Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a mounting bracket and a built-in lighting apparatus comprising such a mounting bracket and a first well. It finds a particular application especially for recessed luminaires in a false ceiling.
  • the European patent 0268283 describes a luminaire comprising supports for supporting the luminaire on support profiles of a false ceiling.
  • the brackets consist of two-armed swivel levers that are rotatably mounted in resting pieces or wells fixed to the luminaire housing.
  • Each pivoting lever comprises a long arm and a short arm.
  • the luminaire is inserted into an opening in the false ceiling.
  • a pivoting lever is initially positioned parallel to a resting piece, ie the arms of said lever are in a vertical position.
  • An adjustment screw directed on the short arm of the lever is passed through a thread of the rest piece, the thread being disposed below the short arm.
  • the adjusting screw has a support for the short arm of the pivoting lever and the short arm has two mounting lugs which are rotatably mounted in the rest room.
  • the adjustment screw pushes on the short arm by means of the support.
  • the short arm rotates relative to the rest piece by means of the mounting posts, dragging with it the long arm which also rotates.
  • the short arm as well as the long arm have turned about 45 ° from their original position.
  • the long arm then rests on a support section of the false ceiling.
  • the major disadvantage of such a luminaire lies in the fact that it takes too much effort and time to install a luminaire. Indeed, it is necessary in particular to completely screw the screw.
  • the fixing system is complex because it involves many mechanical elements.
  • EP-A-0569722 describes a support with a well and a blade.
  • a technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a built-in lighting fixture comprising a mounting bracket and such a mounting bracket, which allow to install such a device quickly and without much effort and this by means of a simple mechanism.
  • the luminaire comprises a blade partially positioned in the first well and a slide link lock in a second well, said first well having an axis, the blade being able to pivot about said axis, the latch being intended to exert a pressure on said blade so that it performs a rotation about the axis of the first well and exerts pressure on a false ceiling.
  • this solution is characterized in that the fixing support comprises a second well, and in that the first well and the second well are adapted to cooperate with a blade and a lock, the first shaft having an axis, the blade being positioned partly in the first well and being able to pivot about said axis, the latch being slidably connected in the second well and being intended to exert pressure on said blade so that it performs a rotation around the axis and comes to exert pressure on a false ceiling.
  • the lock with its slide connection allows to install the light fixture in the false ceiling quickly and effortlessly, just pushing with a finger for example.
  • the blade pivots about the axis of the first well by exerting pressure on the false ceiling, maintains it between itself and a flange.
  • the blade is a spring blade.
  • the luminaire can be easily installed on false ceilings of different dimensions.
  • the luminaire 1 comprises a reflector 11 mounted on a fixing support 10 preferably removable.
  • the mounting of the reflector 11 on the support 10 is made in a manner known to those skilled in the art and is therefore not described here.
  • the fixing support 10 is preferably cylindrical and comprises a base 2 and a flange 3. As shown in the view of the mounting bracket on the figure 2 , it further comprises a first well 4 adapted to hold an axis 41, and a second well 5. These two wells are adapted to cooperate with a blade 6 and a latch 7.
  • the flange 3 is preferably made of a plastic or metal material. It serves as an interface between the luminaire 1 and the false ceiling.
  • the base 2, the flange 3 and the two wells 4 and 5 preferably form an integral assembly and are molded together. This has the advantage of reducing the cost of the lighting apparatus: no means of fixing is used between its elements. In addition, this has the advantage of having, in a single mass, different functions corresponding to the flange 3, the two wells 4 and 5, and the base 2 of the mounting bracket 10. This mass can be reused in association with the blade 6 and the latch 7 in other applications such as a speaker application requiring a fixation of speakers on a removable mounting bracket, the speaker replacing in this case the reflector 11.
  • the two wells 4 and 5 are preferably slides. Said slides are fixed on the flange 3 which holds them and are preferably vertical relative to this flange 3. They are preferably made of a plastic or metal material.
  • the first slide 4 makes it possible to hold the blade 6, while the second 5 makes it possible to hold and guide the latch 7, the latch 7 being slidably connected in the said second slide 5.
  • the second slide 5 has two parts, a first upper portion 51 set back from the first slide 4 and a second lower portion 52 located in the axis and below the first slide 4.
