Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a pile fabric on a flat fabric serving as the base fabric, alternating according to the pattern tied pile loops and pile legs on two together weaving machine producing flat fabrics connected by Florhenkel, each pile-forming pile threads using a jacquard machine either the pile loop binding or the pile handle binding different binding weft threads of the two flat fabrics assigned are, the pile loops forming pile threads between one the pile side of the base fabric and a weft further weft thread of the basic goods are stretched and the Pile threads forming pile legs initially as pile handles between Weft threads of the two flat fabrics stretched and under training the pile leg between the two flat fabrics - with avoidance a contact of the cutting element with the apices of the pole loops - be separated.
- a weaving method of this type is known from DE 199 18 171 A1.
- On a double-protective double-carpet weaving machine becomes two flat fabrics generated, both as the base fabric of a pile or carpet fabric serve. Both basic fabrics are differentiated by pile handles Colors connected. In both flat fabrics and base fabrics are not patterned pile threads, so-called dead poles, mostly stretched involved.
- the jacquard machine can select these pile threads and either for binding as a dead pole on the base fabric or for the formation of Pole handles in connection with the opposite base fabric move to subject training.
- a so-called double pile fabric is created or double-pile fabric. By separating the pole handles in the middle between two pile fabrics or carpets are created for the two basic goods. Both Pile fabrics have both pile areas and areas in the pile layer with only closed pole handles.
- the pole loops formed here have only small dimensions and are regularly significantly flatter than the pile legs in the pile areas. If you want to enlarge the pole loops with thicker shots, in Weft direction of adjacent pile handles spread in the warp direction. she form a cord-like pile surface in the weft direction. It is unsatisfactory. There can be no pile fabrics with acceptable pedaling properties and uniform pole height are generated. The pile loops and pile legs cannot be positioned anywhere on the pole surface.
- EP 1 081 260 A1 is used for the production of a pile fabric
- Pole loops and pile legs use a kind of rod weaving machine proposed.
- the single-action rod weaving machine carries in every third tour on the pole side a thicker shot over which the pro Warp course each a selected pile thread forms a larger loop.
- Cutting rod pole form element
- the large pole loops formed in the process are pulled out the cutting rod separated and form upright, in the base fabric anchored pile legs. These pile legs are significantly longer than the pole loops formed on the goods base.
- the Rod weaving machine works with one contact and requires for binding a series of pile loops or pile loops a total of three weaving machine tours. Because of the large mass of those to be entered within a tour The weaving machine can only cut the rod at low speed work.
- the cutting rod heat up during the cutting process in such a way that when The ends of the pile legs exceed a certain temperature to melt. This affects the quality of the pile fabric produced. For this reason there is a further reduction in the working speed the weaving machine mostly unavoidable.
- the height of the pole loops can also be determined using the method mentioned here do not adjust to the greater height of the pile legs if pile loops and pile leg side by side in the weft direction be positioned.
- the cross section of the rod determines the height difference between pile legs and pile loops.
- the pedaling comfort can only be ensured if the surface areas of the Carpets with pile loops are very small. Should the pole loop structure prevail, then the pile heights must be reduced by a shear process. The low and hard pole loops determine the pedaling comfort at a low level.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a method for Production of a pile fabric with any pattern arranged Propose pile loops and pile legs, in which the pile loops and the pile legs have a sufficient and approximately the same height have optimal alignment to the pole surface.
- the amount of the total Pole layer should be limited according to the required treading properties be variable.
- the procedure should work with two or three protections Two-speed can be implemented without additional speed limitation his.
- the pile legs and the pile loops are on the pile surface can be arranged in any pattern. It is excluded that the means also spread the pile legs to spread the pile loops.
- the size of the pole loops is determined by the choice of the dimensions of the lancets can be varied within the usual limits. For securing the uniform The height of the pile legs and the pile loops are not additional Operations required.
- both the pile handles are as well as the vertices of the pole loops exactly positioned in terms of their position, so the loop structure is not due to faulty separations is affected.
- the second flat weave that is only very short and patterned sections of the pile handle can be used for purposes can be used where an attractive appearance is not expected.
- the process can be carried out on conventional double carpet or double pile weaving machines with a lancet arrangement in the middle compartment without limitation the usual working speed can be realized.
- a Realization of the procedure with single shot entry is possible, required but of course several tours for the production of a pole row.
- the described method basically also enables the sample Combination with a pile thread pattern on the base fabric and / or with a shot pattern.
- Claims 6 and 7 define expedient procedures of Specialist training on weaving machines with three weft insertion levels.
- Pile warp threads of different colors or different properties assigned can also be colored or structured patterned pile loops or Pile leg areas can be realized.
- the accompanying the weaving process Pile threads can be used as dead poles in the basic fabric or in the second flat weave be involved (see claims 8 to 10).
