Description

The invention relates to a fire-retardant, smoke-tight sliding door the preamble of claim 1.

A fire retardant, smoke-tight sliding door that runs at least one along has a door leaf made of fire-resistant glass that can be moved on one level, can be seen, for example, from EP 0 666 403 A1. The in this publication disclosed sliding door is equipped with a bezel for the glass and has a transport device. The transport device consists of at least one wall-mounted running profile and at least one support element connected to the frame of the glass, wherein at least one axis with a Transport roller rotatably mounted on it with a plastic running surface is attached. The sliding door is within a frame construction added. In the event of a fire, there is deliberate destruction the transport device used to lower the sliding door leaf in the vertical direction, i.e. in the direction of the sliding door level effect, so that a smoke density of the sliding door is achieved. For this purpose, the transport device is made of a low-melting Made of plastic material. In the frame profiles are for improvement of smoke-tight materials, which foam when heated. A major disadvantage in the case of this publication known solution, however, is that the sunken once Sliding door can no longer be moved. One blocked like that Sliding door, for example, would not be used in areas where to endanger the evacuation of people. Here must be for emergencies at least to a limited extent there is an option to escape.

The transport rollers of the transport device described in EP 0 666 403 A1 are made of plastic and have very good running properties. So with such roles are more than one Millions of cycles of movement of a sliding door can be realized, which in particular when using the transport rollers on sliding doors for public areas with a high frequency is advantageous. Transport rollers can be found here therefore use plastic better than steel rollers with which only about two hundred thousand movement cycles can be achieved and which are also disadvantageous due to their running noise.

As has already been stated, however, there is the disadvantage of plastic rollers in being at high temperatures, like in a fire occur, melt. A sliding door equipped in this way would not be more functional. Today's sliding doors must have fire protection qualities like T30 and higher meet what with a known sliding door would not be possible with plastic transport rollers.

The invention is based on the object of a fire-retardant, smoke-tight Sliding door to be provided in addition to a quiet operation a long service life can be expected and also smoke-tight and at least has limited functionality in the event of a fire or one Emergency evacuation enabled.

The invention solves this problem for a fire-retardant, smoke-tight sliding door according to the preamble of claim 1 with its distinctive features.

Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Further embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

Thus, the invention proposes a fire-retardant, smoke-tight Sliding door, the at least one movable along a plane Door leaf made of fire-resistant glass, which is included in a frame is, and has a transport device, wherein the transport device from at least one wall-mounted running profile and there is at least one support element connected to the border and each support member has at least one axis with one rotatable thereon stored transport roller with a tread made of plastic, to further develop that the transport roll a core fire-resistant material.

With such a design, the transport roller can take a long time Have a lifetime and still have the best running properties and ensure a safety function in the event of a fire. So the Transport roller over a plastic tread, which is above a limit temperature melts, however, the transport roller can function the sliding door maintains at least limited because of its core consists of a high-strength, fire-resistant material. So leave sliding doors for the first time with a solution according to the invention use a fire risk area, i.e. as fire protection doors. The solution is very simple and can also be used for existing ones Retrofit systems are used.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the core is proposed the transport roller, for example, from ceramic, asbestos or metal. If metal is to be used, a is preferably used Steel core within the transport roller can be an advantage.

Because by melting the plastic of the tread at one If only the core of the transport roller remains, this must open roll along the corresponding assigned running profile. This can on the one hand can be achieved by the core itself with a tread geometry is equipped.

On the other hand, it is also possible for a transport roller according to the invention for a fire-retardant, smoke-tight sliding door, for example by two arranged on both sides of the tread of the transport roller Is limited laterally. These disks form after Melt the plastic and ensure a kind of catch system continue to guide the role on the running profile. Wear the slices thus in addition to an emergency running system of an inventive to ensure fire-retardant, smoke-tight sliding doors. Preferably the disks are made of metallic materials. However, other materials such as, for example, are of course also Ceramics can be used.

There is also a combination of the above-described designs Sense of the invention. For example, the core could have a Tread geometry and the transport roller on their Each have a disc on the outside.

