Description

The present invention relates to an applicator structure in the form of a glove. It finds particular use in the field of gloves used to ensure friction of the hair and scalp in general. Body wash gloves generally known in cotton or terry are known. The advantage of the invention is to provide a glove to come into contact with the entire body of hair while limiting the gesture to achieve this result.

A washcloth has in its simplest embodiment a rectangular shape made such that two fabric panels are connected to provide an opening at one of the edges of the rectangle so that a hand of a user can be inserted between these two fabric panels. The user can possibly wet and impregnate his glove with a personal care product, to apply the product on his skin.

On connait des documents EP-0820705 et US-3874014 des gants à franges. We know documents EP-0820705 and US 3874014 gloves with fringes.

To meet the needs of a nomadic clientele, with little access to water points, gloves have been developed that are impregnated with personal hygiene products, effective even when applied dry. In particular, there are known wipes, generally rectangular pieces of fabric, impregnated with makeup removers, or foaming products for cleaning the skin, or deodorant and or refreshing compositions.

In the hair field, if such wipes are used, for example impregnated with hair care products, the problem is that they are difficult to handle and moreover the result obtained is not optimal. Indeed, during the friction of the hair, the wipe is quickly balled. It is then necessary to firmly hold the wipe in the hand, but this gesture is not compatible with the proper gestures to ensure maximum contact with the hair mass. As a result, there is only friction on the surface and not in the mass of the hair.

To improve the friction of the hair mass, it is known to use gloves. These gloves mold the hand of the user and allow him with each finger of glove to penetrate the mass of the hair.

In the state of the art, the teaching of the document is known GB-A-2035052 , a glove waterproof and allowing to massage the hair when applying a shampoo. This glove has at each of the fingers of the glove small conical protrusions protruding radially from the outer surface of these thimbles. This glove is molded in a plastic material. It is therefore not a good medium to be impregnated with cosmetics and or hygiene. Indeed, for an impregnation with a hygiene product, whether intended for application to the skin or to the hair, absorbent materials are preferably chosen.

For example, absorbent materials that can be used are those intended for producing wipes. The problem posed by these gloves, made from such materials and impregnated with such substances, is that they have a high manufacturing cost. Indeed, to achieve a glove with individualized fingers, two sheets of absorbent tissue are glued together, and then cut according to a pattern individualizing each of the fingers. There is therefore a loss between the amount of tissue used and the number of gloves that are actually made. These falls are irretrievable, and moreover require a recycling step in the manufacturing process. Finally, once the gloves are made, they form as many units made to impregnate product. The manipulation of each of these units is binding. But it is impossible to impregnate the fabric beforehand, because then it is more than manually cutable, which is long and tedious.

In addition, in the case of a post-impregnation cut, the manual cutting of the gloves generates a risk of bacterial contamination, and imposes an additional step of purification of the gloves made. This last step further adds to the manufacturing process.

The present invention aims to overcome the problems mentioned above by providing a glove forming a cavity in which a user can insert his hand. This glove has flaps protruding from an outer periphery of the glove so as to increase the contact surface proposed by the glove. Especially when the user with this glove, passes his hand in a hair mass, the flaps constitute as many additional contact surfaces with the hair. These flaps correspond in this case to an extension of the material constituting the glove beyond the strict outer periphery of the cavity inside which one can insert a hand. Indeed, when a user inserts his hand in the glove, and in particular one of his fingers in one of the fingers of the glove, even if his finger is molded by the inner periphery of the thimble, it presents a flap floating around the outside perimeter. The glove thus produced has as a contact surface, the outer periphery of the glove fingers and the glove, increased by the outer surface presented by these flaps.

The cavity inside which the hand is inserted is delimited by a junction zone, this junction zone connecting a first panel to a second panel. The hand is also inserted between these two panels from an opening not closed by this junction area.

