- zeigt einen weiteren Ausschnitt eines Zylinder-Kurbelgehäuses in Einbaulage mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Versteifungsrippe.
- Für in Einbaulage horizontale Rippen gilt, dass diese schräg nach unten bzw. nach unten und innen zur Grundkontur verlaufend ausgelegt werden.
- Bei entstehenden Taschen durch Doppelrippen sollen diese durch die Integration von Einzelrippen und ggf. zusätzliche Materialauffüllungen ersetzt werden.
- Bei Hohlräumen bzw. Taschen ist die Integration einer Ablauföffnung durch Bearbeitung oder durch gegossene Ausführung gegen eine Korrosion sinnvoll.
- Je nach Gussverfahren kann eine Werkzeugschieberentformungseinrichtung der späteren Motoreinbaulage folgen, bzw. leicht über die Motoreinbaulage hinaus geneigt werden, d. h. die Werkzeugschieberentformungseinrichtung entformt das Maschinengehäuse entsprechend einer späteren Einbaulage und nicht nur geometrischen, bzw. fertigungstechnischen Größen folgend.

Claims (3)
- Maschinengehäuse (1) aus einer Aluminiumlegierung mit einer Oberfläche aus einer Magnesiumlegierung und mit zumindest einer außen liegenden Struktur (2), insbesondere ein Kurbelgehäuse oder ein Getriebegehäuse für eine Brennkraftmaschine,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
alle Strukturen (2) in Einbaulage des Maschinengehäuses (1) ausgehend von einem geodätisch höchsten Punkt bezüglich einer Hochachse (A) in zumindest einem Bereich (3) abfallend ausgebildet sind. - Maschinengehäuse nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der abfallende Bereich (3) zumindest abschnittsweise eine Bohrung ist. - Maschinengehäuse nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Struktur (2) eine Versteifungsrippe und/oder eine tragende Struktur ist.
