Definitions
- the invention first relates to a fuel system for an internal combustion engine, in particular with direct fuel injection, with a high pressure fuel pump, which is mechanically driven by the internal combustion engine and with a high pressure fuel pump which is electrically powered.
- Such a fuel system is from DE 199 39 051 A1 known.
- This is a mechanical Fuel pump from a camshaft Internal combustion engine driven and used to build and Maintaining high fuel pressure while running Internal combustion engine.
- High-pressure fuel pump can only then required for normal operation of the internal combustion engine Provide high pressure, for example 20 - 30 bar, if the internal combustion engine is running. Therefore lies - without the additional electrically driven fuel pump - at Start the internal combustion engine no high pressure before what to one of insufficient quality Fuel processing and increased hydrocarbon emissions could lead.
- Direct fuel injection usually required a multiple, for example three or four times that Injecting full fuel load of the engine, which is only with the mechanically driven high pressure fuel pump the known fuel direct injection device would also not be possible.
- the disadvantage of the known fuel system lies in that the fuel system is relatively large and complex builds what its use in confined spaces difficult. Furthermore, the installation of the known Fuel system is time consuming and therefore expensive.
- the object of the present invention is a Fuel system of the type mentioned above to further develop that it builds as small as possible and inexpensive can be installed.
- the above task is performed on a fuel system solved at the outset in that the High pressure auxiliary fuel pump and the fuel rail form a structural unit.
- the fuel system according to the invention has the advantage that the summary of itself perfect different components, in the first case the two Fuel pumps, resulting in a "hybrid pump", and in second case of the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump and the Fuel manifold, in one unit required space is significantly reduced.
- the second proposed solution also leads to a considerable reduction in the space required and a reduction in construction costs. By reducing the Damage volume is also the effectiveness of High pressure auxiliary fuel pump improved, so this can turn out even smaller.
- the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump and the mechanically driven high pressure fuel pump different pump elements, but the same housing exhibit. This enables on the one hand the for optimal technical design for each operating purpose of the fuel pumps, on the other hand, the Reduced the size of the unit and the Handling of the unit through the "one-piece" Execution optimized.
- the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump to the fuel rail grown or integrated into this.
- the Fuel rail is a stable part anyway, so that thereby the stability of the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump is improved or their housing can be smaller.
- the Output usually leads to a return line back a low pressure area of the fuel system.
- the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump a much lower one Conveying capacity than the mechanically driven High-pressure fuel pump.
- the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump basically serves only for the Start of the internal combustion engine in the fuel rail required high-pressure fuel too produce.
- Fuel system has a device that the Operation of the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump after starting the internal combustion engine ended. In this way the Reduced operating time of the high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump, so that it has to build less stable. This is what she does again inexpensive and enables another reduced size.
- Fuel system can be the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump build especially small and simple, because they are only for the first start injections until reaching one certain speed (preferably idle speed) is needed.
- the volume of the Fuel rail is chosen so that in all Cylinder of the internal combustion engine after an initial injection the start with a desired high-pressure fuel too with low or nonexistent delivery capacity of the mechanically driven high pressure fuel pump possible is.
- the flow rate by the High-pressure auxiliary fuel pump can be promoted ultimately without impact on the very first injections of the fuel into the combustion chambers of the internal combustion engine.
- the fuel system Facility which includes the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump even at full load Turns on the internal combustion engine.
- the high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump the total delivery rate, with the fuel in the fuel rail is promoted, increased to To cover demand peaks.
- the Fuel system include a detection device, which is executed in such a way that it calls the service to the Internal combustion engine detected, and the high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump during a given period operated between a first point in time which the detection device has a power request above a predetermined power threshold, and one second time is when the call for services is below the specified power threshold drops.
- Such a detection device With the help of such a detection device then electrically powered high pressure fuel pump be switched on if due to an increased A high pressure level is required which is above that which depends on the run the internal combustion engine mechanically driven Can provide high pressure feed pump in normal operation. Such power peaks are absorbed by the High-pressure auxiliary fuel pump switched on if necessary becomes.
- Such a detection device can also be used a variety of different performance thresholds work and alternatively or additionally a response hysteresis to be specified to have.
- a high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump is particularly small and inexpensive, which by an electromagnet is operated.
- the electromagnet is designed as a proportional magnet is, a large pump stroke can be realized, which the Delivery capacity of the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump increased.
- a particularly preferred embodiment of the The fuel system according to the invention provides that it is a Volume control valve, which depends on one Control set the pump volume mechanically powered high pressure fuel pump with the Low pressure input side of the mechanically driven Connect high pressure fuel pump and then can disconnect during a predetermined period. This enables rapid pressure build-up through the mechanical powered high pressure fuel pump, which in turn is the Requirements for the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump reduced.
- the present invention also relates to a Motor vehicle with an internal combustion engine and Fuel system which is a high pressure fuel pump, which is mechanically driven by the internal combustion engine, and a high pressure fuel pump, which is electrically powered.
- a Motor vehicle is known from DE 199 39 051 A1.
- the fuel system is designed in the above manner.
- the High pressure auxiliary fuel pump through an actuation signal a driver's door of the motor vehicle is put into operation can be.
- the Starting the internal combustion engine passes a sufficient time long time to start the for a safe Internal combustion engine required high-pressure fuel in the fuel rail even at a comparative to produce a small high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump.
- the actual starting of the internal combustion engine can then be done without Delay.
- the high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump by an actuation signal contactless access system of the motor vehicle in Operation can be set.
- This further education stands an even greater period of time to build up the high pressure fuel available in the fuel rail.
- the pressure build-up can be done while the user after the release signal has been triggered Access door, for example the driver's door one Motor vehicle approaches, this opens and gets in until it finally the engine starts.
- the corresponding high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump and the like formed unit with the mechanically driven The fuel pump can therefore be made even smaller.
- the Fuel system includes a device that the High pressure auxiliary fuel pump turns off when on desired fuel pressure is reached before the Internal combustion engine is started. This also extends the Lifetime of the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump and reduces unnecessary stress on the high pressure area of the Fuel system. In this case, the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump can be switched on again when the Starting process of the internal combustion engine is recognized or if the fuel pressure after a long time (when the Ignition) has dropped again.

