Description

The invention relates to a gate according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Gates of the type just described are realized, for example, in the form of so-called. Sectional doors, in which the door leaf consists of a plurality in succession in Torblattbewegungsrichtung successively arranged and perpendicular to the Torblattbewegungsrichtung pivot axes interconnected panels. In these sectional doors, the door leaf in the closed position is generally in a vertical plane arranged while it is arranged in the open position above the head in a horizontal plane. To guide the Torblattbewegung guide rails are usually mounted on each edge of the door leaf, which a first approximately vertically and extending parallel to the lateral edge of the door leaf in the closed position extending portion, a second in the horizontal direction approximately parallel to the lateral edge of the door leaf in the open position Section and an arcuate connecting portion, provided. On the door leaf cooperating with these guide rails guide elements, in particular guide rollers are arranged, which engage in the guide rails, so as to allow a trouble-free Torblattbewegung.

To assist the opening movement of the door leaf from the closed position to the open position usually weight compensation systems are provided, which can be realized in the form of Zugfederpaketen or torsion springs. These springs are coupled via a hand, on the other hand, attached to the lower edge of the door leaf traction means to the door leaf and are stretched in the course of a closing movement from the open position to the closed position, so that the energy stored therein is ready to support the opening movement. At the same time an unrestrained fall of the door leaf in the course of the closing movement is prevented with these weight balancing devices.

In order to avoid damage to the door leaf and in particular to avoid injury to persons using the gate, an uncontrolled falling of the door leaf must be prevented even if the traction means and / or the springs used as weight compensation device break. For this reason, conventional gates of the type described above are usually equipped with securing devices which counteract at a fraction of the traction means and / or the weight balancing device forming springs of a Torblattbewegung.

A gate with such a safety device is given for example in US 1,936,269. The gate described in this document has a safety device with a realized in the form of a pawl securing element which engages in breaking the traction means in a recess provided in the guide rail recess and thus prevents uncontrolled falling of the door leaf. However, the leads Providing recesses in the guide rail to weaken the guide rail. For this reason, the guide rail of the door described in this document is designed as a particularly stable component arrangement with a support plate and a total of four welded to this support plate angle profiles.

In a door described in DE 37 30 363 C1, the securing device has a catch sled attached to the door leaf, in which a separate from the guide rail rod clamping jaws are slidably received. The safety device is structurally particularly expensive because it not only requires a catch slide with recorded therein jaws, but also a separate rod as a guide for the catch slide. In addition, it has been found in the use of equipped with such security devices gates that thus a reliable deceleration of the door leaf at a fraction of the traction means and / or the weight compensation device is not achievable.

The same problems with regard to operational safety also occur in the case of the door described in DE 38 14 275 C2, whose safety device has a brake shoe 6 which can be pressed by a spring against the outer surface of the guide rail. A significant improvement in operational reliability is also not achieved with the safety devices described in DE 38 00 404 A1, in which a locking member 7 is received in the guide rail and at break of the traction device and / or damage to the counterbalancing device with a tension spring against an inner boundary surface the guide rail is urged, wherein locking teeth 9 of the locking member 7 come into contact with this boundary surface.

Furthermore, gates are given according to the preamble of claim 1 in CH-A-261913.

In view of the above-described problems in the prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a goal of the type described above, the door leaf is reliably secured against uncontrolled crashes and yet has a simple mechanical structure with little items.

This object is achieved by the specified in the characterizing part of claim 1 development of the known goals.

This solution is based on the knowledge that the blocking member of the example in DE 38 00 404 A1 in the direction of the locking position acting spring force is insufficient to obtain a sufficient braking effect and also acting only indirectly on this locking member weight of the door leaf itself when providing of ratchet teeth on the locking member to ensure the desired braking effect is not sufficient because the locking member is taken as well as the roller to ensure trouble-free movement of the door leaf in the release position of the safety device with play in the guide rail, so that it extends in a direction perpendicular to the contact surface direction can dodge within the guide rail.

