Claims (25)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufbewahren und Abgeben eines insbesondere kosmetischen Produkts, umfassend:
    - einen feststehenden Teil,
    - einen Druckknopf (3), der bezüglich des feststehenden Teils beweglich ist und dessen Betätigung gestattet, eine Produktdosis abzugeben,
    - eine Feder (4), umfassend:
    - einen Montageteil (6), der ausgebildet ist, um auf dem feststehenden Teil befestigt zu werden, wobei dieser Montageteil mindestens eine Windung (9) umfasst, und
    - einen vorstehenden Teil (7), der sich längs mindestens eines Teils des Druckknopfs (3) erstreckt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorstehende Teil (7) sich über eine Länge erstreckt, die größer als die des Druckknopfs (3) ist, und dass der vorstehende Teil eine Windung (7) umfasst, insbesondere eine einzige Windung, deren Achse (Y) mit derjenigen (X) des Montageteils einen Winkel (α) bildet.
  2. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (4) ausgebildet ist, um ihre lösbare Befestigung auf dem feststehenden Teil zu gestatten.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder so ausgebildet ist, dass die Festklemmung des Montageteils (6) auf dem feststehenden Teil ausreicht, um eine Demontage der Feder durch einen Benutzer zu verhindern, der auf den vorstehenden Teil (7) einen Zug ausübt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageteil (6) eine Mehrzahl von Windungen (9) umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Windungen (9) aneinander anliegen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Windungen (9) eine Kreis- oder Ellipsenform aufweisen, wenn sie von oben betrachtet werden.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (4) mit einem Metalldraht hergestellt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (4) mit einem Draht mit kreisförmigem oder quadratischem Querschnitt hergestellt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageteil (6) eine Mehrzahl von Windungen (9) umfasst, die in Draufsicht verschiedene Querschnitte aufweisen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageteil (6) eine Folge von Windungen (9) umfasst, deren Durchmesser, von einem Ende des Montageteils zum anderen Ende des Montageteils, variiert.
  11. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser einen einzigen Extremwert passiert.
  12. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Extremwert ein Minimum ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (3) gemäß einer Achse (Z) beweglich ist und dass der Montageteil (6) sich gemäß einer Längsachse (X) erstreckt, die mit der Bewegungsachse (Z) des Druckknopfs (3) im Wesentlichen zusammenfällt.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (α) im Wesentlichen ein rechter Winkel ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Windung (7) einen Querschnitt aufweist, der kleiner als derjenige der Windung oder Windungen (9) des Montageteils (6) ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Flasche (2) umfasst, die einen Hals (8) und eine Pumpe umfasst, die auf dem Hals durch Verfalzen oder Einklinken befestigt ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem einen Bundring (5) umfasst, der auf dem Hals der Flasche oder auf der Pumpe befestigt ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (4) an dem Bundring eingeklinkt ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 und 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bundring (5) an seiner Basis einen Kragen (14) umfasst, an dem der Montageteil (6) an einem Ende aufliegen kann.
  20. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Bundring (5) ein Ring (17) untergebracht ist, der in eine von dem Kragen (14) gebildete Nut eingesetzt ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bundring (5) aus Metall hergestellt ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (17) aus Kunststoff besteht.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageteil eine Seite (15) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf dem Kragen aufzuliegen, der einen im Wesentlichen ebenen Abschnitt, insbesondere einen geschliffenen Abschnitt umfasst.
  24. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Pumpe umfasst, die einen Montagemantel (26) umfasst, der an dem Hals der Flasche eingeklinkt ist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageteil (6) auf dem Mantel (26) befestigt ist.
