Abstract
Ein Akkumulator für eine nach dem "Orifice"-Prinzip arbeitende Klimaanlange umfasst in an und für sich bekannter Weise ein metallisches Gehäuse (1), das durch einen eingeschweißten Deckel und/oder Boden (13) verschlossen ist und einen Einlass (5, 6) sowie einen Auslass (8, 9) für Kältmittel aufweist. Im unteren Bereich des Innenraumes des Gehäuses (1) ist ein Trockenmittel enthaltender Einsatz (24) vorgesehen. Eine Leitung (18, 19, 20) für hauptsächlich gasförmiges Kältemittel kommuniziert am einen Ende mit dem oberen Bereich des Innenraumes des Gehäuses (1), führt nach unten bis nahe an den Boden (13) des Gehäuses (1), wo sie über eine kleine Bohrung (22) mit dem Innenraum des Gehäuses (1) kommuniziert, und steigt von dort wiederum zu ihrem anderen Ende auf, welches mit dem Auslass (8, 9) für Kältemittel verbunden ist. Um den hohen Betriebsdrucken Stand zu halten, wie sie bei der Verwendung von Kohlendioxid als Kältemittel auftreten, ist zumindest ein Teil der Innenfläche der Umfangswandung (2) des Gehäuses (1) mit verstärkenden Rippen (11) versehen, welche durch eine in ihnen angebrachte Ausnehmung (12) gleichzeitig Teil eines Formschlusses sind, der zu einem das Gehäuse (1) verschließenden Boden (13) besteht. An accumulator for an "orifice" principle Klimaanlange comprises in a manner known per se, a metallic housing (1) which is closed by a welded lid and / or bottom (13) and an inlet (5, 6) and an outlet (8, 9) for refrigerant. In the lower region of the interior of the housing (1) a desiccant-containing insert (24) is provided. A mainly gaseous refrigerant line (18, 19, 20) communicates at one end with the upper portion of the interior of the housing (1), down to near the bottom (13) of the housing (1) where it communicates with small bore (22) with the interior of the housing (1) communicates, and from there in turn rises to its other end, which is connected to the outlet (8, 9) for refrigerant. In order to withstand the high operating pressures, such as occur when using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant, at least a part of the inner surface of the peripheral wall (2) of the housing (1) with reinforcing ribs (11) is provided, which by a recess mounted in them (12) are at the same time part of a form fit, which consists of a housing (1) closing the bottom (13).