In the gate according to the invention, this evasive movement is prevented in that the pressing element realized for example by the guide element presses the securing element in the direction of the contact surface so as to reliably achieve the desired blocking effect of the securing element. In this case, this high operating reliability is achieved without additional components, because compared to the known safety devices only a shift of the securing element is required to a point where it can be pressed by the guide member against the contact surface. In addition, the security device according to the invention can also be used without the use of particularly resistant guide rails, because a risk of damage is already reduced by the fact that the guide member engages flat on the guide rail and not, as for example in DE 38 00 404 A1 with outwardly directed ratchet teeth, so that damage to the guide rail by the securing element for this reason is difficult to get. Also, the ability to obtain a reliable blocking effect by a surface contact, is only by the inventive positioning of the fuse element at a position where it can be pressed with the guide member against the contact surface, allows. In this case, the contact surface of the guide element reaching into contact with the contact surface of the guide rail can be present in the form of a hard, roughened wedge surface.

In the context of this invention is also intended to the execution of a safety device in which the fuse element is pressed only indirectly with the interposition of one or more transmission elements against the contact surface. In terms of a particularly simple structure, however, it has proved to be particularly favorable if the securing element can be applied directly to the guide element when the securing device is moved into the blocking position. In this case, the desired Blokkierung the Torblattbewegung be achieved particularly reliable when the securing element has a first, preferably substantially flat and reaching in the locked position in Anläge to the guide rail contact surface and a second, reaching in the locked position in contact with the guide element contact surface wherein the first abutment surface and the second abutment surface include an acute angle of preferably less than 30 °, in particular about 20 ° with each other.

In a breakage of the traction device, the adjustment of the securing element is effected in the blocking position at gates according to the invention characterized in that a biasing means is provided, with which the securing element is urged into the blocking position. In this case, the securing device is coupled via a traction means to a drive device and / or realized in the form of a tension or Torsionsfederanordnung weight balancing device that counteracts with the drive means and / or the weight balancing device with one of the biasing force of the biasing device and the securing device in the release position urgent force can be acted upon, so as to ensure trouble-free operation of the door in the case of functioning traction means and weight balancing devices or drive means. Such a coupling of the securing device to the traction means and / or the weight balancing device is structurally particularly simple realized in gates according to the invention, because the securing device has a respect. A transversely, in particular approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail pivot axis pivotally mounted lever, on the one hand the pivot axis the traction means and on the other hand the pivot axis can be coupled to the securing element. In this case, the securing element is urged by pivoting the lever against the contact surface of the guide rail. In the course of this movement, a surface contact of the first contact surface of the securing element can be achieved particularly reliably at the contact surface of the guide rail, because the securing element about an approximately parallel tilting axis extending to the pivot axis is held tiltable on the lever. In the construction of the safety device according to the invention, the biasing device can be particularly easily realized in the form of a torsion spring, which acts on the one hand to the lever and on the other hand at least indirectly supported on the door leaf.

As explained above, the risk of damage to the guide rail by the attack of the securing element is already reduced by the fact that the securing element arrives in a planar contact with the contact surface of the guide rail. A further reduction of the risk of damage can be achieved without appreciable additional design effort if the securing device has a support element arranged on the side of the guide rail opposite the contact surface of the guide rail. With such a support element, a bulge of the guide rail under the load of the contact surface acting on the securing element can be prevented because the corresponding part of the guide rail then comes into contact with the support element, which prevents this bulge.

The securing element is expediently attached to the door leaf as well as the support element and is moved with this along the guide rail. Since the guide rail generally also has a curved guide rail section, it is preferred for ensuring trouble-free movement of the door leaf, although the support element is pivotally mounted with respect to the pivot axis, so that the position of the support element can be changed in accordance with the arcuate guide rail section.

The guide element attached to the door leaf of a door according to the invention expediently has a bearing pin extending approximately perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail and parallel to the door leaf plane, with which the guide element is held on the door leaf. In this case, a pivotable mounting of the fuse element bearing lever and / or the support element can be realized particularly simple design when the bearing pin passes through the lever and / or the support element. In this construction, a particularly compact structure can be realized when the guide rail also passes through the torsion spring urging the securing device in the direction of the blocking position. As above already mentioned, the securing device of the door according to the invention is advantageously attached to the door leaf. This attachment can be structurally particularly simple and yet stable realized when it takes place via a formed in the form of a U-shaped support member, wherein the support member fixed to a boundary surface of the door leaf connecting leg and two penetrated by the bearing pin, preferably approximately parallel to each other outer Has leg.

