Abstract

Shovel dredger comprises a shovel having a slotted hole screen base with several sieve bars arranged a distance apart and pivotably mounted at their front ends about a common axis. Adjacent sieve bars oscillate in different directions. The sieve bars oscillating in the same direction belong to a first (1a) or a second group. The sieve bars are hinged in a comb-like manner on fingers (13) forming a holder fixed on a shaft. Each sieve bar has a bearing bushing (1a') positioned on a shaft journal (21) by a needle bearing (25). The shaft journal and the bearing bushing each have a constant diameter. The bearing journal is provided with a central lubricant channel (21.2) leading from the outer periphery of the shaft journal and opening into a radial lubricant bore (21.3). O-ring seals (26) secured against axial displacement are attached by outer-lying adjusting rings (28) to both sides of the needle bearing.

Description

The invention relates to a backhoe according to the preamble of claim 1 as in EP-A1-1002904 disclosed.

The invention has for its object to provide for such a high stress loaded backhoe, especially in a heavily polluted environment over a longer period of reliable storage for the individual screen bars.

In the subclaims further embodiments of such storage are described.

  • Figur 1 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf einen Löffelbagger;
  • Figur 2 zeigt teilweise im Schnitt eine Seitenansicht des Baggerlöffels;
An embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to the drawing.
  • Figure 1 shows a plan view of a backhoe;
  • FIG. 2 shows, partly in section, a side view of the bucket;
  • Figure 3 shows the storage for a single sieve of the bucket.

At this Traverse 3 is a over the entire length of the bucket 10 extending hood 4 is attached. On this hood side walls 5 are fixed on both sides, which are designed according to the desired profile of the bucket. These side walls 5 are connected to the front end of the bucket by a crossbar 6

The bottom of the bucket is formed by spaced screen bars 1a - 1n and 2a - 2n, each adjacent screen bars are driven to oscillate to opposite movements. The screen bars are pivotally mounted with their front ends on an axis 8 extending between the side walls 5. Each screen has a first, in a central rest position substantially horizontally extending, rectilinear section 1.1 or 2.1 and an adjoining arcuately upwardly curved second section 1.2 or 2.2, to the tangentially in each case a third rectilinear section 1.3 or 2.3 connects.

In the region of the upper ends of the screen bars between the two side walls 5 a driven about its axis to an oscillating pivotal movement shaft 9 is mounted on which the respective jointly pivotable in the same direction, a first group forming screens 1a - 1n along a first common axis 11 and the rest, forming a second group Siebstäbe 2a - 2n along a second common axis 12 which is spaced from the first axis 11, articulated. The first and second axes 11 and 12 are located diametrically opposite relative to the axis of the shaft 9, wherein these three axes lie in a common plane, in in the middle position of the two screening groups and the axis 8 is located.

In the central resting position of the screen bars, the plane defined by these three axes includes an angle α between 28 ° to 42 ° with the vertical, whereby, in particular when the total pivoting angle of the shaft 9 about its axis is less than 26 °, during operation of the bucket the mechanical stress in the region of the drive-side ends of the screen bars remains low.

The oscillating pivot drive of the shaft 9 can be done either by means of hydraulic cylinders or in the manner shown in Figure 2 by means of a crank mechanism 15th

B. des Siebstabes 1 a an dem kammartig an der Welle 9 angelenkten Finger 13.Figure 3 shows the storage of a single sieve, z. B. the screen tab 1 a on the comb-like hinged to the shaft 9 fingers 13th

A shaft journal 21 is provided on both sides with stub shafts 21.1, which have a smaller diameter than the shaft journal in its actual storage area. The shaft journal 21 is fastened by means of these bearing stubs 21.1 by means of screws 22 to a holder formed by two fingers 13.

An oscillating back and forth swiveling screen bar 1a -in or 2a-2n has a bearing bush 1a 'or 2a', with which the screen bar is mounted on the shaft journal 21 by means of a needle bearing 25. On both sides of the needle bearing O-ring seals 26 are mounted between the shaft journal 21 and the bearing bushing 1a 'and 2a'. The shaft journal 21 is provided with a centrally extending lubricant channel 21.2, on the one hand a grease nipple 27 connects, and on the other hand in an outgoing from the outer periphery of the shaft journal 21, substantially radially extending lubricant bore 21.3 opens, which is located in the region of the needle bearing. This needle bearing 25 is preferably a needle bearing without an inner ring.

The two O-ring seals 26 are supported or secured on their sides facing away from the needle bearing 25 in the axial direction by means of the bearing bushing 1a ', 2a' locking fitting rings 28. Each fitting ring 28 is supported on the one hand with its inner circumference on the shaft journal 21 and on the other hand with its outer end face on the associated finger 13. The regions of the shaft journal 21 supporting the individual fitting ring project axially beyond the bearing bushing.