- the motor vehicle 110 is stopped and the internal combustion engine 114 is switched off, this then starts the electric fuel pump 118, which acts as a pre-feed pump, and the electric motor 154 of the electrically driven high-pressure fuel pump 124 (bar 164 in FIG. 7).

Unit 120 only supports two Connections, namely the low pressure port 128 and the High pressure connection 141. Because the electrical driven high pressure fuel pump 124 only a small one Has conveying capacity and comparatively small, also builds the unit 120 comparatively small.

Abstract
Description
The invention first relates to a fuel system for an internal combustion engine, in particular with direct fuel injection, with a high pressure fuel pump, which is mechanically driven by the internal combustion engine and with a high pressure fuel pump which is electrically powered.
Such a fuel system is from DE 199 39 051 A1 known. This is a mechanical Fuel pump from a camshaft Internal combustion engine driven and used to build and Maintaining high fuel pressure while running Internal combustion engine. An additional electrical Fuel pump generated before or during engine start high fuel pressure in a fuel rail ("Rail").
There are several injectors on this fuel rail connected that the fuel right in them inject assigned combustion chambers. By the additional electrically driven high pressure fuel pump, which typically deliver a capacity of 2 to 5 W. should ensure that the Internal combustion engine such a high fuel pressure is present that one for the emissions behavior of the internal combustion engine good atomization of the fuel during injection can be done.
The one used in the known fuel system High-pressure fuel pump can only then required for normal operation of the internal combustion engine Provide high pressure, for example 20 - 30 bar, if the internal combustion engine is running. Therefore lies - without the additional electrically driven fuel pump - at Start the internal combustion engine no high pressure before what to one of insufficient quality Fuel processing and increased hydrocarbon emissions could lead.
It is also used when starting an internal combustion engine Direct fuel injection usually required a multiple, for example three or four times that Injecting full fuel load of the engine, which is only with the mechanically driven high pressure fuel pump the known fuel direct injection device would also not be possible.
However, the disadvantage of the known fuel system lies in that the fuel system is relatively large and complex builds what its use in confined spaces difficult. Furthermore, the installation of the known Fuel system is time consuming and therefore expensive.
The object of the present invention is a Fuel system of the type mentioned above to further develop that it builds as small as possible and inexpensive can be installed.
This task is the beginning of a fuel system mentioned type solved on the one hand that the mechanically powered high pressure fuel pump and the electric driven high pressure fuel pump one assembly form.
The above task is performed on a fuel system solved at the outset in that the High pressure auxiliary fuel pump and the fuel rail form a structural unit.
The fuel system according to the invention has the advantage that the summary of itself perfect different components, in the first case the two Fuel pumps, resulting in a "hybrid pump", and in second case of the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump and the Fuel manifold, in one unit required space is significantly reduced.
The reason for this is that in the first case the otherwise if the two pumps are designed separately additional lines and connections required more are needed. Furthermore, the installation of the comparative fuel system according to the invention inexpensive because the handling of the one unit summarized components is comparatively simple and little connection work is required.
The second proposed solution also leads to a considerable reduction in the space required and a reduction in construction costs. By reducing the Damage volume is also the effectiveness of High pressure auxiliary fuel pump improved, so this can turn out even smaller.
Advantageous developments of the invention are in Subclaims specified.
In an advantageous embodiment of the first solution suggested that the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump and the mechanically driven high pressure fuel pump different pump elements, but the same housing exhibit. This enables on the one hand the for optimal technical design for each operating purpose of the fuel pumps, on the other hand, the Reduced the size of the unit and the Handling of the unit through the "one-piece" Execution optimized.
In a further development of the second solution, it is proposed that that the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump to the fuel rail grown or integrated into this. The Fuel rail is a stable part anyway, so that thereby the stability of the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump is improved or their housing can be smaller.