  • the first slide 4 is located in front of the first portion 51 of the second slide 5 and extends from the upper end of said second slide to the third of said second slide 5 approximately. It can be said that the second slide 5 is staggered relative to the first slide 4.
  • the latter comprises a fund 42 on which can rest an axis 41.
  • a front window 8 crosses the two slides. This is preferably continuous, which causes the bottom 42 of the first slide to be cut off by said window 8. This window is adapted to pass a portion of the blade 6.
  • a rear window 9 passes through the second slide 5 and is also adapted to pass a portion of the blade 6.
  • the blade 6, the lock 7 and the axis 41 of the first slide 4 are represented at the figure 4 in front view.
  • the blade 6 and the latch 7 are preferably made of a metallic material.
  • the latch 7 comprises a first upper arm 71 adapted to come into contact with the blade 6, a second lower arm 72, a break 73 adapted to serve as a bearing on the blade 6, and mechanical retaining means 74 such as a bead or pin adapted to lock the latch in a high position.
  • the blade 6, in turn, comprises a loop or winding 61 adapted to wind and rotate around the axis 41, and an elongated portion 62 adapted to push and bear on a false ceiling.
  • This elongated portion 62 preferably comprises a tip 63 returned which allows a reinforced support on the false ceiling.
  • the axis 41 is a pin.
  • the figure 5 shows the blade 6 and the latch 7 in an unlocked position.
  • the latch 7 is located in the extension of the blade 6, while the loop 61 of the blade is wound around the pin 41.
  • the latch 7 is positioned recessed below the pin 41 and in part in the extension of the blade 6.
  • the figure 6 shows the blade 6 and the latch 7 in an intermediate position.
  • the upper arm 71 of the lock 7 is set back behind the pin 41, while the lower arm 72 is below said pin 41.
  • the bead 74 of its upper arm 71 is about the same level as the pin 41.
  • the bead 74 is then in contact with the loop 61 of the blade 6.
  • the blade 6 and the latch 7 are arranged to be in non-plane contact, ie a contact according to a stop according to a preferred embodiment or according to a point. This has the advantage of not having two flat surfaces in contact and therefore not having efforts that cancel each other out.
  • the upper arm 71 of the latch is not flat, it has a rounded shape and / or the loop 61 of the blade has a plane shifted so that when the upper arm comes into contact with it, the contact s is performed on a rounded portion 65.
  • This rounded portion 65 also allows a tightening around the axis 41 more effective.
  • the figure 7 shows the blade 6 and the latch 7 in a locked position.
  • the upper arm 71 of the lock 7 is located behind the pin 41, while the lower arm 72 is below said pin 41.
  • the bead 74 of its upper arm 71 projects beyond the pin 41 and is no longer in contact with the loop 61 of the blade 6. It is the upper arm 71 which is behind the loop 61 and which is in contact therewith.
  • the fastening system is assembled.
  • the pin 41 is inserted into the blade 6. It is mounted slightly tightly in the loop 61 of said blade 6.
  • the blade assembly 6 and pin 41 is in turn inserted into the first slide 4 from above to the bottom 42 of the slide.
  • This fund 42 keeps the pin 41 in the slide 4 and maintain perpendicular to the blade 6.
  • This fund is provided with two tabs 43 and 44 preventing the assembly to emerge. These two tongues can also be replaced for example clips fixed on said slide 4 which fulfill the same function maintains. We can see more precisely these two tabs on the figure 9 .
  • the latch 7 is introduced into the second slide 5 of the fixing support 10, from below, so that the upper arm 71 of the latch is positioned in the lower part 52 of said second slideway 5.
  • the blade 6 and the latch 7 are in the unlocked position as shown in FIG. figure 11 .
  • the blade 6 is positioned in part in the first slide 4, the 3 ⁇ 4 of its elongated portion 62 being located outside this slide 4; the loop 61 of the blade partially projecting through the rear window 9 passing through the second slide 5.
  • the latch 7 is positioned partially in the second slide 5, its lower arm 72 partially projecting from the collar 3, as can be see him on the figure 11 .
  • the luminaire 1 is embedded in a hole (not shown) of suitable shape, made in the false ceiling, the collar 3 remaining outside the false ceiling.
