Definitions
- the invention relates to a safety remote control for the operation of High-pressure cleaners according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such high pressure cleaners are either with a service water tank or operated in direct connection to a drinking water supply line.
- a so-called pipe separator is used, the backflow of the already removed water and thus possible contamination prevented.
- the water is piped into the HD cleaner and from this under high pressure using an HP pump. through of a valve and corresponding HP lines is the one under HD Water fed to a spray lance, by means of which it then reaches the desired Places can be sprayed.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object Control option for switching the HD pump on and off propose an increase in the operational reliability of HD devices known tax organs.
- the safety remote control according to the invention for the operation of Pressure washer is characterized by the fact that the motor of the HD pump is switched on and off by a safety circuit, the Safety circuit itself is switched on by a signal which is direct is triggered from the spray lance and is switched off by a signal, which by pressure monitoring by means of a switch-off contact is switched off as soon as no high pressure is removed.
- the switch-on pulse occurs via a switch (reed contact) connected to a transmitter in the high pressure gun.
- the switch-off pulse occurs via an am Control safety block integrated microswitch (pressure switch), which the Controls receiver.
- This control has a conventional hydraulic one Pressure shutdown has the advantage that there is no leakage in the high pressure system The high pressure pump starts up. Only when the gun is activated does the Intervention.
- the dead man's switch via the high-pressure gun is also retained when an interference pulse activates the radio remote control. This will make a highest possible level of security guaranteed.
- the radio remote control is powered by a button cell in the High pressure gun.
- the power consumption is very low because the switching pulse in Transmitter is only milliseconds.
- the receiver is powered by the mains voltage fed in the device.
- HD device Functions of the HD device are switched, such as. B. the heater for that Water the supply and / or metering of chemicals and, if necessary further functions in special embodiments of HD devices.
- a circuit arrangement 1 for an HD device is generally shown in FIG.
- the HD device is an HD cleaner with an HD pump 15, which is driven by the motor 9 is driven.
- the motor 9 is switched on by means of a safety circuit 6 Requirements switched on and off.
- the water supply takes place in this Embodiment of a domestic water tank 10, in which a connection a chemical tank 11 opens.
- the hot water tank 10 itself supplied with water through the drinking water line 17.
- the control takes place in this example with a float.
- a valve 8 On the pump outlet side, a valve 8 is connected, which also divides the Water flow in the return line 12 and the high pressure line 7 takes over. Also connected to this unit is a shutdown contact 5, which at appropriate pressure switches off the HP pump again. This pressure is so set that when the spray lance 2 is switched off, the motor of the high-pressure pump 15 is switched off.
- the motor 9 is switched on by means of a pulse in the Spray lance built-in transmitter 3, which for example with a appropriately sealed buttons can be activated.
- a pulse in the Spray lance built-in transmitter 3 which for example with a appropriately sealed buttons can be activated.
- the transmitter is equipped with a button cell (battery) for power supply. On Due to the fact that the transmitter is only needed to switch on, energy is taken from the button cell for this purpose only, so that it has a very long lifespan.
- the transmitted pulse is received by the receiver 4 and sent to the Safety circuit 6 passed on. This then turns on the motor 9, so that the HD pump conveys water placed under HD.
- the idea essential to the invention now lies in the radio control of the Switch-on pulse, which is triggered by the operator. This releases the impulse in each case, when he HD water with the lance 2 to a desired location want to inject. According to the invention, he only needs the button press, which activates the transmitter 3 and the transmission pulse to the Passes receiving unit 4.
- the receiving unit 4 in turn gives the signal in the manner specified above Switch on the HD pump further.
- the HD pump is switched off by the already described pressure control using the shutdown contact 5. This will always be the case when the operator is the flow of the HP water interrupted by the HD lance.
- the present invention comes very essential Approach to improvement both in terms of operational safety as well incidentally in terms of economy.
- FIG. 2 a representation similar to that in FIG Figure 1 can be seen.
- FIG. 3 is based on the water supply considered the embodiment of Figure 2 accordingly.
- An essential to the invention lies in the design of the safety remote control for the Control of the HP pump (9).
- a flow switch to be installed in the HD line (7) leading to the HD lance (2) by means of the Demand for HD water is passed on to the safety circuit (6).
- the the signal course continuing from here corresponds to the embodiments in FIGS Figures 1 and 2.
- the HD is switched off in the same way as before described.
- FIG. 4 corresponds correspondingly to FIG Embodiment in Figure 3.
- Service water tank (10) between the pipe separator (16) and the HP pump (15) interposed which in turn opens into a chemical tank.
- the present Invention a safety remote control for the operation of high pressure cleaners which is characterized in that the motor (9) of the HP pump (15) by a safety circuit (6) is switched on and off, the Safety circuit (6) itself is switched on by a signal which is direct is triggered by the spray lance (2) and switched off by a signal which is activated by pressure monitoring using a switch-off contact (5) is switched off as soon as no high pressure is removed.
- the signal to switch on the safety circuit (6) is either by means of one on the spray lance (2), and with an associated button provided transmitter (3) triggered, or by a flow switch (18), which responds by pressing the control handle of the HD lance.
- the signal to Switching on is connected to the safety circuit (6) Receive unit (4) received and forwarded to the safety circuit (6) becomes.
- Transmitter (3) other functions of the HD device such as. B. the activation of the Chemical tank (11) can be triggered.
