Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de freinage modulé pour dévideurs (10) de fil de trame, qui comprend un tambour (11) pour stocker une réserve (SF) de fil de trame et un élément tronconique de freinage (16) qui applique une action de freinage qui s'auto-ajuste lorsque le fil (F) se déroule du tambour (11) et dans lequel ledit tambour (11) est doté d'une jupe cylindrique (M) et d'une surface frontale plane (SP) reliés l'une à l'autre par une surface annulaire arrondie (SR), caractérisé en ce que la surface de la jupe (M) du tambour (11) présente différents niveaux de rugosité, une bande de freinage annulaire (FF) dont le niveau de rugosité est plus bas et qui s'étend le long de ladite surface annulaire arrondie (SR) dans la zone qui doit être engagée par l'élément tronconique de freinage (16), le reste de la surface de la jupe (M) situé à l'extérieur de la bande de freinage présentant un niveau de rugosité plus élevé.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit niveau plus élevé de rugosité de la partie de surface de la jupe (M) située à l'extérieur de la bande de freinage (FF) est compris dans la plage allant de 0,8 à 1,2 micromètre et en ce que le niveau de rugosité de la bande de freinage (FF) est compris dans la plage allant de 0,2 à 0,4 micromètre.
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande de freinage (FF) est réalisée en polissant une couche d'un épais placage de chrome, présente une largeur (H) prédéterminée et s'étend symétriquement sur les deux côtés de la circonférence de l'élément tronconique de freinage (16) tangente au tambour (11) du dévideur, le long d'empattements de même dimension (H/2).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite largeur prédéterminée (H) est comprise dans la plage allant de 3 à 7 mm.