This gives a glove developing a large contact surface, which allows in particular to rub the hair coming into contact with the outer periphery of most of them. This gives a better friction of the hair. Indeed, when it is desired to wash the hair, or to apply to them a care, coloring or other treatment, to obtain a uniform result it is absolutely necessary to come into contact with each of them; and this in the depth of the hairy mass. The invention makes it possible to obtain such a result.

The invention relates to a device comprising a first sheet and a second sheet, the first sheet being connected to the second sheet according to a connecting zone, a cavity accessible via at least one opening being formed between the two sheets on one side of said connecting zone, characterized in that the device has on the other side of the connection zone at least one flexible strip formed by at least one of the sheets and in that the two sheets respectively have a rectangular shape, said cavity being oriented obliquely relative to said sheets.

In the case where the assembled sheets have substantially and respectively rectangular shapes, to ensure a maximum length of this flexible band, especially in the case where the connecting line defines a form of glove, the cavity is oriented obliquely relative to said sheets. Preferably, such an orientation leads to present the opening of the glove in a corner of the rectangle, the connecting zone opening on respectively two distinct and orthogonal edges of the two sheets. The hand is then introduced into the glove so that it extends preferably along a diagonal of the rectangle. It is thus easy to limit the proportion of flexible band which will then be placed around the wrist of a hand which would be introduced into such a glove, and maximize the surface of the sheets which could for example be brought into contact with hair according to a conventional gesture.

To simplify the manufacturing process and to have a certain tolerance for facing the two sheets, each of these two sheets may have flexible bands. For example, the two sheets have the same dimensions and are superimposed so that the flexible strips are of the same shape and are superimposed.

To improve the contact with each hair of a mass of hair, the flexible band (s) form (s) fringes. The fringes themselves are flexible and are oriented indistinctly relative to each other in the mass of hair. The fringes thus randomly create additional contact surfaces.

To amplify these random orientations, and thus increase the contacts, a fringe comprises at least two flywheels. For example, the ruffles are cut along an intersecting central axis at a longitudinal axis of the fringe.

The connecting zone forms at least one curve so that the cavity has at least one protrusion to receive at least one finger. Ideally the connecting zone delimits several growths to each receive respectively a finger of a hand, so that the cavity defines a glove. Moreover, at least one protrusion is extended by at least one fringe.

At least one of the sheets may be made of a nonwoven material. This type of nonwoven material may be impregnated at least in part with a cosmetic product, in particular a hair treatment product.

In a variant, the connection zone is discontinuous. In this case, the cavity has several openings.

Furthermore, the invention makes it possible to obtain such gloves by a simplified manufacturing method, with a low cost, and easily industrializable. Indeed, the manufacturing method according to the invention does not generate falls, and secondly, the cutting of the gloves is simplified and can be made continuously without breaking the production line.

The method provides in particular that two rectangular sheets of material are assembled at a junction zone, so as to form on one side of said junction zone a cavity between the two sheets, this cavity being accessible via at least one opening . The junction zone is arranged such that at least one of the sheets forms a flexible band on the other side of the junction zone, and such that said cavity is oriented obliquely relative to said sheets.

Preferably, the flexible band thus defined is then cut to define the locations of the flaps. These flaps, or fringes, may themselves be cut so as to have flounces, the flaps and their flounces are for example made by cutting with the punch.

In the case of a continuous manufacturing process, from at least one web of continuous web material, the flap cuts do not join the edges of the web. It can easily be manipulated. In this case, during a last step, the sheets are cut, for example by a roll cut, so as to separate the gloves thus formed from the (or) sheet (s) of strip material.

More particularly, in the case of a continuous process, either the two sheets are formed from two sheets arranged on rolls and unwound simultaneously, or the two sheets are formed from a sheet unrolled and folded over it. even around its longitudinal axis, the longitudinal axis being preferably defined parallel to a line unwinding axis.

The device 1 forms a pocket, it comprises a first sheet 2, here represented as an upper sheet of the device 1, and a second sheet 3 respectively represented as a lower sheet of the device 1. In this example, the sheets 2 and 3 are in vis-à-vis one another, and overlap. The sheets are connected at a connecting zone 4, so as to define the pocket at least on one side of the connecting zone 4. This connecting zone 4 has at least one curvature to present the pocket on the inside. curvature. The pocket is also open so that a hand of a user can be inserted between the sheets thus assembled. The connecting zone 4 is preferably defined inside, and not on the periphery, of the sheets of the device 1.

