Weiterhin sind die Seitenwandungen, wie in Fig. 4 gezeigt, durch einen Schlitz oder eine Nut 14 durchtrennt. Der Schlitz 14 erstreckt sich bis in die jeweilige Längsnut 7 bzw. 8. Bei einem Einschieben in das Rahmenhohlprofil werden somit die Seitenwandungen 15, 16, so wie dies durch die Pfeile P in Fig. 1 gezeigt ist, seitlich eingedrückt und dabei geringfügig verformt. Die entsprechende Seite des Geradverbinders kann somit in das Rahmenhohlprofil eingeführt werden. Sobald dabei die Kante des Rahmenhohlprofils den Schlitz 14 erreicht, stößt diese gegen die Wandung des Schlitzes 14. Dieser bildet somit zusammen mit der Elastizität der Seitenwandungen 15, 16 einen Mittenanschlag beim Einschieben des Geradverbinders. Die Verformung der Seitenwandungen 15, 16 in Richtung der Pfeile P führt zu einer geringfügigen Verringerung der Breite der Längsnuten 7, 8. Claims (14)

  1. Straight connector made of plastic for connecting hollow frame profiles for insulating glazing panels, comprising an elongate basic body (1) whose opposite end regions (2, 3) can each be plugged into a hollow profile, wherein the basic body (1) is provided on one side with a longitudinal groove (4) and on the other side has a base surface (6) with two spaced-apart longitudinal grooves (7, 8), characterized in that the basic body (1) has deformable slats (5) to retain it on the hollow frame profile, these slats being arranged in the longitudinal grooves (7, 8).
  2. Straight connector according to Claim 1,
    characterized in that the slats (5) project beyond the base surface (6).
