Claims (12)

  1. Device for closing a container provided with a neck, the said device comprising a stopper made of plastic material and articulated on a skirt intended to surround the said neck, the said stopper (11; 511; 1011) carrying, in its zone of articulation (14; 514; 1014) on the said skirt (12; 612; 1012), at least one section (117; 617; 1117, 1117') which is capable of coming to rest against a heel (122; 512; 1002), which is provided close to the upper edge of the said skirt, in a configuration which jams the said stopper, characterised in that the geometry and positioning of the said section (117; 617; 1117, 1117') and of the said heel (122, 522; 1002) are such that, in the said configuration, the said stopper is jammed in a position in which the said device is completely open and in which the angle of opening (a; a'; a") of the said stopper (11; 511; 1011) is greater than, or equal to, 180°.
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the said section (117; 617; 811) is arranged between two elastic sheets (15, 15'; 515, 515'; 815, 815') forming a hinge and connecting the said stopper (11; 511; 811) and the said skirt (12; 512; 812).
  3. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the said stopper carries two sections (1117, 1117') for resting against a heel (1002), the said sections being distributed on either side of an elastic sheet (1015) forming a hinge and connecting the said stopper (1011) and the said skirt (1012).
  4. Device according to one of Claims 2 or 3, characterised in that an elastic force (F5) is exerted by the said sheets (15, 15'; 515, 515'; 1015).
  5. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the said heel is formed by part of the upper edge (522) of the said neck (502; 1002).
  6. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the said heel is formed by a small tongue (122) which is in one piece with the said skirt (12) and extends upwards from the upper edge (123) of the said skirt.
  7. Device according to Claim 6, characterised in that the said small tongue (122) is capable of resting, under the effect of a force (F5) exerted by the said section (117) of the stopper (11), against the outer radial surface of the said neck (2), and of transmitting to the said section a reactive force (F6) which is generated by the said neck.
  8. Closing device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the said stopper (11; 511; 1011) has a convex outer face over the majority of its surface, and in that the said outer face (111; 611; 1111) is provided with a concave depression (113; 613; 1013) arranged substantially opposite the zone of articulation (14; 514; 1014) of the said stopper (11; 511; 1011) on the said skirt (12; 512; 1012).
  9. Device according to Claim 8, characterised in that the surface state of the said depression (113; 613; 1013) is different from the surface state of the convex part (112; 612; 1112) of the said outer face (111; 611; 1111).
  10. Device according to Claim 9, characterised in that the said depression (113; 613; 1113) has a rougher surface than the said convex part (112; 612; 1112).
  11. Device according to one of Claims 8 to 10, characterised in that the said depression (113) links up with the upper face (116) of a nose (115) projecting radially from the said stopper (11).
  12. Container provided with a neck, characterised in that it is equipped with a closing device (1; 501; 1001) according to one of the preceding claims.
