- the switching plunger 8 is parallel to the core 5 and to the coil 6 and aligned with the second L-leg 4.
- the shift plunger 8 acts directly together with a toothing 9 of a ratchet wheel 10.
- the toothing 9 is serrated eight times, accordingly eight defined switching positions, each rotated by 45 ° of the ratchet wheel 10.
- Ratchet wheel 10 can be turned to the right in direction of rotation D.
- the teeth 9 of the ratchet wheel 10 adjacent this has a contour disk 11 on which a spring band 12 rests, which a switching bridge 13 actuated.
- the link guide 14 of the contour disk 11 is also a Switch position indicator 15 connected.
- the stepping mechanism 1 is a spring element 16 clamped, with a recess for fixing in the housing 17 is provided in the spring element 16.
- the in the FIG 15a and 15b isolated spring element 16 is as Leaf spring formed and has a first spring leg 18, a second, middle spring leg 19 and a third Spring leg 20 on.
- the middle spring leg 19 is fixed relative to the magnetic yoke 2, while the first spring leg 18 with the switching plunger 8 and the third spring leg 20 interacts directly with the ratchet wheel 10.
- the first spring leg 18 is optionally between two of three pins 22, which are a coupling point form, clamped. By choosing the coupling point 22 is the force of the spring element 16 on the switching plunger 8 adjustable.
- Switch plunger 8 Due to the eccentric articulation of the spring element 16 on Switch plunger 8 is in any case such a torque exercised that the switching plunger 8 against the ratchet or the control shaft 10 is pressed. At the same time it is Switch plunger 8 loaded by the spring element 16 with a force, which lifts the hinged armature 7 from the core 5 of the coil 6. An additional spring element, which the folding anchor 7th in the raised position shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 holds, is therefore not necessary.
- the third spring leg opposite the first spring leg 18 20 also performs a multiple function.
- the third spring leg 20 In the switching position shown in Figures 1 and 2 is the third spring leg 20 just on a tooth flank 23 of the toothing 9 of the ratchet wheel 10. A turning back of the ratchet wheel 10 against the intended direction of rotation D is not possible because in this case the third spring leg 20 at the end would strike an end flank 24 of the toothing 9.
- the Teeth 9 cooperating third spring leg 20 is in limited holding function due to the frictional force between the third spring leg 20 and the Ratchet 10 given.
- the Ratchet wheel 10 rotated by a total of 45 °.
- the switching process will 3 to 9 explained in more detail below.
- the switching plunger 8 touches the teeth 9 of the ratchet wheel 10, which is 15 ° relative 1 is rotated to the zero position.
- the third feather leg 20 is due to the rotation of the teeth 9 in Direction to the first L-leg 3, in the illustration downwards, deflected and thus exercises in comparison to the switching position 1 and 2 show a greater force on the ratchet 10th out.
- the third spring leg 20 only touches a tooth edge 25 between a tooth flank 23 and one End flank 24. As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 3 and 4a, thus creates a torque on the ratchet 10 counter the direction of rotation D. If the power supply is interrupted to coil 6 in that shown in Figures 3, 4a, 4b Switch position would the ratchet 10 by the action of the third spring leg 20 of the spring element 16 back in transferred the starting position shown in Figures 1 and 2 become. At the same time, the spring element 16 would also Folding anchor 7 in the zero position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 move back.
- the spring element 16 thus ensures that the switching wheel 10 and thus also the switching bridge 13, for example too short an actuation pulse, which the coil 6 with Power supplied, not in an undefined intermediate position, such as that shown in Figures 3 to 4a Position can remain.
- the ratchet 10 can thus by at most less than 45 ° against the direction of rotation D rotate.
- 6a, 6b is the hinged anchor 7 further attracted by the coil 6 and by a total 4 ° swiveled from the zero position.
- the ratchet 10 is there by a total of 25 ° relative to that shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 Starting position twisted.
- the third spring leg 20 now deflected further, so that an even greater force acts on the toothing 9.
- the force of the spring element 16 on the ratchet 10 thus increases with its increasing rotation.
- Switch position is the holding force of the third spring leg 20 on the ratchet 10 relatively low.
- the safe functioning of the device is also given in the case of continuous load.
- the hinged anchor 7 rests on the core 5; the ratchet 10 is rotated by a total of 45 °.
- the third spring leg 20 the spring element 16 exerts a force analogous to that shown in FIG Switch position on the ratchet 10.
- the backstop is therefore active.
- the switching wheel 10 remains in the Switch position shown in Figure 9 when the power supply to the coil 6 is interrupted and thus the hinged armature 7 from Core 5 stands out.