The connection is made between the two sheets 2 and 3 by means of assembly, such as glue, thermal welding, ultrasonic welding or high frequency. Preferably, the assembly means adapted to the constituent material of the sheets are chosen.

The sheets are made of a preferably non-woven material. For example, a material having 70% viscose and 30% polyethylene terephthalate is selected. Preferably, it is an absorbent material so that it can be impregnated with a solution. It is for example impregnated with a personal hygiene product or more particularly with a product for the hair care, such as a shampoo, a dye, a rehydrating agent, or a plixant (product having a hardening power of the hair fiber ). The sheet is for example in a thin planar shape with a density of the order of 70 grams / m 2 .

In the example presented Figure 1 , leaves 2 and 3 are rectangular and have at least three edges 5, 6, 7 common and strictly vis-à-vis. Among these three borders, the borders 5 and 7 are connected by the connecting zone 4, while the border 6 is called "open" insofar as the two sheets 2 and 3 are not connected at this edge 6. The border 6 thus has an opening 8. A user can for example insert his hand from the opening 8 so as to have it between the two sheets 2 and 3.

The connection zone 4 is continuous in the example presented figure 1 . Indeed, a segment 9 of the connecting zone 4 connects the borders 5 and 7. At this segment 9, the sheets 2 and 3 are connected. As a result, the device 1 defines a cavity 10 between the sheets 2 and 3, this cavity 10 being accessible only from the opening 8.

With respect to the connection zone 4, a first side 11 of the segment 9, ie to the left on the Figure 1 there is the cavity 10, while a second side 13 of the segment 9 defines a flexible band 12. The flexible band 12 corresponds to a portion of one of the sheets 2 or 3 protruding beyond the zone of 4. On the figure 1 , the first sheet 2 extends beyond the connecting zone 4 to form this flexible strip 12. The segment 9 of the connecting zone 4 is not made at the edge of the sheet 2. The flexible strip 12 is mobile by relative to the remainder of the sheet 2 which is retained integrally with the second sheet 3. For example, the flexible strip 12 extends orthogonally to the segment 9 over a length of about one centimeter. This length is for example between 0.5 centimeters and 5 centimeters.

In a variant, the connection zone 4 may be discontinuous, provided that the device 1 has at least one protrusion such as the flexible band 12.

In another variant, the two sheets 2 and 3 may have a flexible strip such as 12. In this case, the second sheet 3 has a second flexible strip 14. The flexible strips 12 and 14 do not necessarily have the same shape and do not necessarily overlap. They are independent of each other. De facto, the sheets 2 and 3 do not necessarily have the same shape, and can be vis-à-vis only partially.

In this case, the flexible strip 12 protrudes from the second side 13 over all or part of the connection zone 4.

In a preferred embodiment, presented Figure 2 , the device 1 forms a rectangle in which the connection zone 4 is continuous and comprises at least one curve 15 provided so as to form an outgrowth 16 of the cavity 10. The protrusion 16 more particularly forms a tubular extension of the cavity 10 This tubular extension 16 is in particular provided to receive a finger from the hand of a user. Preferably, the connecting zone 4 forms several curves interconnected to form several tubular extensions such as 16. For example, the cavity 10 comprises five tubular extensions such as 16 for each receive a finger of a hand. In this case, each of the five extensions may have an inner periphery of a shape compatible with the finger that is supposed to receive: thumb, index, major, ring or ear.

On the second side 13 of the connection zone 4, there is the flexible band 12 and possibly 14, which exceeds (s) the connecting zone 4.

