Abstract

La présente invention a pour objectif de réduire les pannes du cylindre au moyen d'un système de ventilation interne incorporé dans les cylindres de frein à ressort à diaphragme/piston utilisés dans des véhicules tels que les camions, les bus et les remorques. Le cylindre de frein à ressort à diaphragme/piston à ventilation interne est constitué des éléments principaux suivants: un piston (1) en aluminium, un tube (2) en aluminium, une chambre (3) à ressort, une chambre (5) de service, une soupape (6) à piston, un joint torique (8) de soupape à piston, une bille d'acier (9) de soupape à piston, un orifice (10) d'échappement, un orifice (11) d'entrée d'air, un passage (12) pour l'air, un obturateur (13), des orifices (14) d'entrée d'air, un moyen d'étanchéité (15), un alésage (16) d'échappement et un joint torique (17) pour l'air sous pression.