According to a further development of the invention, optimization is also carried out the smoke density of a fire-retardant according to the invention, Smoke-proof sliding door suggested that the sliding door be above and below their door leaf, i.e. above and below the visible, clear area, has a smoke-tight sliding seal. sliding seals are therefore of decisive advantage because Function of the sliding door remains almost unaffected. You offer that Normal operation of the sliding door has a very low resistance and run quietly and with little friction.

The sliding seal can advantageously be designed in such a way that that they have at least one on the door leaf or on the bezel existing sealing lip, which on at least one corresponding, wall-tight sealing profile is sliding.

Another possible design of a sliding seal for a fire-retardant, Smoke-proof sliding door can be seen in that Sliding seal made of at least one on the door leaf or on the frame existing sealing lip, which is in when the sliding door is closed at least one corresponding, wall-fixed sealing profile added is.

For example, two sealing elements arranged parallel to one another can be used as the sealing profile Single sealing profiles can be used. These have one Distance to each other, the insertion of the sealing lip of the sliding door allowed. This means that smoke tightness on both sides of an inventive Sliding door reached.

The sliding seal described at the beginning can be in both horizontal and can also be provided in a vertical arrangement.

A vertical arrangement of a smoke-tight sliding seal for an inventive Sliding door can be designed such that the sealing profile one in the closing direction of the sliding door in relation to the corridor level rising outer edge and the sealing lip an opposite falling Have the outer edge so that the sealing profile when the sliding door is closed and sealing the sealing lip in an overlapping arrangement abut each other. With such a design, with increasing Closing path of the sliding door increases the sealing area, while the seals are out of contact when the sliding door is open.

The horizontal arrangement of such a sliding seal can for example characterized in that the sealing profile in the closing direction the sliding door in relation to the sliding door level in the top Angle of the outer edge to be run on this sliding door and the sealing lip an outer edge opposite to the sealing profile has, so that when the sliding door is closed, the sealing profile and the Sealing lip sealingly abutting against each other in an overlapping position are arranged.

Choosing a vertical or horizontal arrangement of a Such a sliding seal is mainly due to structural reasons to meet. The mode of operation is equivalent in both versions.

Bevorzugt wird eine Absenkung um 6 mm.During a fire, a fire-retardant, Smoke-proof sliding door after the tread has melted Transport roll by a small amount, for example between 4 and 8 mm, can be lowered to still function the sliding door to enable. A reduction of 6 mm is preferred.

The long service life of the transport device of the sliding door can can be improved in that the transport rollers are ball-bearing.

To further improve security, it is also conceivable to provide an additional escape route next to the sliding door. to Solution is proposed at least one revolving or wing door. This Hinged or hinged door can be placed directly into the frame of the sliding door integrated and designed to be pivotable about joints. The rotary or The wing door is according to the invention in normal operation of the sliding door fixed, i.e. fixed or closed in the frame. in the If necessary, it can be opened with a panic lock in order to To be able to use revolving or double doors as an escape route. Of course Precautions must be taken after opening the Swing or swing doors lock them again automatically immediately. This can be achieved, for example, by springs or other means due to automatic locking mechanisms.

Preferred embodiments of a fire-retardant, Smoke-proof sliding door will be referred to below explained in more detail on the associated drawings.

Unterhalb des Laufprofils 4 weist die Transportvorrichtung 3 ferner eine Aushebevorrichtung 23 auf, die ein unerwünschtes Abheben der Transportrolle 7 von dem Laufprofil 4 verhindert.FIG. 1 shows a section and a section with a total of 3 designated transport device for a sliding door in refractory and Smoke-proof version shown. This transport device 3 consists of a running profile 4, which is mounted fixed to the wall. On the running profile 4 rolls a transport roller 7 with its tread 8 made of plastic. The core 9 of the transport roller 7 is formed by a steel core. Within the steel core 9, an axis 6 serves as the bearing axis of the transport roller 7. The axis 6 is connected to a support element 5. The Supporting element 5 also serves to accommodate the door leaf 1 Connection between door leaf 1 and support element 5 is through a border 2 formed. The border 2 contains the multi-glass version here Sliding door in the manner of a frame all around. Below the running profile 4, the transport device 3 also has one Lifting device 23 on the undesired lifting of the transport roller 7 prevented by the tread 4.

