ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUE ANTERIEURESTATE OF THE PRIOR ART

Laboratory furniture is a very special and very expensive product because it must be designed to allow the integration of equipment for the supply of gas, water and electricity, means of communication of information. and data, as well as equipment for draining liquids and evacuating fumes and gases. On the other hand, the materials that must be used for their constructions can not be must be resistant to various chemical agents, flame retardant and easy to clean, among other features.

At present, different methods of constructing laboratory furniture are known; some have the common characteristic of constituting independent work tables which are assembled by simple juxtaposition or which include a common foot between two tables, and on these work tables are constituted by vertical structures of shelves fixed to the work table. - even on the wall, these shelves, being also intended for the provision of power terminals, devices and tools that are needed on the workstation in question.

These known methods of construction are not very adaptable, so that changes in the distribution of workstations or nature of work to be performed on them often require the construction of a new piece of furniture or use a piece of furniture that does not meet the needs of the workstation and we recall that these furniture are of a high price.

Confronted with this state of affairs, the invention proposes a laboratory shelf cabinet construction system, which comprises two metal profile uprights, two first supports, two second supports, pairs of third supports and subsequent supports, a frame horizontal, a vertical access frame, upper and lower gutters, a worktop, additional worktop, access doors, shelves cantilevered or not,
an electrical trunking, front flanges, tray feeds, top feeders, tower feeders, liquid pickups, hanging showcases, grilles; where: the uprights in metal profiles extend from the ground over the entire height of the wall cabinet and they have, both on their vertical fields and on their sides, means that can be used to fix said first, second and third supports and the following supports at the same time on their front and rear sides, as well as these amounts of metal profiles can support between them the vertical frame, the upper and lower gutters, the additional worktop, the shelves without protruding and protruding , tower feeders, liquid collecting bowls, hanging cabinets and grilles; the first supports are fixed to the feet of the metal profile uprights and rest on the ground; the second supports can be attached to the choice at least two ergonomic levels separate from the amounts of metal profiles; the horizontal frame is fixed between the second supports; the worktop is fixed to the horizontal frame; the vertical access frame is fixed between the metal profile uprights and supports the upper and lower gutters which are coupled horizontally to the respective upper and lower edges of the vertical frame and extend between the two metal profile uprights, the upper gutter incorporating the supplemental worktop which is coupled to the upper gutter of the vertical frame and includes supply elements, sinks and draining means; and the following third supports and supports can be selectively attached at various heights of the metal profile posts.

With this constitution, the proposed system makes possible the construction of a structure that integrates the work table and shelf. In addition, the construction of the structural components and their selection allow to obtain a simple construction, being able to be assembled as if it were a game of meccano, by using simple fixing means and elementary tools; at the same time as they ensure great adaptability to applications.

In this construction system, the upper gutter of the vertical frame is intended to incorporate the sinks and the necessary emptying means; while the lower gutter of the vertical frame supports the water supply pipes and gas; the power supply means are made by means of an electrical cable tray, to which are connected a feed gallery, a luminaire with double-jack switch, terminals for oral communication and data exchange, and a internal partition wall for the necessary wiring. That is to say, the shelf unit constituted according to the invention provides for the correct separation of the different types of power supply required, in accordance with the safety standards in force.

Another feature of the invention is that the vertical access frame is provided with sliding or hinged access doors, so that there is a quick and convenient access to power means and their means measuring and control (counters, pressure switches, etc.), arranged concealed behind said vertical access frame.

Also according to the invention, the front edges are profiles which are coupled to the longitudinal edges of the shelves cantilevered or not, and which properly protrude from their upper plane. Such borders are intended to prevent the falling of the elements deposited on the shelves; when these elements can produce liquid flows, the shelves cantilevered or not are replaced by the liquid collecting bowls. Similarly, the borders can be placed in such a way that the tablet is flush with said profile to place instruments of instrumentation.

In addition to the simplicity of construction and design of the proposed system, it should be noted that the first and second supports are identical to each other, except that they are mounted in positions turned up by 180 ° so that the first supports constitute legs support of the amounts of metal profiles and that the second supports play the role of support supports of the work plan. In addition, the third supports and the following supports meet the same concept of design as the first and second supports, except that they are of different lengths.

Some embodiments are intended for the means provided to adjust at will the height position of the work plane, which are selectively variable adjustment means continuously or discontinuously.

With regard to the continuous adjustment means, one embodiment of the selectively variable height adjustment device consists in that the uprights have, on their vertical edges, longitudinal grooves which are narrower on their open longitudinal side than on their interior and which, in this interior, can receive pressure stops mounted in the second supports. By using vertical splines such as those indicated, the invention contemplates two other variants of embodiment: the first consists in that these vertical splines incorporate internally, and with sliding adjustment, a plate provided with threaded holes for respective first screws mounted in the second supports; and the second is that the vertical splines are constituent parts of sliding coupling means which are complementary to others which exist in the second supports, these second supports are joined to the horizontal frame and this horizontal frame is attached to the end of a piston which is part of a vertical fluid cylinder. Another embodiment which is not based on vertical splines is that there are vertical toothed racks which are fixed to the uprights and in which meshing motorized gears are attached to the second supports.

