Abstract

Bei einem Integralhelm mit einer schlagfesten Kalotte (1) und einer stoßdämpfenden Innenausstattung, wobei die Kalotte (1) eine Einschlupföffnung (5) aufweist, die mit zur Anlage am Kopf des Helmträgers bestimmten Polstern (7) und/oder windabweisenden Materialien (9) zur Abdichtung der Einschlupföffnung (5) gegen Windeintritt eingefasst ist, wird eine zusätzliche merkbare Geräuschdämpfung im Innenraum des Helms dadurch erreicht, dass am Rand der Einschlupföffnung (5) ein weiches, zur Anlage am Hals (8) des Helmträgers eingerichtetes Abdichtteil (13) befestigt ist, das Spalte zwischen Hals (8) des Helmträgers und Polstern (7) und/oder windabweisenden Materialien (9) in der Einschlupföffnung (5) überdeckt.
