Definitions
- the invention is in the field of plate heat exchangers.
- a plate heat exchanger according to the preamble of claim 1 is for example from the JP 2000-266479 known.
- Plate heat exchangers are used to transfer heat energy between heat exchanger fluids.
- at least two heat exchanger fluids flow through separate flow spaces which are formed between heat exchanger plates in the plate heat exchanger.
- the heat transfer plates are usually arranged in a stack, which is part of the plate heat exchanger.
- the separate flow spaces are created by means of openings formed in the heat exchanger plates and spaces formed between the heat exchanger plates.
- a heat transfer between the at least two heat exchanger fluids takes place substantially in the region of a central heat transfer section of the heat transfer plates.
- one of the heat exchange fluids flows through a flow space on one side of a heat transfer plate and another heat exchange fluid through a flow space on the other side of the heat transfer plate. Heat is then exchanged between the two countercurrent heat exchanger fluids through the heat transfer plate.
- plate heat exchangers are known in which all relevant for the heat transfer heat exchanger plates of the stack are designed as a double-walled heat exchanger plates. Double-walled heat exchanger plates are formed by means of two plate elements which come into close contact with each other at least in the region of the central heat transfer section.
- plate heat exchangers with a stack of double-walled heat transfer plates can be used for applications where three separate flow spaces are formed for three heat exchange fluids by means of the apertures in the heat transfer plates and the spaces between the heat transfer plates in a plate heat exchanger.
- the document WO 01/16544 A1 describes a plate heat exchanger for at least two heat exchange fluids.
- the plate heat exchanger is formed of two single-walled heat exchanger plates, between which a double-walled heat exchanger plate is arranged.
- the document US 5,307,869 describes a Plattcnkorschreiber.
- the plate heat exchanger is formed with a stack of double-walled heat exchanger plates.
- the object of the invention is to provide an improved plate heat exchanger, with which the potential applications for the use of Platten Vietnamese ceremonies enjoyedtragern be extended.
- the invention includes the idea of providing a plate heat exchanger with a stack of heat exchanger plates arranged between two outer plates which are permanently connected to one another and between which separate flow spaces are formed for at least two heat exchanger fluids, in which part of the heat transfer plates usable for the heat transfer each designed as a single-walled heat transfer plate with a plate member and another part of the usable heat transfer for the heat transfer plates each as a double-walled heat transfer plate with two plate elements.
- plate heat exchangers can be produced, which have sections as a single component in the stack of heat exchanger plates that meet various safety standards.
- the combination of double-walled and single-walled heat exchanger plates has the additional advantage that in this way in a plate heat exchanger, which is usually performed with double-walled heat exchanger plates, in part, the more efficient heat transfer can be used in connection with the single-wall heat exchanger plates.
- the manufacturing costs are reduced in comparison with the known plate heat exchangers equipped exclusively with double-walled heat exchanger plates.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of an arrangement with a plurality of single-wall heat exchanger plates 1 and a plurality of double-walled heat exchanger plates 2. Both types of heat exchanger plates each have a central heat transfer section 3 and openings 4 in corner regions 5. In the area outside the openings 4 embossments 6 are provided for forming surface structures. The embossments 6 support the spaced arrangement of the single-walled / double-walled heat exchanger plates 1, 2 for forming the flow-through spaces when using the single-walled / double-walled heat exchanger plates 1, 2 in a plate heat exchanger.
- a plate heat exchanger 20 is shown in front or side view.
- the plate heat exchanger comprises a stack 21 with the arrangement of the single-walled / double-walled heat exchanger plates 1, 2 after FIG. 1 , wherein the single-walled / double-walled heat exchanger plates 1, 2 are permanently connected to one another by means of soldering.
