Abstract
Pneumatikzylinder, umfassend ein Zylindergehäuse (1) mit Enddeckeln (2a; 2b) einen gleitend innerhalb des Zylindergehäuses (1) untergebrachten Kolben (3), zumindest ein Kolbendichtring (13a; 13b), außerradial angeordnet am Kolben (3) zur Bildung zumindest einer Druckkammer (6a; 6b), zumindest einen Anschluss (5a; 5b) zur Be - und Entlüftung der vom Kolben (3) unterteilten Druckkammer (6a; 6b), jeweilige Luftauslässe (7a; 7b) zur Herstellung einer Verbindung zur Druckkammer (6a; 6b), denen je ein äußerer Anschluss (5a; 5b) zugeordnet ist, und die in einem axialen Dämpfungsabstand (X) bezüglich des Endes des Zylindergehäuses (1) angeordnet sind, wobei Dämpfungsmittel zum gedämpften Stoppen des Kolbens (3) durch Zurückhalten der aus Druckkammer (6a; 6b) ausströmenden Luft vorgesehen sind, wobei die Dämpfungsmittel zumindest eine in einem Enddeckelkanal (9a; 9b) integrierte Dämpfungsdüse (8a; 8b) umfassen, die im Enddeckel (2a; 2b) angeordnet ist, um die aus der Druckkammer (6a; 6b) ausströmende Luft nur durch die Dämpfungsdüse (8a; 8b) zu leiten, wenn der Kolbendichlring (13a; 13b) den Luftauslass (7a; 7b) kurz vor Erreichen der Endlagenposition auf der Entlüftungsseite des Kolbens (3) passiert hat, wobei der Enddeckelkanal (9a; 9b) die Druckkammer (6a; 6b) mit dem zugeordneten äußeren Anschluss (5a; 5b) verbindet.
