Abstract

Ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Einstellung eines ersten Hörgerätes (3) basierend auf Einstellungen eines zweiten Hörgerätes (2) sind offenbart, wobei zunächst ein akustisches Testsignal (20) mit einem Mikrophon (2a) des zweiten Hörgerätes (2) in ein elektrisches Testsignal gewandelt wird. Des Weiteren wird ein von einem Hörer (2b) des zweiten Hörgerätes (2) erzeugtes akustisches Signal (21) in ein elektrisches Signal gewandelt, welches in einer Auswerteeinheit (1, 3) ausgewertet wird. Schliesslich werden Einstellungen im ersten Hörgeräte (3) aufgrund von Resultaten der Auswertung in der Auswerteeinheit (1, 3) vorgenommen. Damit sind ein besonders geeignetes Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Erstanpassung von neuen Hörgeräten geschaffen. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass die Erfindung sehr schnell zu einer spontanen Akzeptanz des neu eingestellten Hörgerätes beim Hörgeräteträger führt und den Anpassaufwand gegenüber den heute gebräuchlichen Verfahren erheblich verringert. Darüber hinaus benötigt der Akustiker für eine Erstanpassung weniger Zeit.
