Claims (9)

  1. Diffuseur pour ventilateurs, en particulier pour refroidisseurs à air, qui comprend, en aval du rotor du ventilateur, à petite distance de celui-ci, une couronne à aubes directrices (3) stationnaire et axialement alignée avec le rotor de ventilateur (12), couronne dont les aubes sont coudées de manière à focaliser les jets d'air sortant du rotor (2), caractérisé en ce que la couronne à aubes directrices (3) est composée par des segments (7) reliés les uns aux autres et est donc variable.
  2. Diffuseur pour ventilateurs selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque segment (7) comprend au moins une aube directrice (8).
  3. Diffuseur pour ventilateurs selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'aube directrice (8) est constituée par une pièce en tôle (9) cintrée dans l'espace.
  4. Diffuseur pour ventilateurs selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce en tôle (9) comprend deux branches (10, 11) qui définissent un angle obtus (α), dont la première branche (10) constitue l'aube directrice (8) et dont la seconde branche (11) constitue un bras (12) susceptible d'être relié au bras (12) des autres aubes directrices voisines (8) pour former un corps annulaire (13) entourant le moyeu de rotor (1).
  5. Diffuseur pour ventilateurs selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'état assemblé de la couronne à aubes directrices (3) avec les autres pièces en tôle (9), la branche (10) constituant l'aube directrice (8) forme une surface (14) plane, verticale ou approximativement verticale qui s'étend dans la direction d'écoulement d'air et qui présente un coudage (16) contre l'axe de diffuseur dans la zone de son arête de bord inférieure (15) qui est tournée vers l'axe de diffuseur (5).
  6. Diffuseur pour ventilateurs selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le coudage (16) de la surface de l'aube présente, à la périphérie extérieure (17) du diffuseur, une arête (18) en retrait qui sert à recevoir une grille protectrice (4).
  7. Diffuseur pour ventilateurs selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la seconde branche (11) de la pièce en tôle (9) présente, à son extrémité extérieure, un coudage de fixation (19) sur lequel peut venir se fixer l'aube directrice suivante (8).
  8. Diffuseur pour ventilateurs selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le coudage de fixation (19) définit, conjointement avec le reste de la surface de la seconde branche (11), un angle obtus dont la taille dépend du nombre des pièces en tôle (9) reliées entre elles pour former un anneau fermé.
  9. Diffuseur pour ventilateurs selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pièces en tôle individuelles (9) des aubes directrices (8) sont assemblées par vissage, rivetage ou soudage pour former la couronne à aubes directrices (3).
