  1. A packaging and applicator device (1) for a substance, in particular a cosmetic substance, the device comprising:
    · a receptacle (2) comprising:
    · a rigid body (8) with a first space (3) inside the body for receiving a supply of the substance (P) ;
    · a second space (5) distinct from the first; and
    · a partition (10) pierced by at least one orifice enabling the second space to communicate in a permanent manner with the first space;
    · a first rigid closure member (20) for closing an opening (12) of the first space of the body (8) and fitted to the body (8), and diffusing from a piston;
    · an applicator (4) disposed at least in part in the second space;
    · a second closure member (6) configured in such a manner as to be fastened in removable manner to the receptacle in order to close the second space; characterized by the fact that the first closure member (20) and the receptacle body are arranged in such a manner that the action of putting the first closure member into place, while the second closure member is already in place and the first space (3) is filled with substance, and the receptacle is upside-down, serves to generate extra pressure in the first space (3), thereby forcing the substance (P) to flow into the second space in order to impregnate the applicator z); the first closure member comprising a sealing member sealed in itself bearing against an inside surface of the receptacle body in leaktight manner, during assembly of the first closure member, before the first closure member has reached its final position.
  2. A device according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the partition is made integrally with the body (8) by molding a material.
  3. A device according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized by the fact that it comprises a tubular skirt (9) defining at least part of the second space.
  4. A device according to anyone of claims 1 to 3, characterized by the fact that the first closure member (20) comprises an annular sealing lip (21) bearing against an inside surface of the receptacle body.
  5. A device according to claim 4, characterized by the fact that, during assembly of the first closure member (20), the sealing lip (21) is arranged, to come to bear in leaktight manner against the inside surface of the receptacle body before the first closure member has reached its final position.
  6. A device according to claim 4 or claim 5, characterized by the fact that the lip has a height of at least 3mm, better at least 5 mm.
  7. A device according to claim 6, characterized by the fact that the lip contacts in leaktight manner the body along a height comprised between 3mm and 14mm.
  8. A device according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the over pressure is comprised between 10 millibar and 400 millibar.
  9. A device according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the first closure member (20) is fastened in non-removable manner to the receptacle body without it being possible to move it relative to the receptacle body.
  10. A device according to the preceding claim, characterized by the fact that the first closure member is snap-fastened on the receptacle body.
  11. A device according to claim 9, characterized by the fact that the first closure member is fastened to the receptacle body by adhesive, or heat-sealing, in particular by ultrasound.
  12. A device according to anyone of claims 1 to 8, characterized by the fact that the first closure member is fastened in removable manner to the receptacle body.
  13. A device according to the preceding claim, characterized by the fact that the first closure member is screw-fastened to the receptacle body.
  14. A device according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the first closure member (20) comprises a housing (18) in which a separate element (19) is received, such as a tag or a mirror.
  15. A device according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the first closure member (20) comprises a skirt (46) covering the outside of at least part of the receptacle body.
  16. A device according to the preceding claim, characterized by the fact that the skirt (46) covers substantially the entire receptacle body (8).
  17. A device according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that it comprises an end piece (31) fitted in the opening (12) of the receptacle body and defining a housing in which a second applicator (35) is received.
  18. A device according to the preceding claim, characterized by the fact that the first closure member (20) and the end piece (31) are made in such a manner as to enable the first closure member (20) to be fastened in removable manner to the end piece.
  19. A device according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the first closure member is directly in contact with the receptacle body.
  20. A device according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the first closure member is fastened to the receptacle body in such a manner as to be capable of coming into contact with the substance.
  21. A device according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the receptacle body presents a cross-section over a major fraction of its length that flares going towards the opening.
  22. A device according to anyone of claims 1 to 20, characterized by the fact that the receptacle body presents a cross-section over a major fraction of its length that is constant.
  23. A device according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the first closure member constitutes only the bottom wall of the receptacle.
  24. A device according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the first closure member is circularly symmetrical in shape.
  25. A device according to claim 3, characterized by the fact that the tubular skirt (9) is made with at least one portion in relief (13) enabling the second closure member (6) to be fastened.
  26. A device according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the applicator (4) is secured to the second closure member (6).
  27. A device according to the preceding claim and claim 3, characterized by the fact that the second closure member is made with an outer skirt (45) arranged to fasten to the tubular skirt (9) of the receptacle, and with an inside chimney (44) having the applicator (4) fastened to the end thereof.
  28. A device according to claim 26 or claim 27, characterized by the fact that the partition (10) serves as a seat for the applicator (4).
  29. A device according to anyone of claims 1 to 25, characterized by the fact that the applicator (4) is secured to the receptacle body (8).
  30. A device according to claim 29, characterized by the fact that the body is made integrally with a chimney (17) opening out to the applicator (4).
  31. A device according to claim 30, characterized by the fact that the chimney (17) is made integrally with the partition (10).
  32. A method of manufacturing a packaging and applicator device for a substance, in particular as defined in anyone of the preceding claims, comprising the following steps:
    · placing, in a filler station, a receptacle (2) comprising a body (8) defining a first space (3) opening out via an opening (12) at a first end of the body, said receptacle housing an applicator (4) placed in a second space (5) situated at a second end of the receptacle, opposite from the first end, the orientation of the receptacle in the filler station being such that the second space is situated beneath the first space;
    · filling the first space, at least in part, by passing substance through the opening (12);
    · fitting a first closure member (20) to the receptacle body, the action of putting said first closure member into place on the receptacle body being accompanied by an increase in the pressure inside the receptacle, which pressure increase expels substance contained in the receptacle towards the applicator, the first closure member comprising a sealing member sealed in itself bearing against an inside surface of the receptacle body in leaktight manner, during assembly of the first closure member, before the first closure member has reached its final position.
  33. A method according to the preceding claim, characterized by the fact that the receptacle body is made integrally with a partition (10) separating the first and second spaces and including at least one orifice enabling fluid communication between said spaces.
  34. The method of claim 32, characterized by the fact that the over pressure is comprised between 10 mbar and 400 mbar.
  35. The method of any of claims 32 to 34, characterized by the fact that the first and second spaces are in permanent communication.
  36. The method of anyone of claims 32 to 35, characterized by the fact that the first closure member is different from a piston.
  37. The method of anyone of claims 32 to 36, characterized by the fact that the first closure member is fixed by snap-fastening, screwing, gluing or welding on the body (8).
  38. The method of anyone of claims 32 to 37, characterized by the fact that the first closure member is displaced in leaktight manner relative to the body on a distance of at least 3mm, or even at least 5mm, to generate the over pressure.
