Description

APPAREIL DISTRIBUTEUR DE MATERIAU D'ESSUYAGE ET PRODUITS SIMILAIRES
L'invention se rattache au secteur technique des appareils distributeurs de matériau d'essuyage en ouate, papier et produits similaires, incluant un système de coupe automatique.
Le demandeur a développé de nombreux appareils distributeurs de ce type, lesquels incluent un carter réceptacle avec capot de protection d'une part, un bloc récepteur d'un tambour avec dispositif de coupe, et divers mécanismes permettant la rotation du tambour et son contrôle, et d'autre part, une bobine de matériau montée sur des flasques support et disposée dans la partie supérieure du carter. Par exemple, dans le brevet français n° 2.266.650, ont été décrits un bloc porte-mécanisme support de tambour et un bras porte-bobine, ces deux moyens étant rapportés et fixés par encliquetage sur des formes complémentaires établies dans la paroi arrière du carter. Dans cette mise en œuvre, les parois du carter présentent des pattes découpées formant saillie et susceptibles de coopérer avec d'autres pattes complémentaires formées sur la paroi de fond du bloc porte- mécanisme. Il est également prévu, dans un appareil de ce type, que le bloc porte-mécanisme présente, sur sa face avant, des pattes en saillie susceptibles de pénétrer et s'engager dans une bordure profilée formant creux et disposée le long de la face longitudinale avant de la paroi plane du carter.
Ces dispositions permettent un assemblage par module du bloc porte- mécanisme, et du bras porte-bobine. Pour ce dernier, des ouvertures sont également prévues sur les ailes du carter pour la mise en place d'axe de maintien.
Cette mise en œuvre a été réalisée par le demandeur lorsque le carter était en matériau métallique et il était facile de découper des formes pour les profiler en patte en vue d'assurer les liaisons précitées. Cependant, il s'est avéré que le montage n'était pas toujours pratique et tout particulièrement du bloc porte-mécanisme. En effet, la mise en place du bloc porte- mécanisme requérait un basculement et pivotement dudit bloc pour introduire les pattes profilées en regard formées sur la paroi de fond du bloc et sur le carter, en étant positionnées l'une sous l'autre avec risque d'accrochage ou de déformation de la ou des pattes. Par ailleurs, le porte- bobine était, dans cette réalisation, indépendant du bloc porte-mécanisme. Il y avait deux opérations de montage.
Dans le cadre de ses recherches complémentaires, le demandeur a modifié la conception de l'appareil distributeur, en intégrant, sous forme d'un module unique, l'ensemble des moyens nécessaires à l'entraînement et à la coupe de la bande de matériau, ainsi qu'au moyen support de la bobine de matériau.
En d'autres termes, l'invention vise à réaliser un module unique supportant l'ensemble des moyens nécessaires à la distribution et à la coupe de matériau.
L'invention donc vise à un aménagement spécifique particulier du carter de réception de l'ensemble du mécanisme et du module en particulier. Selon une première caractéristique, l'appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage et produits similaires du type comprend un module autonome recevant les moyens et mécanismes nécessaires à la distribution de la bobine de matériau et d'un tambour avec dispositif de coupe associé, le module comprenant deux flasques latéraux entre lesquels sont disposés lesdits moyens et mécanismes, tambour et porte-bobine, les flasques présentant un profil arrière avec un chant correspondant au profil intérieur du carter, ledit chant inférieur se prolongeant dans sa partie basse avec une languette susceptible de s 'encli quêter et se positionner dans un logement récepteur creux de retenue de la fourchette et formé sur la partie avant de la paroi de fond du carter et des rails obtenus par moulage dans le prolongement dudit logement assurant le positionnement des chants inférieurs des flasques, et en ce que les flasques sont conformés, dans leur partie supérieure, avec une languette ayant une capacité élastique de déformation, chaque languette recevant une patte profilée de verrouillage s 'ajustant derrière des pattes formant crochets établis sur la face arrière du carter.
Ces caractéristiques et d'autres encore ressortiront bien de la suite de la description.
L'invention est exposée ci-après plus en détail à l'aide des figures des dessins annexés dans lesquels : - la figure 1 est une vue en coupe et de profil d'un appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage incluant un module destiné à être fixé sur un carter,
- la figure 2 est une vue semblable à la figure 1, le module étant représenté fixé sur le carter,
- la figure 3 est une vue de face du carter, le module n'étant pas positionné,
- la figure 4 est une vue de face du carter de l'appareil, le module étant positionné. Cette figure représente, en deux demi-parties, ledit appareil, en mettant en valeur le moyen de verrouillage en position et basculement du module sur le carter.
Afin de rendre plus concret l'objet de l'invention, on le décrit maintenant d'une manière non limitative illustrée aux figures des dessins.
L'appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage, ouate, papier et similaire, est référencé dans son ensemble par (1). Il comprend un carter (2) susceptible de recevoir un couvercle (3) par articulation. Ce carter (2) présente une face arrière (2a) verticale, une face de fond (2b) basse et inclinée et deux ailes latérales (2c - 2d). Selon l'invention, le carter ainsi décrit est aménagé pour la réception et la fixation d'un module (4) autonome susceptible de recevoir les moyens et mécanismes nécessaires à la distribution de la bobine (5) de matériau, et d'un tambour (6) avec dispositif de coupe associé. La bobine de matériau peut être agencée avec des moyens support (7) pour venir en appui sur le tambour ou, être écarté de celui-ci, et donc sans appui. Toutes ces dispositions particulières des mécanismes précités sont sans conséquence sur l'objet de la présente invention. Elles peuvent être variées à partir de l'enseignement des différents brevets déposés par le demandeur.
L'invention vise essentiellement dans la liaison du module (4) porte- mécanisme et porte-bobine sur le carter. Le module comprend deux flasques latéraux (4a - 4b) entre lesquels sont disposés les divers mécanismes précités, tambour et porte-bobine. Ces flasques (4a - 4b) ont un profil arrière avec un chant (4c) à double pans (4c 1 - 4c2) correspondant au profil intérieur du carter de manière à épouser les formes correspondantes. Le chant inférieur (4c2) se prolonge dans sa partie la plus basse avec une languette (4e) profilée définissant une fente (4f) avec l'extrémité basse (4d) des flasques considérées, en constituant une forme de fourchette. Celle-ci est susceptible de venir s'encliqueter et se positionner dans un logement récepteur creux (2e) de retenue de la fourchette et formé dans la partie avant de la paroi de fond du carter. Des rails (2f) sont établis par moulage dans le prolongement dudit logement (2e) pour recevoir et assurer le positionnement des chants inférieurs des flasques précités (4a - 4b).
Par ailleurs, les flasques (4a - 4b) sont conformés dans leur partie supérieure avec une languette (4e) qui est délimitée par une fente verticale (4f) avec le corps du flasque, ceci afin d'autoriser une certaine élasticité de positionnement. Ces languettes (4e) reçoivent de plus, dans un plan perpendiculaire, deux pattes (4g) profilées orientées l'une vers l'autre et assurant une fonction de verrouillage. Sur la face arrière (2a) du carter sont établies deux pattes formant crochets (2g) qui sont destinés à être en regard et permettre le positionnement et débattement des pattes de verrouillage (4g) formées sur les flasques précités. Les pattes de verrouillage (4g) basculent vers le bas dans un plan parallèle à celui de la face aiτière du carter, et elles sont de longueur supérieure à la largeur des pattes crochets (2g). Elles assurent un verrouillage latéral en position.
La face arrière (2a) du carter présente, en regard desdites pattes formant crochets (2g), des ouvertures de démoulage (2h).
Des vis (5) complémentaires peuvent être rapportées entre des formes en fourchette (4h) formées sur les pattes de verrouillage (4g) et assurer une liaison feπne.
On conçoit ainsi, selon l'invention, que le module et le carter ainsi agencés seront susceptibles d'être associés l'un à l'autre avec un montage rapide. Les flasques (4a — 4b) sont eux-mêmes rigidifiés en position par leur tenue dans les rails récepteurs. Les pattes de verrouillage (4g) sont susceptibles de basculer par élasticité de matière lors de la mise en place du module sur le carter, puis, après relâchement, elles se trouvent positionnées derrière les pattes en forme de crochets (2g).
Cette structure permet un montage rapide du module sur le carter et un verrouillage en position. La manipulation par l'opérateur est simple.
Les aménagements du module peuvent être quelconques.