- Fig. 1 shows the double fabric 2 in section, along a warp course is directed parallel to the lancets 14.
- the lower flat weave serves as the base fabric 22 for the pile fabric 220.
- the pole loops 225 are in this double fabric 2 on the inner wefts 222 of the base fabric is fixed while the pile handles 226 tie regularly over back shots 221 of the base fabric 22.
- the lancets are supported on the inner sections 222 of the base fabric 22 14 with its lower edge.
- the upper edges of the lancets 14, the for its part, regularly during the specialist training at the middle technical level M are held, the auxiliary shots 231 support.
- the vertices of the pole loops 225 are spread apart. Dependent on the height of the pole loops can vary from the height of the lancets 14 225 can be determined.
- the auxiliary wefts 231 are only laterally outside the base fabric 22 tied by last warp threads 232, 232 'and during of the weaving process in the tensioned defined by the lancets 14 Fixed position.
- the bar 23, 23 ' is after the weaving process, after the Separating the auxiliary weft threads 231 between the two strips 23, 23 ', away.
- auxiliary shots 231 can be bound in the strips 23 to be dispensed with if these weft threads are used by other means (e.g. using a slave gripper) until it stops can.
- the second flat weave - consisting of the weft threads 211 and Warp threads 212, 212 '- only serves to stretch the pile handles 226 between the base fabric 22 and the weft threads 211 (tensioning function).
- This second flat weave is made using a cutting device - knife carriage 4 - between the plane of the apex of the pole loops 225 and the warp threads 212, 212 'of the second flat fabric 21 are separated. at this separation process, those in the second flat fabric 21 are integrated Top of the pole handle 226 separated. On the base fabric only the pile legs 2261 remain, which together with the apices the pile loops 225 form the pile surface of the pile fabric 220.
- the double fabric 2 'of FIG. 2 differs from that Fig. 1 only in that in this case the pole loops 225 'to the Back shots 221 of the base fabric 22 and the pile handles 226 ' the inner sections 222 of the base fabric are bound.
- This Fig. 2 also clearly shows that you can at any point in the pile fabric 220 the pile loops 225, 225 'or pile handles 226, 226' forming pile threads against other pile threads from the dead pole strand TP can swap. In this way, you can create any color you want or structurally patterned pole surface with arbitrarily distributed pile legs and pole loops.
- the type of pile thread change depends on the available jacquard machine and depending on the desires of the designer. The change of pile thread can be carried out according to different known methods will be realized.
- the base fabric 22 is one So-called filling or tension chain 224 assigned, which the stability of the base fabric increased and also the dead pole TP towards the back of the carpet covered.
- the design of the double fabric 2 "according to FIG. 3 differs from the double weave 2, 2 'of the previous figures mainly in that the upper flat fabric the basic fabric 22 "for the pile fabric 220" forms.
- the lancet 14 is supported on the underside of this basic tissue 22 "and with its lower edge leads the pole loops 225" spreading Auxiliary shots 231.
- These auxiliary shots 231 are also exclusive here by the last warp threads 232, 232 'on both sides of the first and second flat weave fixed in a stretched position.
- the second flat fabric 21 " which is used exclusively for the tensioning function Clamping the pile handle 226 "is arranged below.
- This Flat weave is the non-patterning pile thread as a dead pile strand TP or involved in another way. They remain after disconnection Flat fabric 21 "in the fabric usable for other purposes.

The invention relates to a method for producing a pile fabric on a flat fabric serving as the base fabric, alternating according to the pattern tied pile loops and pile legs on two together weaving machine producing flat fabrics connected by Florhenkel, each pile-forming pile threads using a jacquard machine either the pile loop binding or the pile handle binding different binding weft threads of the two flat fabrics assigned are, the pile loops forming pile threads between one the pile side of the base fabric and a weft further weft thread of the basic goods are stretched and the Pile threads forming pile legs initially as pile handles between Weft threads of the two flat fabrics stretched and under training the pile leg between the two flat fabrics - with avoidance a contact of the cutting element with the apices of the pole loops - be separated.
In beiden Flachgeweben bzw. Grundgeweben sind nicht musternde Polfäden, sog. Totpole, meist gestreckt eingebunden.A weaving method of this type is known from DE 199 18 171 A1. On a double-protective double-carpet weaving machine becomes two flat fabrics generated, both as the base fabric of a pile or carpet fabric serve. Both basic fabrics are differentiated by pile handles Colors connected. In both flat fabrics and base fabrics are not patterned pile threads, so-called dead poles, mostly stretched involved.
The jacquard machine can select these pile threads and either for binding as a dead pole on the base fabric or for the formation of Pole handles in connection with the opposite base fabric move to subject training. A so-called double pile fabric is created or double-pile fabric. By separating the pole handles in the middle between two pile fabrics or carpets are created for the two basic goods. Both Pile fabrics have both pile areas and areas in the pile layer with only closed pole handles.