With regard to the height adjustment means in a discontinuous manner, the present patent of addition envisages two possibilities. A first possibility is that the vertical fields of the uprights have, with appropriate distribution, a plurality of threaded holes for respective second screws which are mounted in the second supports. The second possibility is that in which the vertical fields of the uprights have a groove having a suitable pitch between the consecutive grooves, while the second supports have a pair of ribs that can be coupled in corresponding grooves of said grooving, consecutive or not.

In Figure 1, there are also sliding or flap doors (11) for the vertical frame (6), and an additional worktop (10) which is provided with two sinks (22) arranged at right liquid inflows which are produced by means of the upper feeds (17), as shown in Figure 2, by means of tray feeds (16), as shown in Figure 12 or, including, by the combination of feeds of tray (16) and upper (17) as seen in Figures 13 and 14.

La réalisation de la figure 14 est analogue à celle de la figure 13, mais avec une goulotte électrique différente, munie d'un luminaire (14).Figures 3 to 8 illustrate subassemblies reported to the assembly of a chute with luminaire (14) coupled in its lower part to shelves in cantilever (13), which are fixed between a pair of third supports (4) and terminated by respective front edges (15) which prevent or make more difficult the accidental fall of the objects deposited on these tablets, in the in the event of liquid spills, the cantilevered (13) or non-collapsed (12) shelves may be replaced by basin-like liquid collecting cups (19), as shown in the figure 9. The embodiment of Figure 14 is similar to that of Figure 13, but with a different electrical chute, provided with a luminaire (14).

The front edges (15) are profiles that are coupled to the longitudinal edges of the cantilevered shelves (13) or not (12), flush with the upper plane of these shelves or forming a flange.

L'un ou l'autre montage est obtenu par simple rotation de 180 ° de la bordure frontale (15) et par accouplement de la nervure asymétrique (24) de la bordure frontale (15).As seen in Figures 10 and 11, the front edge (15) can be mounted on the front of the shelf cantilevered or not (12 or 13); in Figure 10, the coupling is formed by forming a rim which will prevent the falling of the apparatus and containers on the shelf with or without protrusion (12 or 13), whereas in Figure 11 the front edge (15) is flush with the surface of the tablet. One or the other assembly is obtained by simple rotation of 180 ° of the front edge (15) and by coupling of the asymmetrical rib (24) of the front edge (15).

The second supports (3) are adjustable in height along the metal profile upright, so that the worktop is also, which allows us to easily adapt the ergonomic position of the worktop as well to the concrete element or function that will be realized on this specific place, that the most suitable working position for the user or users.

For any of the protruding or non-protruding tablets (12 or 13) it is provided that it has a liquid collecting cup configuration (19).

For applications in which a special degree of cleanliness is required, as in the so-called "clean rooms", the use of a post-formed panel without a ridge is foreseen; as shown in Figure 15.

The embodiment of FIG. 18 comprises a single non-protruding shelf (12), that of FIG. 19 has two protruding shelves (12) and that of FIG. 18 additionally comprises a suspended window (20).

Figures 19 and 20 show embodiments which comprise grids (21) intended to carry on them assemblies of circuits or devices to be studied. In these figures, the work plane (9) is at a lower level than in the embodiments indicated above.

Figure 21 shows a dual embodiment, in that on the same amounts of metal profiles (1), there is formed a furniture-shelf structure with two work stations facing each other.

Other characteristics are explained below with reference to FIGS. 22 to 28 of the appended graphical representation; they refer to variants of selectively variable adjustment means of the height of the worktop (9) for laboratory furniture-shelves which are constituted according to the construction system whose configuration shown in the attached figure is a purely illustrative example .

23 to 26 show respective variants of adjustment means which are of those which make continuous adjustment possible. The variant shown in FIG. 23 is that the uprights (1) have on their vertical fields longitudinal grooves (25) which are narrower on their open longitudinal side than in their interior and which, in this interior, can receive pressure stops (26) mounted on the second supports ( 3).

In the solution shown in FIG. 24, there are longitudinal grooves (25) like the preceding ones, but which incorporate in their interior and with a sliding fit, a plate (27) provided with threaded holes (28) provided for first screws ( 29) mounted on the second supports (3).

The longitudinal grooves (25) are also part of the variant shown in Figure 25, where they are part of sliding coupling means which are complementary to others which are present on the second supports (3), these second supports (3) are joined to the horizontal frame (5) and this horizontal frame (5) is attached to the end of a piston (31) which is part of a vertical fluid cylinder (30).

La figure 26 représente une solution où les cannelures longitudinales (25) ne sont pas nécessaires mais, pour obtenir le réglage continu et sélectivement variable en hauteur, il est prévu des crémaillères dentées verticales (32) correspondantes qui sont fixées aux montants (1) et dans lesquelles s'engrènent des pignons motorisés (33) qui sont fixés aux deuxièmes supports (3).FIG. 26 shows a solution where the longitudinal grooves (25) are not necessary but, in order to obtain the continuous and selectively variable adjustment in height, vertical toothed racks (32) are provided which are fixed to the uprights (1) and in which motorized gears (33) are meshes which are fixed to the second supports (3).

The variant shown in FIG. 27 consists in that the vertical fields of the uprights (1) have a plurality of threaded holes with a suitable distribution (34), for respective second screws (35) which are mounted on the second supports ( 3). For its part, Figure 28 shows the variant consisting of the vertical fields of the uprights (1) have a groove (36) having a suitable pitch between the consecutive grooves, while the second supports (3) have a pair of ribs (37) which can be coupled in corresponding, consecutive grooves or no, said grooving (36).
