Abstract

Erfindungsgegenstand ist ein Betriebsverfahren für den Motor (1) eines Elektrowerkzeugs, dessen Betriebsleerlaufdrehzahl durch eine Regelelektronik (4) auf einen Wert eingestellt wird, der gleich einer gewählten Arbeitsdrehzahl (n1) ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird der Motor nach einer vorgebbaren Leerlaufzeit (ΔT), während der der Motor mit der vorgegebenen Betriebsleerlaufdrehzahl (n1) läuft, zur Kühlung mit einer vorgegebenen erhöhten Leerlaufdrehzahl (n2) betrieben. Die Drehzahl wird sofort wieder auf die Arbeitsdrehzahl (n1) eingestellt, wenn vom Motor zum Zeitpunkt (T3) ein Belastungsmoment verlangt wird, so dass ein komfortables Arbeiten gewährleistet ist.

Subject of the invention is an operating method for the motor (1) of a power tool whose operating idling speed is adjusted by a control electronics (4) to a value which is equal to a selected operating speed (n 1 ). According to the invention, the engine is operated after a predefinable idle time (.DELTA.T), during which the engine with the predetermined idle operating speed (n 1 ), for cooling with a predetermined increased idle speed (n 2 ). The speed is immediately set back to the working speed (n 1 ) when the engine at the time (T 3 ) a load torque is required, so that a comfortable working is guaranteed.
