Claims (10)
- Assemblage de composants d'un module (1) muni d'un capot de soupape (18), le module (1) comprenant une soupape de régulation à membrane (14) et un séparateur d'huile (12, 13) et pouvant être enfoncé dans le capot de soupape (18) selon une direction d'emboîtement, le module (1) présentant au moins une première conduite de fluide (3) qui est reliée à une deuxième conduite de fluide (14) du capot de soupape (18),
dans lequel
le module (1) présente une bride (2) qui est maintenue à l'aide d'une glissière linéaire (8) sur le capot de soupape (18) et sur laquelle débouche la première conduite de fluide (3), la deuxième conduite de fluide (4) débouchant sur une partie (21) du capot de soupape (18) qui est opposée à la bride (2), et le module (1) et le capot de soupape (18) étant en contact étanche l'un avec l'autre à l'extérieur des orifices d'embouchure (9, 10). - Assemblage de composants selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la glissière linéaire (8) est formée sur l'un des composants, maintenu dans au moins un creux (23) correspondant de par au moins un épaulement (22) l'autre composant. - Assemblage de composants selon la revendication 2,

les composants sont fixés dans la direction longitudinale (24) de la glissière linéaire (8) par des moyens de fixation supplémentaires. - Assemblage de composants selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la soupape de régulation à membrane (14) présente un couvercle (15) sur lequel une bride (16) est façonnée, et la bride (16) du couvercle (15) est maintenue dans une glissière (17) sur la bride (2) du module (1). - Assemblage de composants selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que
sur la bride (16) du couvercle (15) de la soupape de régulation à membrane débouche une conduite de purge d'air (5) disposée contre une ouverture (26) ménagée dans le capot de soupape (18), et entourée par un joint d'étanchéité (7). - Assemblage de composants selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que
le couvercle (15) de la soupape de régulation à membrane (14) est relié à la soupape de régulation à membrane au moyen d'une liaison par enclipsage dont la direction d'emboîtement correspond à la direction longitudinale (27) de la glissière (17) de la bride (16) sur le couvercle (15). - Assemblage de composants selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le séparateur d'huile est formé de plusieurs cyclones (12). - Assemblage de composants selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'une des conduites de fluide (4) est formée par un raccord de conduite (19) fixé dans le capot de soupape (18).