The transport roller 7 has one on both sides of the tread 8 Disk 10 and 11, respectively, which are also due to a fire caused melting of the plastic of the tread 8 a catch system form and together with the core 9 of the transport roller 7 continue ensure an emergency function of the sliding door, so that if necessary evacuating people are brought through the sliding door can.

Zur optischen Abdeckung dieses Dichtprofils 14 dient eine Abdeckplatte 28 im Fußbodenbereich dieser Schiebetür.FIG. 2 shows the underside of a sliding door design in fire-retardant, shown smoke-proof design. Also comes here Laminated glass system made of two panes of glass used together form a door leaf 1. This is recorded in an enclosure 2. The Border 2 merges into an area here, which acts as a sealing lip 13 acts. This sealing lip 13 arrives when the sliding door is closed Sealing profile 14 to the system, which in a trough 24 below the floor level 17 is arranged. The sealing profile 14 is thus in normal operation Sliding door arranged outside the visible area. For optical Covering this sealing profile 14 serves a cover plate 28 in Floor area of this sliding door.

Another embodiment of a sliding seal 12 is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 shown how it can be manufactured in a vertical design. Figure 3 illustrates the closed and Figure 4 the open Condition of the sliding door.

The bezel 2 of the sliding door shown in Figures 3 and 4 goes approximately in the middle of the door leaf 1 into the sealing lip 13. This sealing lip is as can be seen from FIG. 3, between two individual sealing profiles 15 and 16 slidably and sealingly recorded and also guided.

The sealing profile 14 has a rising in the closing direction of the sliding door Contour on. The contour of the sealing lip 13 of the sliding door runs this in the opposite direction, what from the sectional views of Figures 3 and 4 can be seen and a growing coverage of the seals leads, which is proportional to while closing the sliding door is the distance traveled.

The sealing profiles 14 are also in the embodiments of FIGS. 3 and 4 arranged in a trough 24 outside the visible area. to Cover serves a cover plate 28. The sealing profiles 14 are thus recessed below floor level 17.

Another version of the smoke-proof design of a fire retardant Sliding door is shown in Figures 5 and 6. Here is one horizontal sliding seal 12 shown. That from two individual glass panes Existing door leaf 1 of the sliding door is in an enclosure 2 added. The border 2 merges into a sealing lip 13, which up to below the floor level 17 initially runs vertically and within the Trough 24 merges into an angled area, the course of which here is almost horizontal. The sealing lip 13 slides to realize it Sealing function between two individual profile seals 15 and 16, the together form the sealing profile 14.

Point here too the sealing lip 13 and the sealing profile 14 a rising in opposite directions Contour open so that when the sliding door closes, the overlap the sealing surfaces increases.

In Figures 7 and 8 is an enlarged view of a Sliding seal 12, as has already been explained in FIGS. 3 and 4, shown. This is known as a vertical seal for a fire-retardant, smoke-tight sliding door, consists of a door leaf 1, which is recorded in an enclosure 2. The bezel 2 goes into one existing sealing lip 13 below the floor level 17. The outside edge 19 of the sealing lip 13 grows in the closing direction of the sliding door seen in their geometric height. The sliding door construction is total Part of a frame 25, which in Figures 7 and 8 only is hinted at. Within the trough 24 is below the Corridor level 17 arranged a corresponding sealing profile 14. This Sealing profile 14 has a rising in the closing direction of the sliding door Outer edge 18 on. It therefore has a ramp-like shape. The Sealing profile 14 can also consist of two individual sealing profiles 15 and 16 consist.

Additional smoke-tightness can be provided within the frame, foaming materials can be achieved, which are targeted to Foaming can be brought or by heating as a result of Lather up the fire automatically. A suitable material for this is, for example Promaseal, as is already the case with other fire protection doors is known.

FIG. 9 also shows a further embodiment of a sliding door according to the invention. Here is depending on the side of the sliding door a wing door 29 or 30 in the frame 25 of the sliding door housed, which opens an additional escape route, provided this should be necessary. The frame 25 is in a wall 32 Building inserted. The wing doors 29 and 30 are around Joints 31 are pivotally received in the frame 25 and for as long they are not used by panic locks, not shown in FIG. 9 closed or otherwise firmly with the Frame 25 connected.
