Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés permettant d'exploiter des potentiels géoproductifs voulus (par ex. vapeur surchauffée, pétrole, fendillement) provenant de trous de sondage avec un tube de cuvelage (4) cimenté au moins en partie, une baisse de pression est produite entre l'espace rocheux (5) entourant l'espace du tube de cuvelage inférieur (3) et ledit tube de cuvelage, qui rend les potentiels géoproductifs exploitables. Afin de rendre lesdits potentiels encore plus exploitables, il est prévu selon l'invention, de placer un élément de fermeture de la pression (70, 72, 74, 80) pour une séparation de la pression entre l'espace du tube de cuvelage inférieur (3) et l'espace d'écoulement (1, 14) situé au-dessus de l'élément de fermeture (70, 72, 74, 80), à l'intérieur du tube de cuvelage (4). Il est également prévu d'introduire une pression active (de préférence de la pression atmosphérique) dans au moins des parties de l'espace d'écoulement (1, 14), et d'introduire ladite pression active dans l'espace du tube de cuvelage inférieur (3) et/ou dans les couches rocheuses qui les entourent. On utilise de préférence un tube à clapet (6) à déplacement vertical comme section terminale inférieure du tube de production (7).
