Definitions
- the invention relates to a roping and suspension harness comprising a quilted fabric whose opposite side edges are reinforced by support bias ensuring mechanical strength, and a closure device and / or adjustment to suit the morphology of the user.
- FR 2796296 and WO 02/28482 describe hamais in which reinforcement biases cap the edges of a quilted fabric to ensure the mechanical strength of the belt and leg loops. Buckles are attached by auxiliary straps, which require seams additional, and limit the mechanical strength of the assembly.
- the object of the invention is to provide a hooking and suspension hamais reinforced mechanical resistance, while simplifying the method of assembly and allowing optimum comfort for the user.
- the device according to the invention is characterized in that the biases traverse the closing and / or adjustment device and return in the opposite direction to be secured by fastening means.
- the passage of biases in the device of closing and / or adjustment avoids the use of an auxiliary strap attachment, and increases the mechanical resistance.
- the hamais belt comprises a middle part of different width than that of the quilted fabric, and intended to form the fastening bridge, to which the closing device is attached via extensions of the biases.
- the trigger guard also has an internal strap of which the edges are capped by the extensions of the bias playing at this place the role reinforcement against abrasion.
- the harness can be constituted by a shorts, a torso, a harness complete, or even a belt.
- the closing device and / or adjustment is arranged in a loop, or other restraint system.
- a roping and / or suspension hamion 10 is consisting of a shorts 11 having a pair of leg loops 11A, 11B, and a adjustable belt 12 equipped with a buckle of a closing device 13.
- the two leg loops 11A, 11B are connected to each other by an intermediate portion 14 flexible shaped according to an inverted V.
- a hooking ring 15 serves simultaneously as binding means of the shorts 11 at the belt 12, and a fastener for a connector or a lifeline.
- the ring 15 is preferably formed by an annular strap surrounding with play the 12A middle part of the belt 12 and the middle part 14 of the belt 12 bib shorts 11.
- the belt 12 comprises a fabric 16 padded, for example based on a material synthetic padded with a filling foam, whose borders lateral are reinforced by a bias pair 17, 18.
- Biases 17, 18 are sewn overlappingly and without discontinuity all over the length of the opposite edges of the quilted fabric 16, and constitute the elements support providing the belt mechanical strength.
- the ventral middle portion 12A of the belt 12 has a different width, particularly inferior to that of the quilted fabric 16, and the skewings 17, 18 extend in this part by crossing the loop 13 to go back in direction reverse side inner so as to form the central bridge 19.
- Loop 13 is thus secured to the bridge 19, and is intended to block an adjustment strap 20 attached to the other end of the dorsal portion 12B of the belt 12.
- the crossing of 17, 18 in the loop 13 avoids the use of a fastening auxiliary strap to the opposite of the adjustment strap 20.
- the loop of the closing device 13 makes it possible to adjust the circumference of the belt 12 to the size of the user.
- the loop 13 is of the type described in the EP 614626, but any other clasp or restraint system may be used.
- the structure of the bridge 19 comprises an internal strap 21 of great strength mechanical, capped by the extensions 17A, 18A bias 17, 18 constituting reinforcement means against abrasion. After passing through loop 13, the ends 17B, 18B bias 17, 18 return in the opposite direction on the inner side, and iron on the outer face with a hole to be fixed by stitching.
- the adjustment strap 20 is sandwiched by a reinforcement piece 22 sewn, in order to transfer the mechanical forces of the bias 17, 18 to the strap of setting 20 to ensure the strength of the assembly.
- the shorts 11 is of the quilted type described in patent FR 2796296, but is conformed as for the belt, with biases 23, 24 passing through a buckle of the adjusting device 25, 26 of each leg loop 11A, 11B.
- Each adjustment loop 25, 26 is intended to block an adjustment strap 27, 28 fixed by stitches at the other end of the thigh loop 11A, 11B.
- the delta-shaped splitter link 27, 28 is advantageously formed by an extensible fabric edged with a bias or elastic hem 29, 30.
- the presence this pair of expandable links allows the user to benefit from a complementary adjustment range, and the passage of biases 23, 24 in the adjusting loops 25, 26 avoids the superposition of an auxiliary strap. Comfort of the user is thus improved, as well as the mechanical strength of the shorts 11.
- FIG. 3 shows another variant of collective shorts, in which the intermediate portion 14 of the leg loops 11A, 11B constitutes the ring which is attached to the leg loops, and is connected directly to the bias 17, 18 the belt 12 by a seam or other means of attachment.
- FIG. 4 illustrates a holding belt 12 shaped as in FIG. 1, with biases 17, 18 passing through the closure loop 13, with extensions 17C, 18C sewn on the outer face of the fabric 16.
- FIG. 5 represents a torso 32 consisting of two shoulder straps 33, 34 connected to a stem stem. We use the same fabric 16 quilted with the bias 17, 18 passing through the loop 13 of the strip 35.
- FIG. 6 illustrates a complete hamman 36 composed of a shorts and a harness torso, whose bias 17, 18 pass through the closure loop 13 of the belt 12, and the adjusting loops 25, 26 of the leg loops 11A, 11B.
- the structure of the bridge 19 described in Figure 1 can also be used for the realization stalking points stemal ( Figure 5) and dorsal (not shown).

Abstract
Description
- la sangle de réglage de la boucle de fermeture est prise en sandwich par une pièce de renfort cousue de manière à transférer les efforts mécaniques des biais à la sangle de réglage ;
- chaque tour de cuisse est relié à la partie intermédiaire du cuissard par une liaison à répartiteur extensible ;
- chaque tour de cuisse comporte une boucle de réglage par laquelle passent les biais ;
- chaque liaison à répartiteur est formée par un tissu extensible en forme de delta bordé par un biais élastique.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un hamais selon l'invention, le hamais étant constitué d'un cuissard à anneau d'accrochage ;
- les figures 2 et 3 sont des variantes de réalisation du cuissard de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 4 montre une autre variante, dans laquelle le hamais est conformé selon une ceinture de maintien ;
- les figures 5 et 6 représentent deux autres variantes respectivement d'un baudrier torse, et d'un hamais complet utilisant le même principe de passage des biais dans le dispositif de fermeture.
