Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a winding machine for the continuous winding of threads according to the preamble of
In the production of melt-spun threads in a spinning process, the threads are wound up into coils at the end of the manufacturing process. For this purpose, winding machines are used, which wind a thread continuously without interrupting the process to coils. For this purpose, such winding machines have a plurality of winding spindles, which are held on a movable spindle carrier and by means of the spindle carrier alternately in a winding area for winding the threads and in a changing area for removing the finished coils and attaching new sleeves. The yarn change from a first winding spindle to a second winding spindle is automatic, so that no interruption of the spinning process is required.
In order to place one or more sleeves on the winding spindle held in the change region after a removal of a finished wound bobbin, various systems are known for such winding machines in the prior art.
In DE 24 27 016 a winding machine with a rotatable spindle carrier, on which two cantilevered winding spindles are held, disclosed. Here, the winding machine has a loading device for attaching the sleeves to an empty winding spindle in the change region. The loading device has a gripping arm, which is pivotally mounted on an axle. The gripper arm is axially displaceable on the axis. For attaching a sleeve On the winding spindle held in the change area a sleeve is removed from a sleeve magazine by the gripping arm and attached by pivoting and axial displacement on the empty winding spindle. In this case, the position of the winding spindle remains unchanged in the change region. However, such a loading device is not suitable for winding machines, in which the spindle carrier carries out an evasive movement in order to allow a winding increase in the winding area on the winding spindle held in the winding spindle. In particular, when winding up so-called spun-textured threads, in which threads are produced with larger thread tedders and thus have a rapid spooling result, stopping the spindle carrier for changing the full bobbins or attaching the sleeves is hardly possible.
In such winding machines, in which the spindle carrier executes a deflection movement for winding the coils, the finished wound coils and the sleeves are automatically removed or attached by the winding spindles by means of so-called doffer. From EP 07 57 658 A1, for example, such a winding machine is known in which a movable doffer is equipped with a dome on which the sleeves are located. The doffer moves to a specific Spulspindelposition the winding machine and pushes the sleeves on the empty winding spindle. In this case, however, it is necessary that at the moment of loading the winding spindle with sleeves no movement of the spindle carrier takes place. When winding threads with thick thread tents, however, only very short change times are available. Any disturbance in such a time-critical operation of the sleeve assembly would thus lead to the demolition of the assembly and a new process with changed position of the winding spindle would have to be started.
It is an object of the invention to develop a winding machine of the generic type such that the loading of the sleeves is feasible even with very short downtime of the winding spindle in a simple manner.
This object is achieved by a winding machine with the features of
Advantageous developments of the invention are defined by the features and feature combinations of the subclaims.
The invention is characterized in that a movement of the winding spindle in the changing range is uncritical effect on the loading of the winding spindle with new sleeves. For this purpose, the guide means for attaching the sleeves is formed at least for a short period of time synchronous with the moving spindle spindle through the spindle spindle feasible. This increases the time window in which the insertion of the sleeves can be done on the winding spindle. The guide means follows the winding spindle for a short period of time, so that the rotational movement of the spindle carrier, which is required for the winding of the threads of a second winding spindle, does not have to be interrupted.
A simple positioning is effected in that the guide means is arranged laterally adjacent to the spindle carrier and between a standby position and an operating position laterally to the winding spindle can be guided and that the guide means in the operating position with the winding spindle is mechanically coupled. As a result, a slight alignment of the guide means to the winding spindle is possible. Even during the rotational movement of the spindle carrier, there are no significant alignment errors between the free end of the winding spindle and the guide means.
In order to enable an axial relative movement between the guide means and the winding spindle even with mechanical coupling between the guide means and the winding spindle, the guide means advantageously has a sliding shoe, which rests in the operating position on the winding spindle and provides for the mechanical coupling. In order to obtain no differences in the motion sequences, the movement of the winding spindle and the movement of the guide means is advantageously carried out by the drive of the spindle carrier in the phase of the mechanical coupling.
However, it is also possible to match the drive of the spindle carrier and a drive of the guide means to each other such that a synchronous movement is given for a short period of time. Thus, the coupling can also be carried out by electronic means.