  • the latch 7 is actuated by exerting a thrust force and translation, here vertically, on the lower arm 72 of the latch, for example with a finger.
  • a thrust force and translation here vertically
  • the lower arm 72 of the latch 7 slides in the lower part 52 of the second slide 5, while the upper arm 71 slides in the upper part 51 of this second slide and comes into contact, via its end. here bead 74, with the loop 61 of the blade 6, which loop is wrapped around the pin 41.
  • the thrust of the latch 7 on the loop 61 of the blade unlocks said blade 6 and triggers a rotation thereof.
  • the loop 61 of blade 6 rotates about a horizontal axis of the pin 41. It is not impeded in its rotation because it passes through the rear window 9 through the second slide 5.
  • the blade 6 and the 7 lock are arranged to be in non-plane contact during rotation, when the latch 7 pushes the blade 6, it can not be stopped in its race and the lock will be carried out without problem.
  • the elongated portion 62 of the blade driven by this loop 61, then rotates outwardly of the base 2 of the fixing support 10 and through the front window 8 which passes through the two rails.
  • the latch 7 and the blade 6 are in the intermediate position in the attachment support 10 as shown in the bottom view of the figure 12 .
  • the upper arm 71 of the latch is then fully positioned inside the second slide 5 behind the loop 61, while its lower arm 72 is partially projecting with the same slide 5.
  • the elongate portion 62 of the blade is found in the outside of the base 2.
  • a fourth step one continues to push on the lock 7.
  • the arm 71 continues to drive the loop 61 of the blade 6 and consequently, the latter continues to pivot, until the break 73 of the lock 7 arrives up to the stop on the loop 61 of the blade 6 and stops the sliding of the lock 7.
  • the bead 74 of said latch 7 then arrives at the end of the second slide 5.
  • the bead 74 is blocked at the end of said second slide 5 as can be seen on the figure 13 .
  • the bead 74 thus ensures the high and locked position of the latch 7.
  • the end of the lower arm 72 of the latch 7 protrudes from the flange 3 as can be seen on the figure 14 .
  • this end does not protrude from the flange 3.
  • said blade 6 thus exerts pressure on the false ceiling 12 so that the latter is held between the flange 3 and said blade 6, the collar 3 allowing the luminaire 1 to be held against the false ceiling 12. luminaire is thus installed.
  • the blade 6 is a spring blade.
  • the advantage of this type of blade is that it has elastic properties which make it possible to adapt the luminaire to any type of false ceiling of different dimensions, i.e. more particularly of different thicknesses from 1mm to 24mm approximately. Indeed, the blade 6 is bent and flattens more or less depending on the thickness of a false ceiling 12. The more a false ceiling 12 is thick, the more the blade 6 exerts pressure on it and the more the blade 6 flattens. Moreover, when the latch 7 pushes on the loop 61 of the spring blade 6, this loop 61 being elastic and therefore more flexible deforms more easily; the thrust and rotation of the spring blade 6 are thus facilitated.
  • the end of the lower arm 72 of the lock 7 protrudes from the collar 3 this end is pulled with a finger to unlock the bead 74 and pulls a few centimeters the latch 7.
  • This action releases the pressure exerted by the latch 7 on the loop 61 of the blade 6 and consequently relaxes the force of the spring blade 6 on False ceiling 12. Due to the weight of the luminaire, the spring blade 6 disengages from said false ceiling 12. At this moment, the luminaire of the false ceiling can be easily removed with the hands.
  • the latch 7 of the second slide 5 and the support 10 are completely removed to facilitate removal of the luminaire from the false ceiling 12.
  • the fixture and the mounting bracket, objects of the present invention are easy to install and uninstall quickly and effortlessly.
  • the system used is simple since the bolt and blade parts are easy to manufacture, the mounting bracket being generally molded in one block which facilitates the manufacture of the wells as well.
  • the fact that thanks to the spring blade system, they can adapt to different types of false ceilings is of interest in terms of undeniable cost.
  • the luminaire which is the subject of the invention, is in no way limited to the application of the false ceilings described above, and extends, for example, to walls having an interior cavity into which it is possible to introduce the luminaire.
  • the fixing support, object of the invention is not limited to the application described above, and extends, for example, to other applications such as loudspeaker speakers.
