Definitions
- the invention relates to a slitter rewinder Cutting a product carpet according to the one in the preamble of claim 1 defined in more detail.
- Such a roll cutting device is from practice known and is used for example for cutting a product carpet from a sticky mass, such as Nougat.
- the product carpet which is a large area Layer of sticky mass is by means of Roll cutting device that a large number of rotationally driven Roll cutting knife can have, in individual strips cut.
- the roll cutting knives are parallel arranged to each other and sitting on a common Drive shaft.
- the roll cutting device according to the invention for cutting a product carpet with the features according to the generic term of claim 1, which slitter a vibrating device comprising the slitter knife exposed to vibration has the advantage that the sticking of residues of sticky product masses the roller cutting knife or blades are largely avoided can.
- the roll cutting knife is in an expedient embodiment formed from a thin-walled steel, which in particular is subject to vibration, which is essentially is aligned parallel to the axis of the drive shaft, the drive shaft being mounted essentially without play is.
- the drive shaft it is also conceivable for the drive shaft to be provided with a certain axial play, so that the Roll cutting knife and the drive shaft through the effect a common vibration of the vibration device carry out.
- the one aligned parallel to the axis of the drive shaft Vibration leads to an expansion of the medium of the slitting knife manufactured.
- the slitter knife can exert a vibration by means of the direction of vibration, which are aligned at right angles to the level of the product carpet is.
- the roll cutting device is the vibration device formed by a magnetic excitation system.
- a magnetic excitation system such one Roll cutter is through a simple modification a conventional roll cutter with at least one rotationally driven slitter knife producible, the basic structure is retained.
- the modification can be designed such that the slitter knife directly subjected to vibration or alternating magnetic field is exposed.
- the magnetic excitation system works on a special one Embodiment of the roll cutting device according to the invention according to a magnetomechanical principle, whereby the Excitation system comprises an excitation rotor, at least a magnet is arranged. This magnet then sets it Slitter knife periodically a directed magnetic field out.
- the slitter rewinder can be particularly inexpensive manufacture if the magnet attached to the exciter rotor is arranged, a permanent magnet, in particular a neodymium-iron-boron magnet is.
- the excitation system comprises one Electromagnet.
- the electromagnet is useful with an electrical control unit connected to an AC voltage with a preselected frequency and a preselected Provides amplitude.
- the vibration that the slitter knife is exposed to is, for example, in a range between approximately 400 Hz and 600 Hz, especially at about 500 Hz.
- a good cut quality can be achieved if the Vibration of the slitter knife an amplitude of about Has 0.3 mm to 0.7 mm, in particular of about 0.5 mm.
- the roller cutting knife or the drive shaft who sits the slitter knife can limit the vibration be provided with a mechanical stop that for example pressed as a ring on the drive shaft is.
- the slitter knife in its seating area
- Material stresses can be impressed, for example are produced by pressing or rolling, so that the slitter knife of a bistable membrane with two stable end positions. In an alternating magnetic field then the slitter knife jumps between the two stable end positions back and forth.
- a roll cutting device 10 is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 shown for cutting a flat product carpet 12 in single strips.
- the product carpet 12 exists in the present case from nougat, i.e. H. from one sticky mass, which rests on a conveyor 14.
- the roll cutter 10 includes a variety of Roll cutting knives 16, four of which are shown in FIG are shown and on a common drive shaft 18 sit or are pressed onto this.
- the single ones Roll cutting knives 16 are each in the axial direction Drive shaft 18 on both sides of a so-called stroke limiter 20 limited, each pressed onto the drive shaft 18 and has a substantially L-shaped cross section Has.
- the stroke limiters 20 each serve for limitation the amplitude of a substantially parallel to the axis of the drive shaft 18 formed vibration of the respective Roll cutting knife 16.
- the exciter rotors 22 sit on a common rotor drive shaft 24 and are each disc-shaped, with the large areas the rotors 22 each have four circular permanent magnets 26 are arranged, which are offset by 90 ° to each other are.
- the permanent magnets 26 are each made of one Neodymium-iron-boron magnets are formed.
- the permanent magnet 26 vibrates, which are essentially parallel to the drive shaft 18 of the roll cutting knife 16 is aligned.
- the vibration has a frequency of about 500 Hz and an amplitude of about 0.5 mm. Due to the vibration of the roll cutting knife 16 becomes a preparation of product residues or product particles largely prevented on the slitter knives 16.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 An alternative embodiment is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 a roll cutter 30 shown, the largely the roll cutting device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 corresponds, but differs from this in that instead of a magnetomechanical excitation system, an electromagnetic one Has excitation system.
- the electromagnetic Excitation system includes electromagnets 32, which in the Intervene between the cutting blades 16 and which are arranged fixed to the frame.
- the electromagnets 32 are via electrical lines 34 with an electrical Controller 36 connected to an AC voltage for the electromagnet 32 supplies, so that the slitter knife 16 by the action of the electromagnet 32 generated, sinusoidal magnetic field in vibration can be moved.