For attaching the sleeves on the winding spindle, the guide means is advantageously designed to be horizontally movable. Thus, both the positioning of the sleeves before the free end of the winding spindle and the sliding of the sleeves on the winding spindle can be performed by the guide means.
In a particularly simple embodiment, the guide means is formed by a trough-shaped support plate, which is held at one end to a pivot axis and which has an opening at the opposite end for discharging the sleeves held in succession in the carrier sheet. This can advantageously be positioned and pushed several sleeves simultaneously. A single handling of the sleeves is not required.
The pivot axis with the support plate is in this case preferably held on a carriage, which is guided in the lower region of the machine frame parallel to the winding spindles in the change region. This leaves the sleeves open put a simple way in the positioned carrier sheet on the winding spindle.
The support plate preferably has a width which corresponds to the total length of the tensioned on the winding spindle sleeve. Thus, all held on a winding spindle sleeves can be plugged in one operation. Thus, up to eight, ten, twelve or even more sleeves can be plugged simultaneously on the winding spindle.
Another particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention allows positioning of the sleeves on the winding spindle. In particular, in the cases where the sleeves are held at a distance from each other on the winding spindle, the plugged as a sleeve column sleeves would then be positioned by separate means on the winding spindle. Due to the design of the support plate, which is divided in its width into several separate compartments, each winding position can assign a compartment in the support plate, so that the held in the tray sleeves are assigned to the specific winding position. The distances between the subjects are designed according to the distances to the positioning of the sleeves on the winding spindle. When sliding the sleeves onto the winding spindle, the sleeves can thus be assigned to the positions of the winding positions.
In order to be able to execute a plurality of sleeve assemblies in rapid succession in the case of manual interruptions due to process disturbances, the development of the invention is advantageous in which the carrier sheet has a depth for accommodating a plurality of sleeves per winding point.
Here, the tracking of the sleeves in a dispensing position on the support plate in a simple manner can be achieved in that the support plate in the waiting position with the bearing end is higher than with the opposite end, so that the carrier plate has an inclined position.
When using several sleeves per winding point a fixation of each held at the placement end sleeves can be avoided in a partial filling of the carrier sheet, that the carrier sheet has a locking device in the region of Bestückungsendes, through which the sleeves are fixable at the placement end of the support plate.
For automatic tracking of sleeves, the development of the invention is particularly suitable, in which the loading device has a sleeve magazine, which is connected to the guide means.
In order to perform the movements for positioning and attaching the sleeves as quickly and accurately as possible, the placement device has a vertical drive and a horizontal drive, which are independently controllable for moving the guide means.
Further advantages of the invention will be explained in more detail in some embodiments with reference to the accompanying figures.

In Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a first embodiment of the winding machine according to the invention is shown schematically. Fig. 1 shows the embodiment in a front view and Fig. 2 shows the embodiment in a side view. Here, FIGS. 1.1 and 1.2 as well as FIGS. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 represent different operating situations of the winding machine. The following description applies to all figures insofar as no explicit reference is made to one of the figures.
The winding machine has a
Above the
As shown in Fig. 2, the embodiment is formed with three winding points, in each of which a
For winding a
On the winding
In the situations shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the winding
For equipping the
The
The
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the
Hereinafter, the procedure for equipping the
After the finished wound coils have been withdrawn from the winding
Now, the
The further procedure for attaching the
To slide the
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the sleeves are refilled manually in the
The guide means 12 is also formed as a trough-shaped
For further embodiment and for the further function of the loading device shown in Fig. 3 reference is made to the preceding description.
The embodiment of the Bestückeinrichtung in the embodiments of FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 is exemplary. Thus, the guide means of the loading device could also be formed by a gripper or a dome. The invention Thus, similar embodiments of the winding machine and the loading device, in which the loading device for loading the sleeves on a winding spindle has a guide means which moves synchronously at least over a short period of time for loading the sleeves together with the winding spindle moved by a spindle carrier. It is also possible to combine the placement device with a coil dispenser. Thus, external Doffersysteme could be replaced. Furthermore, the sleeves could be stored floating in their recording, ie the recording is not rigidly connected to the guide means, but can independently move slightly. Thus, any misalignment can be compensated.