Furthermore, the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump on the input side with an outlet of a valve device, with which the pressure in the fuel rail can be set or limited, connected. The Output usually leads to a return line back a low pressure area of the fuel system. In an advantageous embodiment is not an additional one Inlet valve on the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump required because of the output of the pressure control valve can be used. This leads to another structural Simplification of the additional pump and one Reduction of their size.
It is further proposed that the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump a much lower one Conveying capacity than the mechanically driven High-pressure fuel pump. In this way the Fact taken into account that the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump basically serves only for the Start of the internal combustion engine in the fuel rail required high-pressure fuel too produce.
At the start of the internal combustion engine is going to be a good one Atomization of the fuel by the injectors too ensure a high fuel pressure is desired. Around there is a period of time to build up this pressure in which none from the fuel rail Fuel is discharged. The high pressure auxiliary fuel pump promotes in a way closed system. For this reason too, one is sufficient High pressure auxiliary fuel pump with comparatively low Capacity. Such a high pressure auxiliary fuel pump builds with low output however comparatively small in terms of their integration into a Unit with the mechanically driven high-pressure fuel pump facilitated and the size of this Unit reduced again. Beyond that it is comparatively inexpensive.
It is also proposed in the invention that Fuel system has a device that the Operation of the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump after starting the internal combustion engine ended. In this way the Reduced operating time of the high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump, so that it has to build less stable. This is what she does again inexpensive and enables another reduced size.
That further training of the Fuel system according to the invention, in which the Set up the operation of the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump at the latest when a crankshaft of the Internal combustion engine a certain speed, preferably Idling speed. According to the invention recognized that for a safe start the Internal combustion engine often a single atomized enough Start injection per cylinder is sufficient. This is at Four-stroke internal combustion engines after two full ones Crankshaft revolutions the case.
It was also recognized that after two Crankshaft revolutions of the internal combustion engine usually a speed - for example Idling speed - is reached at which the mechanically driven high pressure fuel pump one for the further operation of the internal combustion engine required High-pressure fuel in the fuel rail alone can ensure. All the more so than in the most cases to start an internal combustion engine at the first injections into the combustion chambers of the cylinders Excess amount of fuel is injected, that is, that after these first injections into the combustion chambers of the Amount of fuel to be injected into the internal combustion engine again is reduced.
In this development of the invention Fuel system can be the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump build especially small and simple, because they are only for the first start injections until reaching one certain speed (preferably idle speed) is needed.
It is also particularly preferred if the volume of the Fuel rail is chosen so that in all Cylinder of the internal combustion engine after an initial injection the start with a desired high-pressure fuel too with low or nonexistent delivery capacity of the mechanically driven high pressure fuel pump possible is. In this way, the flow rate by the High-pressure auxiliary fuel pump can be promoted ultimately without impact on the very first injections of the fuel into the combustion chambers of the internal combustion engine. This enables an even smaller high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump used the one promotes a correspondingly low flow rate. Has an impact this only for the duration of the pre-run that started the internal combustion engine is required to achieve the desired one High-pressure fuel in the fuel rail provide.
It is also conceivable that the fuel system Facility which includes the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump even at full load Turns on the internal combustion engine. In this case, by the high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump the total delivery rate, with the fuel in the fuel rail is promoted, increased to To cover demand peaks.
