Claims (10)
- Schrankelement mit einem aus einer geschlossenen Stellung in eine geöffnete Stellung selbsttätig ausfahrbaren Schubkasten (10), mit
einer Arretierung (14; 23; 43; 53; 64) zum Halten des Schubkastens (10) in der geschlossenen Stellung,
einem Betätigungselement (12) zum Auslösen einer Bewegung des Schubkastens (10) in die geöffnete Stellung durch ein Mittel (13; 63) zum Lösen der Arretierung (14; 23; 43; 53; 64) und
einem Federspeicher (10e) zum Ausfahren des Schubkastens (10) in die geöffnete Stellung nach Lösen der Arretierung (14; 23; 43; 53; 64),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (12) und das Mittel (13; 63) zum Lösen der Arretierung (14; 23; 43; 53; 64) räumlich voneinander getrennt angeordnet sind und die Verbindung über Getriebemittel (11) erfolgt. - Schrankelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schubkasten (10) ein obenliegender Schubkasten, also ein mit einem erheblichen Freiraum (7) für einen unteren Schubkasten oder eine andere Nutzung oberhalb eines Schrankbodens (8) angeordneter Schubkasten ist,
daß das Betätigungselement (12) erheblich unterhalb des Schubkastens (10) etwa in Höhe des Schrankbodens (8) angeordnet ist und
daß die Getriebemittel (11) von dem im unteren Bereich des Schrankelements angeordneten Betätigungselement (12) nach oben zum Schubkasten (10) verlaufen. - Schrankelement Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (13; 63) zum Lösen der Arretierung (14; 23; 43; 53; 64) im rückwärtigen Bereich des Schubkastens (10) angeordnet ist.
- Schrankelement nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierung (14; 23; 43; 53; 64) eine Magnetanordnung (14; 64) oder einen Verriegelungshaken (23; 43; 53) aufweist,
wobei, vorzugsweise, die Magnetanordnung (14; 64) oder der Verriegelungshaken (23; 43; 53) durch eine Schwenkbewegung oder eine Zugbewegung aus ihrem Eingriff mit dem korrespondierenden Teil des Schubkastens (10) gelöst werden. - Schrankelement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungshaken (23; 43; 53) in der geschlossenen Stellung des Schubkastens (10) die Rückwand (24) des Schubkastens (10) oder einen Teil der Rückwand oder den Schubkastenboden übergreift und/oder
daß der Verriegelungshaken (23; 43; 53) schwenkbar gelagert ist und die Schwenkbewegung über das Getriebemittel (11) angetrieben wird und/oder
daß das Mittel (13; 63) zum Lösen der Arretierung (14; 23; 43; 53; 64) in einem oberen Bereich hinter dem Korpus (25) des Schubkastens (10) angeordnet ist. - Schrankelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magnetanordnung (14) eine Magnethalterung (15) umfaßt, die schwenkbar gelagert ist, daß das Lösen der Magnetanordnung (14) mittels einer Schwenkbewegung der Magnethalterung (15) erfolgt und daß die Schwenkbewegung der Magnethalterung (15) über die Getriebemittel (11) erfolgt,
wobei, vorzugsweise, die Magnetanordnung (14) und die Magnethalterung (15) im rückwärtigen Bereich hinter dem Schubkasten (10) angeordnet sind. - Schrankelement nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebemittel (11) das Lösen der Arretierung (14; 23; 43; 53; 64) entgegen der Federkraft eines Federelementes (55; 65) bewirken, also unter Wirkung des Federelementes (55; 65) bei Wegfall der Betätigung von selbst zurückgestellt werden, und/oder
daß die Getriebemittel (11) von einem als Fußpedal ausgebildeten Betätigungselement (12) zu dem Mittel (13; 63) zum Lösen der Arretierung (14) verlaufen, und/oder
daß die Getriebemittel (11) ein Gestänge, ein Seilzugelement, eine Kette, oder, vorzugsweise, einen Bowdenzug umfassen. - Schrankelement nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zu mindestens einem selbsttätig ausfahrbaren obenliegenden Schubkasten (10) mindestens ein unter dem obenliegenden Schubkasten (10) angeordneter, ebenfalls selbsttätig ausfahrbarer weiterer Schubkasten angeordnet ist, der nach Betätigen eines Betätigungselements, vorzugsweise eines Fußpedals, und entsprechendem Lösen einer Arretierung selbsttätig in eine geöffnete Stellung ausfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Betätigung eines Schubkastens in einem Schrankelement, insbesondere einem Schrankelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, mit
einer Arretierung (14; 23; 43; 53; 64) zum Halten eines Schubkastens,
einem Betätigungselement (12) und
einem Mittel (13; 63) zum Lösen der Arretierung (14; 23; 43; 53; 64),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Getriebemittel (11) vorgesehen sind und das Betätigungselement (12) mit dem Mittel (13; 63) zum Lösen der Arretierung (14; 23; 43; 53; 64) über die Getriebemittel (11) über eine erhebliche Distanz miteinander verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils eines oder mehrerer der Ansprüche 4 bis 7.
