Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Flachschaber gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a flat scraper according to the preamble of claim 1.
Ein Schaber dieser Art ist unter der Bezeichnung "CERA Quick" der Patentsucherin bekannt geworden. Das Aufnahmeteil und das Schutzteil bestehen aus V-2-A-Blech und sind schalenförmig ausgebildet. Am Aufnahmeteil wird die Schaberklinge mittels zweier korrespondierender Öffnungen an Haltevorsprüngen gehaltert und von dem Schutzteil in Schutzposition vollständig abgedeckt, hingegen in Arbeitsposition ihr Schneidkantenbereich freigegeben. Das Kupplungselement besteht aus einer ein Sonderdrehteil bildenden Schraube mit Münzschlitz, die durch ein Langloch des Schutzteiles in eine mit einem Innengewinde versehene Bohrung des Aufnahmeteiles greift. Quer zur Längssymmetrieachse des Langloches sind auf der Außenseite des Schutzteiles der Unterseite des Schraubenkopfes zugewandt, zwei gegenüberliegende Rastwarzen als Raste angeordnet. Gegen die Kräfte dieser Rastwarzen ist das Schutzteil relativ zum Aufnahmeteil innerhalb der Länge des Langloches verschiebbar. An ihrem von der Schaberklinge abgewandten Bereich bilden das Aufnahmeteil und das Schutzteil ein gemeinsames Griffteil. In Schutzposition befindet sich der Schraubenkopf des Kupplungselementes im unteren Bereich des Langloches und wird von den beiden darüber befindlichen Rastwarzen an einer unerwünschten Verschiebung der Betriebsstellung durch elastische Verklemmung gehindert. Diese elastische Verklemmung wird durch mehr oder weniger tiefes Einschrauben der Münzschraube in die Schraubbohrung im Aufnahmeteil bestimmt, wodurch das Aufnahmeteil und das Schutzteil im Bereich des Längsschlitzes und der Schraube elastisch gegeneinander verspannt werden. Um den Flachschaber in seine Betriebsposition zu überführen, muss das Schutzteil entgegen der elastischen Verspannung mit den beiden Rastwarzen unter dem Schraubenkopf in Richtung zum Griffende bewegt werden. Dabei kann es vorkommen, dass bei zu geringer elastischer Verklemmung infolge einer zu wenig eingedrehten Schraube sich die Schaberklinge von ihren Halterungsvorsprüngen lösen und in unerwünschter Weise zwischen Aufnahmeteil und Schutzteil nach innen rutschen kann. - Blunt scraper according to any one of Claims 6 to 10, characterised in that both the receiving part (11) and the protective part (12) are provided with oval cavities (54, 55) extending in the scraper displacement direction (x-y) and shaped-out ribs (56, 57).
- Blunt scraper according to any one of Claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the receiving part (11) is provided at the outer edges of its widened receiving region (40) for the scraper blade (13) with a raised edge (31) which projects beyond the edge (32) of the protective part (12), which is also widened in this region (41).
- Blunt scraper according to any one of Claims 1 to 12, characterised in that two holding projections (21, 22) are disposed on the receiving surface (14) of the receiving part (11) for retaining the scraper blade (13).
- Blunt scraper according to any one of Claims 1 to 13, characterised in that a respective opening (38, 39) is provided at the end (28a) of the receiving part (11) and of the protective part (12) which is on the grip side, which openings are aligned with one another in the protective position and thus form a continuous suspension opening (38, 39).