- the step switch 1 is again in 45 ° the switching position shown in Figure 1.
- the 10 to 13 show a step switching relay 26 with a Step switch 1 according to FIGS 1 to 9 in different Switching states.
- the switching state corresponds to the 10, 12, 13 the switching state according to FIGS 1 and 2, while the switching state according to FIG. 11 the switching state according to FIG 9 corresponds.
- the stepping relay 26 is a DIN rail mounted device formed, which has a housing 27, the by means of a holding device 28 to a not shown Carrier rail can be snapped on.
- the switching bridge 13 can be connected with two fixed contacts 29, each with one Terminal 30 are connected. Two other terminals 31 are for electrical connection of the coil 6 is provided.
- the shift plunger 8 protrudes through an opening 32 on one of the holding devices 28 opposite actuating side 33 of the housing 27, so that the indexing mechanism 1 can also be operated manually is.
- the position of the switch position indicator 15 and thus the switching bridge 13 is also adjacent to the opening 32 Window 34 visible.
- FIG. 14 Another embodiment of the stepping relay 26 is shown in FIG.
- the structure of the stepping mechanism 1 largely corresponds to the embodiment of the 1 to 13.
- the stepping relay is different 26 according to FIG. 14 as a combined opener / closer formed with two switching bridges 13. Both switching bridges 13 are switched simultaneously with a single coil 6.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a step switch in an electromagnetic Step relay with a housing, with a magnet system having a coil and a hinged armature, with one that preferably interacts directly with the hinged anchor Switch plunger and with a cooperating with it Shift wheel, which in several defined shift positions can be snapped into place. Such a stepper is known for example from DE 35 19 546 C2.
Step switches are usually used in impulse switches used, one actuating a number of contact elements Switching wheel can be locked in defined switching positions and only is rotatable in one direction. To the required The step switch shows that it fulfills switching functions a plurality of movable, in particular resilient functional elements on. This is a complex construction given the stepping mechanism.
The invention has for its object a stepping mechanism for an electromagnetic stepping relay, which is structurally particularly simple, especially with a small number of parts and particularly easy to assemble is constructed.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by means of a stepping mechanism with the features of claim 1. This stepping mechanism is in an electromagnetic housing Step switching relay arranged and has a magnet system a coil and a hinged anchor. Through the hinged anchor a switching plunger can be actuated, which in turn with a Ratchet interacts, which is defined in a plurality Switch positions is adjustable. With the shift plunger as well a spring element interacts with the ratchet, which as a leaf spring or as a bar spring, i.e. similar to a leaf spring, but with a round cross section. The Spring element has three legs, which are preferably in the unloaded Condition are at least approximately straight. Deviating from this, however, the legs can, for example also be curved and merge, so that the Leaf spring has a curved course overall. In each Fall acts on the first leg or the first section of the spring element, the switching plunger with a force, whereby this is preferably both pressed onto the ratchet wheel as well as the hinged anchor in the direction of the one lifted off the coil Position charged. The middle leg or middle Section of the spring element is in the housing of the stepping relay stored. On the middle leg or section closes a third leg or section of the Spring element, which interacts with the ratchet. The third leg preferably fulfills several Functions: On the one hand he grabs the ratchet wheel, in particular on a toothing of the ratchet, such that this is held in the defined switching positions, especially turning back against the intended direction of rotation is prevented. On the other hand, the spring element exerts the ratchet wheel, provided that it comes from a defined switching position out only slightly, i.e. not until the next one defined switching position, is twisted, a restoring force. The backstop function of the spring element is therefore in small angular ranges between neighboring switching positions canceled to undefined Avoid intermediate positions of the ratchet wheel.
The actuation path of the third, with the ratchet, in particular its teeth, cooperating spring leg is typical less than the actuation path of the first spring leg, by means of which the hinged anchor from the coil of the Magnet system can be lifted. According to these different The first leg is the suspension travel requirements preferably longer than the third leg of the spring element.
The first leg preferably engages one of the Switch plunger molded actuating arm pointing away from the coil on. By coupling the first leg of the spring element with one of the main direction of extension of the Plunger enclosing an at least approximately right angle Actuator arm is not just a sufficient actuation path given the plunger, but also with a Force applied, which presses it radially to the ratchet. The switching plunger preferably acts with that toothing of the ratchet wheel directly together, which also with the third Spring leg interacts and the above described Backstop function and reset function ensures. A favorable ratio of both the individual ways of actuation as well as operating forces is given when the first leg of the spring element with its third leg an angle of at least 30 ° and at most 150 °, in particular of minimum 60 ° and maximum 120 °.
