Claims (9)
- Heizvorrichtung und/oder Klimaanlage für ein Wohnungs- oder Servicelokal, in dem sich wenigstens ein Nebenraum und wenigstens ein zu heizender und/oder zu klimatisierender Raum befinden, der Art umfassend einen thermodynamischen Generator, der wenigstens eine innere Einheit (2) und wenigstens eine äußere Einheit umfaßt, die miteinander in Verbindung stehen, um einen heizenden und/oder kühlenden Luftstrom zu erzeugen, ein in der Zwischendecke in dem besagten Lokal integriertes Verteilungsnetz, um den heizenden und/oder kühlenden Luftstrom zu verteilen, motorisch angetriebene Blasegitter (5), um je nach Bedarf den heizenden und/oder kühlenden Luftstrom in die zu heizenden und/oder zu klimatisierenden Räume (3) zu schicken, und die mit elektronischen Mitteln zur Regulierung der Durchflußmenge des besagten heizenden und/oder kühlenden Luftstromes, der in dem besagten Verteilungsnetz fließt, ausgestattet ist, wobei die besagten elektronischen Regulierungsmittel im Bereich des besagten Verteilungsnetzes in Abhängigkeit von dem Zustand der Öffnung oder Schließung der Blasegitter wirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wenigstens eine Auslaßöffnung (6) umfaßt, die es erlaubt, falls notwendig den Überschuß an heizender und/oder kühlender Luft, die in dem Verteilungsnetz fließt und sich aus den Durchflußmengeänderungen ergibt, die durch die Änderungen des Zustandes der motorisch angetriebenen Blaseöffnungen verursacht sind, entweichen zu lassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaßöffnung (6) mit einer motorisch angetriebenen Klappe ausgestattet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaßöffnung (6) in einem der Nebenräume (4) befindlich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronischen Mittel zur Regulierung der Durchflußmenge des heizenden und/oder kühlenden Luftstromes eine Vorrichtung zur Verbindung mit den Blasegittern (5) umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronischen Mittel zur Regulierung der Durchflußmenge des heizenden und/oder kühlenden Luftstromes mit Elementen ausgestattet sind, die geeignet sind, um je nach dem Fall die Öffnung oder die Schließung der motorisch angetriebenen Klappe von der Auslaßöffnung oder -öffnungen nach dem Proportionalitätsgesetz Qm3/s = S2m2 x Vm/s zu steuern, wo V die Geschwindigkeit, Q die Durchflußmenge und S der Querschnitt sei.
- Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronischen Mittel zur Regulierung der Durchflußmenge des heizenden und/oder kühlenden Luftstromes eine Vorrichtung zum Anschluß eines Sensors für den Zustand der Öffnung oder Schließung der Türen (8) und Fenster (9) des Lokals umfassen, geeignet, um gegebenenfalls die Unterbrechung der Heizung und/oder der Klimatisierung zu steuern.
- Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Regulierung der Durchflußmenge des heizenden und/oder kühlenden Luftstromes mit einer Vorrichtung ausgestattet sind, die die Fernsteuerung der Heimsteuerung der Anlage über Telefonverbindungen erlaubt.
- Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Regulierung der Durchflußmenge des heizenden und/oder kühlenden Luftstromes Mittel zur Erfassung oder Änderung der für die Anlage spezifischen Parameter umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einem Zerstäuber ausgestattet ist, der geeignet ist, um ein Produkt, nämlich der Art Parfüm oder Desinfektionsmittel zu versprühen.
