or the side facing the working space (26), a support disc (15) fixed to its pusher rod (14), being preferably plate-shaped, which includes a central portion and a peripheral flange (25) at its rear side or the side facing the pressureless space (24), and an annular sealing (17), located at the level between the two peripheral flanges (25, 25') of said support disc (15) and said guiding disc (16) in the circumferential region of said piston (20), which engages the inner wall of said cylinder (2), said sealing (17) being optionally formed of a largely heat resistant and/or largely abrasion resistant polymer, having in particular good running and gliding features, preferably a polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE, Teflon) or a polytetrafluorethylene compound, optionally reinforced by coal or carbon fibres and/or coal or carbon particles having a portion of 10 up to 20 % by weight, preferably 15 to 25 % by weight, of the weight of PTFE or of the PTFE compound.
  3. Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the outer surface of the sealing (17), which faces the wall of said cylinder (2), is curved in a concave manner to the exterior, having in particular a circular curvature, and/or
    - that that side of the sealing (17), which faces the working space (26), comprises a head portion (40) narrow in cross-section and a foot portion (41) broader in cross-section in comparison with said head portion (40) at that side, which is turned away from said working space (26), a recess (43) being optionally formed at the inner surface of said head portion (40).
  4. Device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterised in
    - that a circular ring-shaped, air permeable spring ring (18), preferably a helical pressure spring ring, engages the inner surface of said sealing (17) and is situated between said sealing (17) and said central portion (28) of said guiding disc (16), preferably being inserted, particularly fitted, into said recess (43) in said head portion (40) of said sealing (17), so as to press said sealing (17) against the inner wall of said cylinder (2), and/or
    - that the height (H) of said sealing (17) is smaller than the distance (A) when measured between the inner sides of said peripheral flanges (25, 25') of said support disc (15) and said guiding disc (16), and/or
    - that said spring ring (18), in the course of the movement of stroke of said piston (20), is moveable up and down along said central portion (28) of said guiding disc (16), and that the upwards movement and the downwards movement of said spring ring (18) is limited by said peripheral flange (25') of said guiding disc (16).
  5. Device according to any of claims 2 to 4, characterised in
    - that an end face of said sealing (17), averted from said working space (26), during said compression stroke of said piston (20), engages said peripheral flange (25) of said support disc (15), and that during the suction stroke of said piston (20) an end face of said spring ring (18) and/or of said sealing (17), which faces said working space (26) engage(s) said peripheral flange (25') of said guiding disc (16), and/or
    - that said support disc (15) and said guiding disc (16) are connected to said pusher rod (14) and, optionally to one another at their inner regions.
  6. Device according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in
    - that the whole cross-sectional surface area of said at least one leakage (19) amounts to between 0.005 and 0.1 mm2, preferably to between 0.01 and 0.06 mm2, per cm3 of the stroke volume of said piston (20), and/or
    - that said leakage(s) (19) is (are) in the form of milled slot(s), recess(es), pleat(s), bore(s) or the like and is (are) formed in said support disc (15) and/or in said guiding disc(16) or in the peripheral flange (25) of said support disc (15) and/or in said sealing (17), particularly in that end face of said sealing (17), which faces said peripheral flange (25) of said support disc (15), and/or
    - that the leakages (19) in said support disc (15) and in said guiding disc (16) are aligned.
  7. Device according to any of claims 2 to 6, characterised in
    - that a number of incisions (45), preferably 6 to 12, particularly 8 to 10, are formed in said sealing (17), said incisions (45), starting from the upper end face of the head region (40) of said sealing (17), being optionally formed at least down to a depth to the beginning of a region of contact (44) of said sealing (17) with the inner wall of said cylinder (2), preferably up to the theoretical geometrical line of contact (42) of said sealing (17) with the inner wall of said cylinder (2), and/or
    - that the incisions (45), starting from the upper end face of said head region (40) of said sealing (17), are formed at least up to the lower end of said recess (43), and/or
    - that the incisions (45) are formed in maximum up the beginning of said foot region (41) of said sealing (17), i.e. down to a depth (T), when measured from the upper end face of said head region (40) of said sealing (17), and /or
    - that the surfaces of said incisions (45) are even and extend perpendicularly to the plane of said sealing (17), and/or
    - that the incisions (45) are evenly and uniformly spaced from one another along the circumference of said annular sealing (17), and/or
    - that all incisions (45) are inclined in the same direction relative to the radius (R) of said sealing (17), preferably under an angle (a) between 30 and 80°, particularly between 40 and 70°, and/or
    - that the incisions (45) penetrate completely the head region (40) of said sealing (17) from the outer circumference up to the inner region of said sealing (17), and/or
    - that the incisions (45) have the same shape and/or the same dimensions relative to one another.