In further training, it is proposed that the Fuel system include a detection device, which is executed in such a way that it calls the service to the Internal combustion engine detected, and the high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump during a given period operated between a first point in time which the detection device has a power request above a predetermined power threshold, and one second time is when the call for services is below the specified power threshold drops.
With the help of such a detection device then electrically powered high pressure fuel pump be switched on if due to an increased A high pressure level is required which is above that which depends on the run the internal combustion engine mechanically driven Can provide high pressure feed pump in normal operation. Such power peaks are absorbed by the High-pressure auxiliary fuel pump switched on if necessary becomes. Such a detection device can also be used a variety of different performance thresholds work and alternatively or additionally a response hysteresis to be specified to have.
A high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump is particularly small and inexpensive, which by an electromagnet is operated.
If the electromagnet is designed as a proportional magnet is, a large pump stroke can be realized, which the Delivery capacity of the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump increased.
It is also proposed that the magnet armature of the Electromagnet directly with a piston rod High pressure auxiliary fuel pump is connected, the Diameter of the magnet armature is larger than that Piston rod. Given electromagnets can be so Realize high delivery pressures.
A particularly preferred embodiment of the The fuel system according to the invention provides that it is a Volume control valve, which depends on one Control set the pump volume mechanically powered high pressure fuel pump with the Low pressure input side of the mechanically driven Connect high pressure fuel pump and then can disconnect during a predetermined period. This enables rapid pressure build-up through the mechanical powered high pressure fuel pump, which in turn is the Requirements for the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump reduced.
The present invention also relates to a Motor vehicle with an internal combustion engine and Fuel system which is a high pressure fuel pump, which is mechanically driven by the internal combustion engine, and a high pressure fuel pump, which is electrically powered. Such a motor vehicle is known from DE 199 39 051 A1. For improvement of such a motor vehicle it is proposed that the fuel system is designed in the above manner.
In further training, it is also proposed that the High pressure auxiliary fuel pump through an actuation signal a driver's door of the motor vehicle is put into operation can be. Between opening the driver's door and the Starting the internal combustion engine passes a sufficient time long time to start the for a safe Internal combustion engine required high-pressure fuel in the fuel rail even at a comparative to produce a small high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump. The actual starting of the internal combustion engine can then be done without Delay.
Analogously, it is also proposed that the high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump by an actuation signal contactless access system of the motor vehicle in Operation can be set. With this further education stands an even greater period of time to build up the high pressure fuel available in the fuel rail. The pressure build-up can be done while the user after the release signal has been triggered Access door, for example the driver's door one Motor vehicle approaches, this opens and gets in until it finally the engine starts. The corresponding high-pressure auxiliary fuel pump and the like formed unit with the mechanically driven The fuel pump can therefore be made even smaller.
With such detection devices as in the above Both paragraphs are described, the start request of the user before the actual start of the Internal combustion engine detected. It is at this point, however pointed out that other methods are also conceivable are, for example an actuation by a Seat detection or actuation by a contact an ignition key with a ignition lock.
Another further training suggests that the Fuel system includes a device that the High pressure auxiliary fuel pump turns off when on desired fuel pressure is reached before the Internal combustion engine is started. This also extends the Lifetime of the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump and reduces unnecessary stress on the high pressure area of the Fuel system. In this case, the high pressure auxiliary fuel pump can be switched on again when the Starting process of the internal combustion engine is recognized or if the fuel pressure after a long time (when the Ignition) has dropped again.