To free the fingers of the glove from each other; a cut 17 is made of the flexible band 12. The band 12 is then separated into at least two fringes respectively 18 and 19. The cutout 17 is made in the flexible band 12, along an axis intersecting with the connection zone. 4, and almost until the attainment of the connecting zone 4. Furthermore, the cutout 17 is made to a border 20 of the surface, here of rectangle shape, in which is inscribed the device 1. The two fringes 18 and 19 are each retained at the connecting zone 4 while remaining in the continuity of the sheet 2. Moreover, the fringes 18 and 19 are delimited by the cutout 17 on the one hand, and the edge 20 of the rectangle.

La découpe 23 sépare l'"annulaire" de l'"auriculaire", la frange 25 étant définie autour de l'"annulaire" et la dernière frange 26 étant définie autour de l'"auriculaire".In the case where the glove has five fingers, it produces for this purpose four cutouts such as 17, respectively 17, 21, 22, and 23. In fact, the flexible band 12 is then divided into five fringes respectively 18, 19, 24 , 25 and 26. For example, the cutout 17 makes it possible to separate the "thumb" from the "index", the fringe 18 being defined around the "thumb". The cut 21 separates the "index" from the "major", the fringe 19 then being defined around the "index". The cutout 22 separates the "major" from the "annular", the fringe 24 being defined around the "major". The cutout 23 separates the "annular" from the "little finger", the fringe 25 being defined around the "annular" and the last fringe 26 being defined around the "little finger".

A longitudinal axis 27 of a hand is defined as that of the forearm in the continuity of which it is part, especially when the fingers are parallel to the forearm. The opening 8 is preferably made so that the longitudinal axis 27 of the hand is oblique with respect to the rectangle in which the glove is formed. On the figure 2 , the opening 8 is defined in a corner of this rectangle. For this purpose, the connecting zone 4 opens at two points of the outer periphery of the rectangle, on either side of this corner, defining between these two points the opening 8. In this case, a first point opens at the an edge 50, and the second point at a second edge 51 adjacent to the first edge 50, the two edges 50 and 51 being here presented orthogonal.

In the case where the device 1 comprises two flexible strips 12 and 14 respectively extending the sheets 2 and 3 beyond the connecting zone 4, preferably, the second flexible strip 14 also has fringes such as those of the strips. 12. The fringes 17 of the two strips 12 and 14 are preferably cut simultaneously.

The fringes may themselves be cut so as to have at least two flywheels 28 and 28 '. These flywheels are made according to intermediate cutout axes 29. For example, the fringe 18 comprises at least one intermediate cutting axis 29 thus defining the at least two flywheels 28 and 28 '. On the Figure 2 , the fringe 18 has seven flywheels such as 28 and 28 'separated by six intermediate cuts such as 29. The axes of each of these intermediate cuts 29 are intersecting with the connecting zone 4. For example, each flywheel has an edge represented by a portion of the connecting zone 4. Alternatively, the flywheels may be cut along axes parallel to each other, in which case, all the flywheels do not comprise an edge formed by the connecting zone 4.

Les axes de découpes intermédiaires 29 sont alors sécants avec cet axe longitudinal 30.Preferably, a longitudinal axis 30 of a fringe is defined which substantially corresponds to a main axis of elongation of an outgrowth 16, that is to say to an axis of insertion of the finger into the outgrowth. The connecting zone 4 has bent connecting portions on either side of this longitudinal axis 30. The intermediate cutting axes 29 are then intersecting with this longitudinal axis 30.

The presence of the fringes and ruffles makes it possible to increase the surface of the glove, and in particular to make full use of all the material included in the surface, here of rectangle shape within which this glove is defined. As represented figures 3 , the fringes and ruffles substantially increase the contact with the capillary surface and further improve the friction of the scalp. The fingers separate the hair mass into several locks, these locks being then indistinctly penetrated by the different ruffles and fringes.

The manufacturing process of the device 1 is done in several steps. In a first step, the two sheets 2 and 3 are assembled together.

In the case of a continuous manufacturing process of several devices such as 1, these sheets 2 and 3 are defined inside at least one web of a continuous strip material.

