Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Strangpresse, insbesondere zum Herstellen von gekrümmten Strangpreßprodukten, wobei das Preßprodukt in einem an einem Gegenholm der Strangpresse angeordnetem Werkzeug, das üblich ein Druckstück und einen die Matrize aufnehmenden Matrizenhalter umfaßt, geformt und anschließend durch Einwirken äußerer Kräfte gekrümmt bzw. abgebogen wird.The invention relates to an extruder, in particular for the production of curved extrusion products, wherein the molded product in a arranged on a counter-spar of the extruder tool, which usually comprises a pressure piece and a female die holder, molded and then bent or bent by the action of external forces ,
Zur Herstellung von in verschiedensten industriellen Bereichen zu unterschiedlichsten Zwecken benötigten gekrümmten bzw. gebogenen Strangpreßprofilen, die vorrangig aus Aluminium und Magnesiumlegierungen bestehen, ist es für das Strangpressen von Hohlprodukten mit großen Wanddickenunterschieden durch die EP 0 706 843 B1 bekanntgeworden, in einem solch bestimmten Abstand vom Matrizenaustrittsende bzw. Gegenholm mit einem Druckmittel eine Kraft auszuüben, daß sich eine Rückwirkung auf das in der Strangpreßmatrize geformte Profil ergibt. Bei dem Druckmittel kann es sich um eine Andrückrolle, eine eine Querkraft erzeugende Gleitfläche oder einen Rollenkäfig handeln. Ganz gleich jedoch, welches Druckaufbringungsmittel eingesetzt wird, so muß der für die Rückwirkung bestimmte Abstand eingehalten werden, damit das Strangpreßprodukt gleichzeitig mit oder unmittelbar nach dem formgebenden Strangpreßvorgang beim Abbiegen bzw.Krümmen derart beeinflußt wird, daß die in der Strangpreßmatrize gebildeten Werkstückquerschnitte nicht parallel zueinander aus der Matrize austreten, sondern in einem Winkel zueinander stehen. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das gesamte Werkzeug im Gegenholm angeordnet ist. Dadurch, daß abweichend von allen bekannten Ausführungen von Strangpressen, bei denen das Werkzeug bzw. die Matrize dem Gegenholm vorgelagert ist, das Werkzeug erfindungsgemäß allenfalls geringfügig aus dem Gegenholm vorragt, weitestgehend aber bündig mit dessen dem Preßstempel bzw. Aufnehmer zugewandten Stirnseite verläuft, läßt sich erreichen, daß der Strangaustritt so nahe wie möglich nach außen verlagert wird. Damit einhergehend ergibt sich eine frühzeitige Beeinflussung des abzubiegenden Stranges, so daß kleine Biegeradien ausgeformt werden können, weil das zur Biegung zu beaufschlagende freie Ende des Stranges schon nach kurzer Austrittslänge der Biegeeinwirkung ausgesetzt werden kann. Je nach Kraftrichtung des Druckaufbringungsmittels sind hierbei Radien in verschiedenen Richtungen möglich.This object is achieved in that the entire tool is arranged in the counter-spar.