In terms of a particularly low-friction movement of the door leaf, it has proven to be expedient if the guide element has a rotatably mounted about the longitudinal axis of the bearing pin guide roller, although thought in the context of this invention also to the approach of simple guide elements in the form of guided along a guide rail guide pins is. If a guide element exhibiting a guide roller is used, the guide rail expediently has the form of a C or J profile in a sectional plane running perpendicular to its longitudinal axis and is suitable for receiving the guide roller. Such a profile has a leg extending approximately perpendicularly to the pivot axis of the lever and to the door leaf plane, at least one leg extending approximately parallel to the door leaf plane, and a rounded leg serving as a running surface for the guide roller. In this case, the contact surface in the sense of producing a defined contact between the securing element and the guide rail is expediently formed by the approximately parallel to the Torblattebene leg. As already explained, this invention is used with particular advantage for sectional doors, in which the door leaf has a plurality of in Torblattbewegungsrichtung successively arranged and perpendicular to the Torblattbewegungsrichtung extending pivot axes pivotally interconnected panels.

The sectional door shown in the drawing comprises a door leaf with a plurality of in Torblattbewegungsrichtung successively arranged and hingedly interconnected panels, of which in the drawing only the bottom in the closed position panel 10 is shown, arranged a guide rail assembly with two mutually opposite lateral edges of the door leaf Guide rails, of which in the drawing only in the closed position of the door leaf approximately parallel to a lateral edge thereof extending portion of a guide rail 20 is shown, a support member 30, a guide member 40 and a generally designated 50 securing means, wherein the guide member 40 and the Securing device 50 with the support member 30 on the inner boundary surface 12 of the panel 10 can be fixed.

In a direction extending vertically to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 20, the carrier element 30 has the shape of a U-profile with a connecting leg 32 resting against the inner surface 12 of the panel 10 and two outer legs 34 and 36 extending approximately perpendicular thereto.

To fix the carrier element 30, the connecting leg 32 is penetrated by a total of four recesses in which inserted into the panel 10 mounting screws 38 are added. Each of the outer legs 34 and 36 of the support member 30 is penetrated by a recess 35 and 37, which are designed to receive a bearing pin 42 of the guide member 40. The recesses 35 and 37 are arranged so that the guide member 40 is rotatable about a perpendicular to the guide rail 20 and parallel to the inner surface 12 of the panel 10 extending axis of rotation 43. At its end facing the guide rail 20, the bearing pin 42 is provided with a guide roller 44, which is received in the guide rail 20 in the mounted state. The guide rail 20 has, in a sectional plane running perpendicular to its longitudinal direction, the shape of a J-profile with a limb 22 approximately perpendicular to the axis of rotation 43 of the guide element 40, a limb 24 cut off at right angles and a rounded limb 26, the rounded limb 26 forms a running surface for the guide roller 44 and at the same time prevents the removal of the roller 44 from the guide rail 20 in a direction parallel to the rotation axis 43 extending direction.

The generally designated 50 securing means comprises a lever 60, a tiltable on the lever 60 fixable, wedge-shaped securing element 70, a support member 80 and a torsion spring 90 formed as a biasing device. The lever 60 and the support member 80 are penetrated by recesses 62 and 84, which are designed to receive the bearing pin 42 of the guide member 40. In this way, the lever 60 and the support member 80 about the rotational axis 43 of the guide member 40 are pivotally supported on the bearing pin 42 and thus also on the panel 10. On one side of the recess 62, the lever 60 at its lower edge on a penetrated by a recess 65 projection 64, which is insertable into a slot 72 of the wedge-shaped securing element 70. The securing element 70 is also on a lateral boundary surface of a recess 74 permeated, which in insertion of the projection 64 in the slot 72 in alignment with the recess 65 can be transferred, so that the securing element 70 by inserting a fixing pin (not shown) in the recesses 74 and 65 about a parallel to the axis of rotation 43 of the guide element 40 extending tilting axis tiltable at the bottom of the lever 60 can be attached. At the upper edge of the lever 60, a bolt 66 is mounted with radially enlarged bolt head, which is circulated in the assembled state of a loop 102 on the other hand on a weight balancer (not shown) and / or a drive means (not shown) attached traction means. In this case, the bolt 66 is arranged in the mounted state in the force action line to the rotation axis 43.