According to Figure 4 , the sheet 2 is presented on a first sheet 31, stored in the form of a roll 32, and the second sheet 3 is presented on a second sheet 33, stored in the form of a second roll 34. In this case, the rollers 32 and 34 are unwound simultaneously so as to present the two plies 31 and 33 vis-à-vis one another. The unwinding of the rollers is done according to the arrow 35, from left to right on the Figures 4 and 5 .

In a variant of the continuous manufacturing method, there is a single roll such that when unrolled, the sheet of corresponding continuous web material has a width allowing it to be folded back on itself and thus to present two folds, or portions of strip, for presenting each respectively the two sheets 2 and 3 vis-à-vis one another. The sheet is folded around its longitudinal axis, for example along its main axis of elongation when it is progressively unwound.

During a second step A, the two sheets 2 and 3 are connected together, at least at a connecting zone 4. The bond is for example provided by gluing, or by welding, for example a weld thermal or ultrasonic.

The (the) sheet (s) is (are) conveyed (s) by a mechanical device ensuring the unwinding of (the) roller (x). When the sheet is unrolled, it is conveyed under a device for making this connection. The apparatus performs at regular intervals the pattern of the bonding zone on the sheet that runs under it. A strip having several connecting lines is thus obtained, which then makes it possible to create several devices such as 1. The regularity with which the pattern of the connection zone is produced is preferably defined by function of the speed of scrolling of the tablecloth.

Le bord libre de la nappe est donc celui qui formera par exemple le futur deuxième bord 51.For example, the connection zone is made up to a free edge of the web, this free edge being defined parallel to the longitudinal axis of the web. The free edge of the web is therefore the one that will form, for example, the future second edge 51.

Then, the sheet, or possibly the portion of web, comprising the connecting zone 4 is then cut in a third step B. This cutout allows in particular to form the cuts such as 17 and also intermediate cuts such as 29. Figure 5 , the web 31 seen from above then has the pattern of the connecting zone and also that of the cuts such as 17 and 29.

The cutouts provided during this third step B are for example carried out with a punch. For example, it is provided, for cutting, a cylinder having on its outer periphery blades positioned according to the pattern of cuts to be inscribed in the sheet that runs under it. Insofar as the position of these cuts must be wedged relative to the connection zone 4, the speed of rotation of the blade cylinder is also adjusted as a function of the speed of travel of the web, so that the cuts come from almost to link zone 4.

In a variant not shown, to facilitate the conveyance of the webs, the patterns are cut so that they are not yet dissociable from the rest of the web. The same cut sheet remains flat presentation without pieces likely to exceed the plane formed by the tablecloth. The cuts then form only notches in the sheet, but not flaps, insofar as no cut is, in this variant, made to an edge of the sheet.

Finally, during a last step E, the portion within which are inscribed the connecting zone 4 and the cutouts 17 and 29 of the rest of the layers are separated. This last step makes it possible, for example, to separate a rectangle 36 from the rest of the sheet by passing under a cutting roll. This last step provides a cut defining in particular the borders 20 of the rectangle 36, and in particular the first edge 50. If this is not already the case, the rectangle 36 is cut so that the connecting zone 4 opens in two. points of this border 20, so as to provide an opening 8 between these two points. Furthermore, it is expected that the connecting zone 4 is continuous within the rectangle 36 to allow to determine the inner periphery of a glove.

In a variant, it is possible to provide an impregnation step C possibly followed by a drying step D, both of which are preliminary to the last step E. The steps C and D can be carried out at least on a portion of one of the two leaves.

In the case of the continuous process, at least a portion of one of the two sheets connected and cut in a bath 37 filled with a cosmetic solution is conveyed. According to the desired packaging, in this variant, it is also possible to provide a drying step D after immersion in the bath 37, this drying taking place before the last step E of separating the rectangle 36 from the rest of the plies.

Insofar as the sheets are unwound continuously, it is possible to provide several devices simultaneously such as 1 in the same sheet, depending on the width of the sheet. Similarly, several devices such as 1 can be made successively in the same sheet according to the length of the sheet.