versehenes Kraftstoffsystem schematisch dargestellt.
deren genauer Aufbau noch beschrieben wird.1 is a reference numeral 1 as a whole

die Zulaufleitung 4 zwischen der Vorförderpumpe 3 und dem
Einlassventil 8 in einem Einlass-Verzweigungspunkt 11 in
einen der Hochdruck-Förderpumpe 7 und einen der Hochdruck-Hilfskraftstoffpumpe
10 zugeordneten Leitungsabschnitt. Der
Hochdruck-Hilfskraftstoffpumpe 10 ist ebenfalls ein
vorgelagertes Einlassventil 12 und ein nachgelagertes
Auslassventil 13 zugeordnet. Nach den Auslassventilen 9 und

Hochdruck-Hilfskraftstoffpumpe 10 zugeordneten Abschnitte

Hochdruck-Hilfskraftstoffpumpe 10 erfolgen. Die Ansteuerung
beider Pumpen 10 erfolgt über das Motorsteuergerät.In a period between switching on the
During the startup of the internal combustion engine, i.e. at

10 bleibt dann solange zugeschaltet,
bis der Leistungsabruf wieder unter die vorgegebene
Leistungsschwelle oder, zum Beispiel zur Verhinderung unerwünschter
Förderschwankungen, unter eine zweite
vorgegebene Leistungsschwelle sinkt. In addition to the above operating mode "Start" at

Below are further embodiments for Fuel systems described. Eine alternative Anordnung der Hochdruck-Hilfskraftstoffpumpe
10 in Kraftstoffsystem 1 zeigt Fig. 2.
Dort ist die Hochdruck-Hilfskraftstoffpumpe 10 direkt am
Rail 5 angebaut. Der Niederdruckzulauf der Hochdruck-Hilfskraftstoffpumpe
10 erfolgt dabei über die
Rücklaufleitung eines in Fig. 2 schematisch dargestellten
Drucksteuerventils 32, das ebenfalls direkt am Rail 5
angebaut ist. Weder das Ein- noch das Auslassventil der
Hochdruck-Hilfskraftstoffpumpe 10 sind in Fig. 2
dargestellt. Ansonsten entsprechen der Aufbau sowie das
Funktionsprinzip des Kraftstoffsystems 1 nach Fig. 2
denjenigen, die im Zusammenhang mit Fig. 1 beschrieben
wurden. An alternative arrangement of the high pressure

10 antreibt. In analoger Weise treibt

verbunden.

Mengensteuerventil 50 an.
In addition, the
Otherwise the structure and the functional principle correspond of the fuel system 1 of FIG. 4 to those who already have been described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
In
Figur 5 trägt ein Kraftfahrzeug insgesamt das Bezugszeichen
110. Es ist nur schematisch strichpunktiert als Block
dargestellt. Es umfasst ein Kraftstoffsystem 112, mit dem
eine Brennkraftmaschine 114 mit Kraftstoff versorgt wird. Figures 5 to 7 will now be explained in detail. In
Figure 5 bears the overall reference number of a
bezeichnet.The
Ein Niederdruckanschluss 128 der Baueinheit 120 ist über
eine Niederdruck-Kraftstoffleitung 126 mit der elektrischen
Kraftstoffpumpe 118 verbunden. Stromabwärts vom
Niederdruckanschluss 128 ist in der Baueinheit 120 zunächst
ein Druckdämpfer 130 angeordnet. Dessen Arbeitsraum 132 ist
über ein Einlassventil 134 mit einer Fördereinheit 136 der
mechanisch angetriebenen Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 122
verbunden.
114, angetrieben.A
Über ein Auslassventil 139 und einen Hochdruckanschluss 141
ist die Fördereinheit 136 der mechanisch angetriebenen
Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 122 mit einer Kraftstoff-Sammelleitung
142 verbunden. Von dieser führt eine
Rückführleitung (ohne Bezugszeichen) unter
Zwischenschaltung eines Druckbegrenzungsventils 143 zur
Niederdruck-Kraftstoffleitung 126 zurück. An die
Kraftstoff-Sammelleitung 142 sind mehrere Injektoren 144
angeschlossen, die den Kraftstoff direkt in Brennräume 146
der Brennkraftmaschine 114 einspritzen. Dabei ist jedem
Brennraum 146 ein eigener Injektor 144 zugeordnet.Via an

