Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device with the multi-chamber containers water-soluble film can be produced. In such containers can for example, be filled with detergent. When you use them solve their Chamber walls in the wash water and so release the detergent. If one Container having a plurality of chambers may be different in each chamber Detergents are stored.
From DE 200 22 478 U1 a water-soluble injection molding container is known. Of the Container consists of several identical containers at their free edge to hang together. Such container arrangements are created by that after making the containers they are not separated from each other. Such injection-molded containers are spatially very large and suitable for use Washing purposes hardly suitable.
In this document is also disclosed, such injection molding with several chambers by the fact that different materials for Separate the individual chambers are used. Such, out different materials existing containers are technically complex and difficult to manufacture.
From WO 03/031266 A1, the production of water-soluble bags with several Chambers known. This is after the partial filling of a first open, off a water-soluble film-shaped bag this partial filling by a second covered by water-soluble film. The first film has a perforation, so that outside through the first film through a negative pressure in the partial filling containing sub-chamber can be generated. This negative pressure is sucked the second film on the partial filling tightly from above. The second slide is then with the first film in the common edge area by a Sealed seam. The second slide represents a kind of intermediate floor in the Pouch dar. On this intermediate floor can then be a further partial filling or residual filling be applied. Then the bag is replaced by a water-soluble cover sheet sealed by the cover sheet in the common circumferential edge area of all films with the first and second film is welded. Due to the perforation present in the first film is suitable as a filler only granular material that is not through the perforation can get through. As a product can therefore not liquid product as the first Partial filling to be used. The field of application of such a bag is accordingly limited.
Based on this prior art, the invention is the Task based on a multi-chamber container of the type mentioned specify in which any contents can be filled.
This invention is given by the features of the main claim. meaningful Further developments of the invention are the subject of the main claim subsequent further claims.
The device according to the invention has the advantage that powdered or granular or gelatinous or liquid contents, and thus any contents, in the existing several chambers of a container can be filled. This is possible because in a first water-soluble film web cup-shaped bulges are formed, these bulges subsequently partially filled with a first filling, then this partial filling is covered by a second water-soluble film web, then each cup-like bulge within a vacuum chamber with vacuum so is applied that inside and outside of each pot-like bulge Negative pressure is created, then the partial filling covering film web with the sealed first film web and thus every cup-like bulge on all sides is closed, and then that all pot-like bulges from the Vacuum chamber can be removed again, so that then through the on the second film web acting atmospheric pressure this second film web itself from above tightly clings to the partial filling. Then then the cup-shaped bulge with a further partial filling or with a residual filling filled and sealed by another water-soluble film web.
The device according to the invention provides for carrying out such Procedure before that in a first processing station, the pot-like Bumps are produced in a first water-soluble film web that then in a second processing station this pot-like Bulges are partially filled with a product. In a subsequent third processing station, which is designed as a vacuum chamber, are the with a second water-soluble film web loosely covered bulges subjected to a negative pressure and then the two film webs together sealed so that the pot-like bulges, with a first partial filling are filled, are hermetically sealed on all sides. The closing takes place by means of Sealing jaws that within this third processing station and thus within the vacuum chamber are arranged. Then, then, the all sides closed, and partially filled containers from the third Transfer processing station to another processing station, in which they with be filled further contents. Subsequently, the film webs with the pot-like bulges covered with another foil sheet and in the encircling edge area of each pot-like bulge with the underneath lying film webs welded. Subsequently, the pot-like Bulges cut out of the film webs such as cut out. This separation from the film webs can be achieved by means of knife cutting devices or cutting laser devices take place.

The device according to the invention shown in Fig. 1 and 2 fragmentary 10th

hergestellt.
besitzen die topfartigen Auswölbungen die in Fig. 1 rechts dargestellte Form 18.4.Before sealing the two
