Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Langspänen oder Langschnitzeln aus Holz mit genau definierten Abmessungen. Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass aus einem Rundholz oder einem Baumstamm eine Furnierbahn mit genauer Dicke geschält oder gemessert wird, die Furnierbahn senkrecht zur Faserrichtung mit einem Hacker oder einer ähnlichen Maschine zu Streifen genauer Länge zerlegt und die Streifen mit einem Flake-Splitter oder einer ähnlichen Maschine zu genauer Breite abgetrennt werden.
