Abstract
Ein Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1), insbesondere zum direkten Einspritzen von Brennstoff in einen Brennraum einer Brennkraftmaschine, weist einen piezoelektrischen, elektrostriktiven oder magnetostrikiven Aktor (4), einen mit dem Aktor (4) in Wirkverbindung stehenden Aktorkolben (9), der mit einem ersten Führungsspalt (28) geführt ist, einen mit dem Aktorkolben (9) über ein Druckmedium in Wirkverbindung stehenden Hubkolben (15), der mit einem zweiten Führungsspalt (29) geführt ist, und eine mit dem Hubkolben (15) in Wirkverbindung stehende Ventilnadel (20), die an ihrem abspritzseitigen Ende einen Ventilschließkörper (22) aufweist, der mit einem Ventilsitzkörper (21) einen Dichtsitz bildet, auf. Die Kraftübertragung zwischen Aktorkolben (9) und Hubkolben (15) erfolgt durch einen mit Druckmedium gefüllten, von Aktorkolben (9) und Hubkolben (15) eingeschlossenen, Arbeitsraum (26). Der Aktorkolben (9) weist zumindest eine Stufe (31) auf, die an eine Dämpfungskammer (27) angrenzt, wobei die Dämpfungskammer (27) vom Arbeitsraum (26) räumlich getrennt ist und so gestaltet bzw. angeordnet ist, daß Druckmedium über eine Drosselstelle (30) zufließen bzw. abfließen kann. A fuel injection valve (1), in particular for injecting fuel directly into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, has a piezoelectric, electrostrictive or magnetostrictive actuator (4), an actuator piston (9) which is operatively connected to the actuator (4) and which has a first guide gap (28), a reciprocating piston (15) which is operatively connected to the actuator piston (9) via a pressure medium, which is guided with a second guide gap (29), and a valve needle (20) which is operatively connected to the reciprocating piston (15) , which has a valve closing body (22) at its spray end, which forms a sealing seat with a valve seat body (21). The power transmission between actuator piston (9) and reciprocating piston (15) takes place through a working space (26) filled with pressure medium and enclosed by actuator piston (9) and reciprocating piston (15). The actuator piston (9) has at least one step (31) which adjoins a damping chamber (27), the damping chamber (27) being spatially separated from the working space (26) and being designed or arranged in such a way that pressure medium is via a throttle point (30) can flow in or out.
