Abstract
Description
So können beispielsweise durch regelmäßige Abfolgen von Wasserstrahldüsen mit großem Abstand und Wasserstrahldüsen mit geringem Abstand regelmäßig strukturierte Geotextilien hergestellt werden. Im jenem Bereich, in dem das Geotextil durch Wasserstrahlen mit großem Abstand verfestigt wird, ist die Verfestigung geringer, das Geotextil bleibt voluminöser und locker.
In jenen Bereichen, in denen das Geotextil durch Wasserstrahlen mit geringem Abstand verfestigt wird, wird das Geotextil stark verfestigt, es wird flach und fest.
Die Vliese können aber auch Anteile an natürlichen Fasern wie Cellulose, Hanf, Sisal, Kokos, Kenaf und dergleichen enthalten.
Die einzelnen Vliese können unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzung sein.

Claims (9)
- Strukturierte Geotextilien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die definierte Strukturierung durch gezielte hydrodynamische Verfestigungsverfahren hergestellt wird.
- Strukturierte Geotextilien nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gezielte Verfestigung durch Anwendung von Wasserstrahldüsen mit unterschiedlichen Abständen erfolgt.
- Strukturierte Geotextilien nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei oder mehrere Vliese durch gezielte Verfestigung durch Anwendung von Wasserstrahldüsen mit unterschiedlichen Abständen verfestigt werden.
- Strukturierte Geotextilien nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die strukturiert zu verfestigenden Vliese aus Fasern aus die zu verbindenden Vliese aus Kunststoffen, wie Polypropylen, Polyethylen, Polyamid, oder Polyester oder Mischungen derselben bestehen.
- Strukturierte Geotextilien nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zu strukturiert zu verfestigende Vlies bzw. die strukturiert zu verbindenden Vliese aus Bikomponentenfasern bestehen oder diese enthalten.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das/die Vlies(e) zusätzlich natürliche Fasern enthalten.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung strukturierter Geotextilien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem hydrodynamischen Verfestigungsverfahren definiert Kapillaren mit unterschiedlichen Abständen zur Herstellung von bereichsweise unterschiedlich verfestigten Geotextilien verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu einer lockeren voluminösen Verfestigung ein Düsenabstand von 1,5 -3,5 mm und zur festen flachen Verfestigung ein Abstand von 0,5 bis 0,7 gewählt wird.
- Verwendung der Geotextilien nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6 zur gezielten und gelenkten Ableitung von Wasser, insbesondere Oberflächenwasser, beispielsweise in Böschungen, Deichen, Abhängen, im Straßenbau und dergleichen.
