Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Anlage zur Trockenbeleimung von zellulosen Fasern, wobei die Anlage eine Trockenbeleimungsstrecke und einen Abscheiderzyklon zum Abscheiden der zellulosen Fasern aus dem Transportluftstrom aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßanstelle der Fasern ein kleinstückiges Holzmaterials dem Transportluftstrom vor der Trockenbeleimungsstrecke zugefügt wird, wobeidie an den Innenwandungen befindlichen Verschmutzungen durch die Partikel des kleinstückigen Holzmaterials mitgerissen werden, und daßdas kleinstückige Holzmaterial vom Abscheiderzyklon aus dem Transportluftstrom abgeschieden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
bei dem als kleinstückiges Holzmaterial Hackgut, Späne aus der Fertigung von Spanplatten, Sägemehl aus der Sägeindustrie, granulierte Spanplatten oder MDF-Platten oder ausgeschiedenes Feingut aus der Fertigung von CSB-Platten verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
bei dem als kleinstückiges Holzmaterial ein Holzmaterial mit einer Schüttdichte von 100 bis 200 kg/m3 verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
bei dem das ausgeschiedene kleinstückige Holzmaterial im Rahmen einer Materialkreislaufführung dem Reinigungsprozess wieder zugeführt wird.