verbunden. Die elektrisch angetriebene Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe
124 fördert also ebenfalls in die
Kraftstoff-Sammelleitung 142. The
Brennkraftmaschine 114 steuert bzw. regelt. Zur Steuerung
des Elektromotors 154 der elektrisch angetriebenen
Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 124 ist das Steuer- und
Regelgerät 158 mit einem Schalter 160 verbunden, der
wiederum durch die Bewegung einer Türe 162 des
Kraftfahrzeugs 110 geschaltet wird. Möglich ist auch, dass
der Schalter 160 durch ein berührungsloses Zugangssystem
des Kraftfahrzeugs 110 betätigt bzw. geschaltet wird.
Derartige Systeme sind beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung
"Keyless-System" bekannt.The
Bezüglich der Baueinheit 120 sei darauf hingewiesen, dass
trotz "optisch gleicher" Darstellung in Figur 1 die
elektrisch angetriebene Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 124
erheblich kleiner baut als die mechanisch angetriebene
Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 122, da ihre Förderleistung
erheblich kleiner ist. Auch genügt zum Antrieb der
Fördereinheit 150 der elektrisch angetriebenen Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe
124 ein sehr klein bauender Elektromotor
154.With regard to the
Das Kraftfahrzeug 110 mit dem Kraftstoffsystem 112 und der
Brennkraftmaschine 114 arbeitet folgendermaßen (vgl. auch
Figuren 2 und 3):The
elektrisch angetriebenen Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 124 in
Gang (Balken 164 in Figur 7). Somit wird Kraftstoff aus dem
Kraftstoffbehälter 116 über die elektrische Kraftstoffpumpe
118 vorverdichtet (üblicherweise auf ungefähr 4 bis 8 bar)
und über den Druckdämpfer 130 zur elektrisch angetriebenen
Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 124 gefördert.If the
elektrisch angetriebenen Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 124
jedoch aus, um in der Kraftstoff-Sammelleitung 142 einen
gewünschten Kraftstoff-Hochdruck (gegebenenfalls bis einige
hundert bar) zu erzeugen (vgl. Figur 7).Through this, the fuel is further compressed and in
the
Such high pressure fuel is desired to also

The accumulator volume of the
158 ausgeschaltet (Zeitpunkt t1 in Figur 6).
bereitzustellen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wird die Einspritzung
von Kraftstoff mittels der Injektoren 144 ausgelöst. Der
Kraftstoffdruck kann auch durch eine entsprechende
Einstellung einer Ansteuerfrequenz des Elektromotors 154
eingestellt werden.The position of the
ausreichend hoch bleibt. If in normal operation of the
Durch die Integration der mechanisch angetriebenen
Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 122 und der elektrisch
angetriebenen Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 124 in eine
Baueinheit 120 mit einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse 120 kann diese
Baueinheit 120 einfach in die Brennkraftmaschine 114
eingebaut werden. Die Baueinheit 120 fördert nur über zwei
Anschlüsse, nämlich den Niederdruckanschluss 128 und den
Hochdruckanschluss 141. Dadurch, dass die elektrisch
angetriebene Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 124 nur eine geringe
Förderleistung aufweist und vergleichsweise klein baut,
baut auch die Baueinheit 120 vergleichsweise klein.By integrating the mechanically driven