According to a preferred further training, the force is which the first leg of the spring element on the switching plunger exercises, adjustable by this, in particular on the actuating arm of the switching plunger, several coupling points for Clamping the spring leg are provided. The spring element is preferably made of metal. In the case of one Training as a leaf spring with a flat rectangular Cross section is preferably at least its thickness 0.05 mm and a maximum of 0.5 mm, in particular 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm. When the spring element is made of plastic due to the thermal environment and the permanent mechanical load increased demands on the flow and setting properties to consider.
According to a particularly preferred development, a so-called Overturn protection, preferably in the form of a Ratchet directly interacting safety arm of the Shift plunger provided, which prevents the ratchet during a switching operation by the switching plunger too far is rotated.
According to a preferred development, the spring element has one from the formation of an adjacent section of the Spring leg deviating leg section, which is preferably formed as a notch or constriction and serves to influence the spring characteristic in a targeted manner. By different leg sections with different spring elements can easily the spring characteristic of a Step switch according to the requirements, in particular the desired tripping characteristic. Because the leg section formed in different variants primarily the exact setting of the between forces acting on the spring element and the switching plunger, while influencing the forces between the spring element and the ratchet wheel at most of secondary importance the modified leg section is preferred between a section of the Spring element and the coupling point between the first Spring leg and the switching plunger.
The advantage of the invention is in particular that a spring element designed as a multifunctional element in one Step switching relay both a switching plunger and a switching wheel directly as well as a hinged anchor indirectly with a Force applied, the ratchet in defined Switching positions is maintained and by a backstop function is secured.

8 justierbar. In the housing, not shown in Figures 1 and 2, in which
the stepping mechanism 1 is a
Due to the eccentric articulation of the
Der dem ersten Federschenkel 18 gegenüberliegende dritte Federschenkel
20 übt ebenfalls eine Mehrfachfunktion aus. In
Schaltrad 10 gegeben. The third spring leg opposite the
Während des Schaltvorgangs des Schrittschaltwerks 1 wird das
Schaltrad 10 um insgesamt 45° gedreht. Der Schaltvorgang wird
nachfolgend anhand der FIG 3 bis 9 näher erläutert. In Relation
drehen.During the switching process of the stepping mechanism 1, the
dritte Federschenkel 20 nunmehr nochmals weiter ausgelenkt,
die Nullstellung gewährleistet ist.5, 6a, 6b is the hinged
Is in the switching position shown in Figures 7, 8a, 8b

Kern 5 abhebt. Nach einem weiteren Schaltvorgang des Schrittschaltwerkes
1 mit weiterer Drehung des Schaltrades 10 um
nochmals 45° befindet sich das Schrittschaltwerk 1 wieder in
der in FIG 1 dargestellten Schaltposition. The switch position shown in FIG

Fenster 34 sichtbar.10 to 13 show a
Eine weitere Ausführungsform des Schrittschaltrelais 26 ist
in FIG 14 dargestellt. Der Aufbau des Schrittschaltwerkes 1
entspricht dabei weitgehend dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach den
FIG 1 bis 13. Abweichend hiervon ist jedoch das Schrittschaltrelais
26 nach FIG 14 als kombinierter Öffner/Schließer
mit zwei Schaltbrücken 13 ausgebildet. Beide Schaltbrücken 13
werden gleichzeitig mit einer einzigen Spule 6 geschaltet.
Ein zentraler Schaltstößel 8 betätigt zwei parallel zueinander
auf einer gemeinsamen Achse angeordnete Schalträder 10
mit deckungsgleichen Konturscheiben 11. Another embodiment of the stepping
0,2 mm gefertigt. Die äußeren Federschenkel 18,20 des in den
FIG 15a und 15b im unbelasteten Zustand dargestellten Federelementes
sämtlicher beschriebener Funktionen problemlos in
15, eine einfache Montage ermöglicht ist.FIGS. 15a and 15b show that serving as a multifunction
Ein weiteres Schrittschaltrelais 26 mit einer besonders bevorzugten
Ausführungsform eines Schrittschaltwerkes 1 ist in
den FIG 16a bis 17 dargestellt. Hierbei ist, wie in den FIG
18a und 18b näher dargestellt, der Schaltstößel 8 im Vergleich
zu den oben beschriebenen Ausführungsformen nach den
FIG 1 bis 15b modifiziert.
Schaltvorgangs.
Funktion.The switching
Federschenkel 19 rechtwinklig abknickende Haltenase 37
The