Dieser Schenkel 82 hintergreift im montierten Zustand den Schenkel 24 der Führungsschiene 20.The support member 80 includes a perpendicular to the bearing pin 42 extending and penetrated by this leg 86 and a right angle in the illustrated embodiment of the invention of this leg 86 parked leg 82. This leg 82 engages behind the leg 24 of the guide rail 20 in the assembled state.

The torsion spring 90 engages with one end 94 at a right angled abutment 68 of the lever 60 and is supported at its other end 92 via the support member 30 on the panel 10 from. In the assembled state, the lever 60 and the support element 70 between the leg 36 of the support member 30 and the guide roller 44 of the guide member 40 are arranged. In this case, the lever 66 is urged by means of the torsion spring 90 in the direction indicated in Fig. 2 by the arrow P direction. This means that the tiltable attached to the lower edge of the lever 60 securing member 70 is urged by means of the torsion spring 90 in the direction of the right angle bent leg 24 of the guide rail 20. On the other hand, the lever 60 is urged in the direction opposite to the direction indicated by the arrow P in the direction opposite to the bolt 66 traction means 100 opposite direction. In this way it is achieved that the attached at the bottom of the lever 60 securing element 70 at undamaged traction means 100 and undamaged weight balancing device or drive means in the position shown in Fig. 2 between the right angle legged leg 24 and the rounded leg 26 of the guide rail 20th is arranged without obstructing the movement of the guide roller 44 and thus of the gate.

If the traction device 100 breaks and / or the counterbalancing device and / or the drive device is damaged, so that the force exerted on the lever 60 via the pulling means 100 decreases, the lever 60 by means of the torsion spring 90 in the in Fig. 2 by the Arrow P shown direction and enters the position shown in Fig. 3. In this position, the secured at the bottom of the lever 60 securing element 70 between the legs 24 of the guide rail 20 and the roller 44 is arranged. In this case, a bearing pin 76 facing away from the bearing surface 76 of the securing element 70 is urged by means of a further contact surface 78 of the securing element 70 acting guide roller 44 against a formed by the inner boundary surface 25 of the leg 24 contact surface of the guide rail 20. In this way, further movement of the guide roller 44 and the guide roller 44 carrying this door leaf is blocked in the direction of gravity and prevents uncontrolled crashes of the door leaf.

This blocking effect of the securing element is favored in the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawing characterized in that the contact surfaces 76 and 78 form an acute angle of about 20 ° with each other. To support the blocking effect of the securing element 70, the bearing surface 76 acting on the contact surface 25 is formed of a hard, roughened material. In the securing device according to the invention the risk that the contact surface 25 forming legs 24 of the guide rail 20 is deformed in the blocking position of the securing element 70 shown in Fig. 3 under him acting on the guide roller 44 and the securing element 70 weight force of the door leaf, already by counteracted that the fuse element 70 enters into a surface contact with the contact surface 25. The remaining risk of damage to the guide rail 20 by the securing element 70 in the blocking position shown in FIG. 3 is further reduced in that the leg 24 of the guide rail 20 engages behind leg 82 of the support element 80 in each position of the door leaf upon adjustment of the securing element 76th is arranged in the blocking position at the same height as the securing element 70 and so on the contact surface 25 of the guide rail opposite side of the guide rail forms a deflection of the guide rail counteracting abutment. This positional relationship between the leg 82 of the Supporting element 80 and the securing element 70 is thereby ensured in each position of the door leaf that both the securing element 70 supporting lever 60, and the support member 80 is mounted on the bearing pin 43 of the guide member 40.

In the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawing, a deterioration of the functionality of the gate after adjusting the securing element in the blocking position and subsequent return of the securing element in the release position is also prevented by the securing element engages the smoothly parked leg 24 of the guide rail 20 and not on the rounded leg 26 forming a running surface for the guide roller during trouble-free operation.

The invention is not limited to the embodiment explained with reference to the drawing. Rather, the use of inventive safety devices in connection with conventional tilting doors is also intended. Also, the guide member may be formed while avoiding a guide roller in the form of a simple guide pin.