Claims

R E V E N D I C A T I O N S
-1- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage et produits similaires du type comprenant un capot de protection, un bloc récepteur d'un tambour avec dispositif de coupe, un porte-bobine de matériau, ledit bloc et le porte- bobine étant fixés par encliquetage sur le carter par des moyens complémentaires de liaison, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un module (4) autonome recevant les moyens et mécanismes nécessaires à la distribution de la bobine de matériau et d'un tambour avec dispositif de coupe associé, le module comprenant deux flasques latéraux (4a - 4b) entre lesquels sont disposés lesdits moyens et mécanismes, tambour et porte-bobine, les flasques présentant un profil arrière avec un chant (4c) correspondant au profil intérieur du carter, le pan inférieur (4c2) dudit chant se prolongeant dans sa partie basse avec une languette susceptible de s'encliqueter et se positionner dans un logement récepteur (2e) formée sur la partie avant de la paroi de fond du carter et des rails (2f) obtenus par moulage étant dans le prolongement du logement récepteur (2e) et assurant le positionnement des chants inférieurs des fiasques, et en ce que les flasques (4a — 4b) sont conformés, dans leur partie supérieure, avec une languette (4c) ayant une capacité élastique de déformation, chaque languette recevant une patte profilée de verrouillage (4g) s 'ajustant derrière des pattes formant crochets établis sur la face arrière du carter. -2- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage et produits similaires, selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que les flasques (4a - 4b) sont conformés, dans leur partie supérieure, avec une languette (4e) délimitée par une fente verticale (4f) avec le corps du flasque.
-3- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage et produits similaires, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pattes de verrouillage (4g) basculent dans un plan parallèle à celui de la face arrière du carter, et elles sont de longueur supérieure à la largeur des pattes crochets (2g) et assurent un verrouillage latéral en position.
-4- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage et produits similaires, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pattes de verrouillage (4g) présentent, en extrémité, une forme en fourchette (4h) pour la réception et le positionnement de vis de liaison.
