Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Leistungsschalter für hohe Ströme und Niederspannung, der ein Unterteil (2) mit Zwischenwänden (5), einen in Seitenblenden (28) gelagerten Betätigungsmechanismus (30) mit einem Kniehebelsystem (34) aufweist und mehrere Kontakteinheiten (9 ... 11) aufweist. Die Kontakteinheiten (9 ... 11) enthalten mehrere bewegliche Kontaktfingern (18), die in einem U-förmigen Kontakthalter (24) gegen die Wirkung von Kontaktdruckfedern (26) schwenkbar gelagert sind. Ein Verbindungssteg (38) aus isolierendem Formstoff ist einstückig mit den Kontakthaltern (24) verbunden und verläuft oberhalb der Kontaktdruckfedern (26). Die mittlere Kontakteinheit (10) ist über ein in den Seitenblenden (28) schwenkbar gelagertes Halteblech (42) gelenkig mit dem Kniehebelsystem (34) gekoppelt. An dem Verbindungssteg (38) sind Abschirmsegmente (56, 57) angeformt, die an den Zwischenwänden (5) im Bereich von Aussparungen (54) verlaufen, die für die Schaltbewegung des Verbindungssteges (38) vorgesehen sind.

The contact units (9 ... 11) comprise a plurality of movable contact fingers (18) which are pivotally mounted in a U-shaped contact holder (24) against the action of contact pressure springs (26). A connecting web (38) of insulating molding material is integrally connected to the contact holders (24) and extends above the contact pressure springs (26). The middle contact unit (10) is pivotally coupled to the toggle lever system (34) via a retaining plate (42) which is pivotably mounted in the side panels (28). On the connecting web (38) shielding segments (56, 57) are formed, which extend at the intermediate walls (5) in the region of recesses (54) which are provided for the switching movement of the connecting web (38).
