Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Anbringen von doppellagigen Versteifungsstreifen (3) an einer getaktet transportierten siegelfähigen Folienbahn (1), bei welchem an vorgebbaren, in Transportrichtung (A) beabstandeten Folienbahnabschnitten (2) V-förmige Schlaufen (5) gebildet und die die Schlaufen (5) bildenden Schenkel (6, 7) derart aneinandergesiegelt werden, dass die dadurch entstehenden, quer zur Transportrichtung (A) verlaufenden Versteifungsstreifen (3) kragenartig von der Folienbahn (1) abstehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Folienbahnabschnitt (2), an welchem eine Schlaufe (5) gebildet wird, eine gesteuerte Zusatzschlaufe (27) zugeordnet wird, die der Anpassung an Formatänderungen bezüglich der Abstände (x) der Folienbahnabschnitte (2) dient.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzschlaufe (27) durch Rastermarken (4) oder dergleichen der Folienbahn (1) gesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzschlaufe (27) während des Transportes der Folienbahn (1) mehrere Taktschritte lang aufrechterhalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzschlaufe (27) durch Anklemmen an ein Transportmittel aufrechterhalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von Zusatzschlaufen (27) gleichzeitig aufrechterhalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzschlaufe (27) in zwei Teilschlaufen (30, 31) aufgeteilt ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem die Schlaufen (5) bildenden Falzschwert (22), mit zwei dem Falzschwert (22) zugeordneten, die Folienbahn (1) jeweils unmittelbar vor und nach einer Schlaufe (5) klemmenden Klemmbackenpaaren (23, 24), mit einer die Schenkel (6, 7) der Schlaufen (5) aneinanderpressenden Presseinrichtung (19), mit einer der Presseinrichtung (19) zugeordneten Heizeinrichtung sowie mit einer dem Falzschwert (22) zugeordneten, getaktet angetriebenen Transportwalze, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportwalze eine Trommel (10) relativ großen Durchmessers mit längs ihres Umfangs angeordneten Einrichtungen zum Bilden einer Mehrzahl von Schlaufen (5) und Zusatzschlaufen (27) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presseinrichtung (19) für jede Schlaufe (5) zwei mit der Trommel (10) umlaufende, relativ zueinander bewegliche Pressbacken (20, 21) enthält, die zugleich jeweils einen Klemmbacken für die beiden Klemmbackenpaare (23, 24) bilden, deren anderer Klemmbacken (25, 26) außerhalb der Trommel (10), dieser zustellbar, angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pressbacken (20, 21) an ihrem den jeweiligen Klemmbacken bildenden Bereich (34, 35) unterschiedlichen Durchmessern der Trommel (10) zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass allen Presseinrichtungen (19) ein gemeinsames, außerhalb der Trommel (10) angeordnetes Falzschwert (22) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass allen Zusatzschlaufen (27) eine gemeinsame, außerhalb der Trommel (10) angeordnete Formatwalze (28) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trommel (10) ein mehreren Presseinrichtungen (19) zugeordneter Sektor (I) mit Heizeinrichtungen zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem den Heizeinrichtungen zugeordneten Sektor (I) ein Sektor (II) mit Kühlmitteln nachgeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trommel (10) wenigstens ein Sensor (29) zum Abtasten der Rastermarken (4) der Folienbahn (1) zugeordnet ist.