The pole loops formed here have only small dimensions and are regularly significantly flatter than the pile legs in the pile areas.
Another major disadvantage is that the pole loops spread out Spread the weft legs in the pile row with thick weft threads, see above that the pile areas in the weft direction have a rib or cord structure exhibit.
Another disadvantage of this method is the low productivity. The Rod weaving machine works with one contact and requires for binding a series of pile loops or pile loops a total of three weaving machine tours. Because of the large mass of those to be entered within a tour The weaving machine can only cut the rod at low speed work.
Another that limits the speed of the weaving machine Element is the cutting rod during its cutting function. The cutting rods heat up during the cutting process in such a way that when The ends of the pile legs exceed a certain temperature to melt. This affects the quality of the pile fabric produced. For this reason there is a further reduction in the working speed the weaving machine mostly unavoidable.
The height of the pole loops can also be determined using the method mentioned here do not adjust to the greater height of the pile legs if pile loops and pile leg side by side in the weft direction be positioned. The cross section of the rod determines the height difference between pile legs and pile loops.
The pedaling comfort can only be ensured if the surface areas of the Carpets with pile loops are very small. Should the pole loop structure prevail, then the pile heights must be reduced by a shear process. The low and hard pole loops determine the pedaling comfort at a low level.
Sie können aber auch seitlich aus dem Polgewebe entfernt werden, so dass die Polschlingen selbst den Trittkomfort bestimmen.DE 43 12 235 A1 describes a method and a device of Loop pile fabrics on a weaving machine have been proposed at which auxiliary weft threads are inserted in connection with lancets. (Compare also Hans Osswald: "The Carpet Industry", Melliand Textile reports, 1965, page 123.) The ones selected for binding the poles Pole threads are guided over these auxiliary shots and form larger ones Pole loops out. The lancets are with articulated guide boards equipped, which can be involved in specialist training. These controllable guide boards ensure that the Auxiliary shots alternately to spread the respective pole loops assigned to the pile fabric of the upper fabric or the pile fabric of the lower fabric become. After the weaving process is finished, both loosen Pile fabrics from each other. Removing the auxiliary weft threads is optional. They can remain in the tissue and support the pile loops. she can also be removed from the side of the pile fabric so that the pole loops themselves determine the pedaling comfort.
Leave with such a weaving machine and such a method However, only those pile fabrics are produced on their surface only pole loops are visible. The alternating pattern Arrangement of pile legs, the fiber ends of the pile surface are directed, and closed pole loops are using this procedure not feasible.
We can state that no method is known in the prior art is that it allows pile legs and pile loops of the same, more variable The height can be arranged according to the pattern without one of the pole types is negatively influenced in terms of their quality or variability.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a method for Production of a pile fabric with any pattern arranged Propose pile loops and pile legs, in which the pile loops and the pile legs have a sufficient and approximately the same height have optimal alignment to the pole surface. The amount of the total Pole layer should be limited according to the required treading properties be variable. The procedure should work with two or three protections Two-speed can be implemented without additional speed limitation his.
This object is achieved by the method according to
During the separation process of the pile handles, both the pile handles are as well as the vertices of the pole loops exactly positioned in terms of their position, so the loop structure is not due to faulty separations is affected. The second flat weave that is only very short and patterned sections of the pile handle can be used for purposes can be used where an attractive appearance is not expected.
The process can be carried out on conventional double carpet or double pile weaving machines with a lancet arrangement in the middle compartment without limitation the usual working speed can be realized. A Realization of the procedure with single shot entry is possible, required but of course several tours for the production of a pole row.
The described method basically also enables the sample Combination with a pile thread pattern on the base fabric and / or with a shot pattern.
Mit dem Fixieren der Hilfsschüsse durch Leistenkettfäden gemäß Anspruch
2 kann bei optimiertem Webprozess eine gleichmäßige Polschlingenhöhe
gewährleistet werden. With the fixation of the auxiliary wefts by last warp threads according to
According to claim 3, it is possible to spread the pole loops Auxiliary shots after sliding off the tips of the lancets laterally to remove from the pile fabric.
Another variant of working with auxiliary shots is shown in
The formation of the shed in the phase of the defined in
Ansprüche 8 bis 10).Be accompanying the weaving process in each or in several warp courses Pile warp threads of different colors or different properties assigned, which can be selected using a jacquard machine, can also be colored or structured patterned pile loops or Pile leg areas can be realized. The accompanying the weaving process Pile threads can be used as dead poles in the basic fabric or in the second flat weave be involved (see claims 8 to 10).
On weaving machines with three weft insertion levels,

The advantage of this method according to

The advantage of this method is the higher productivity the three-guard loom. The possibility of entry of three shots at the same time in each tour is optimal for the Formation of two pile tissues used. For patterning in pile areas both pile threads of the upper and the lower dead pole group are available Available.
