Description

The invention relates to a door opener according to the closed-circuit principle according to the O-term of claim 1.

Known are door openers according to the quiescent current principle, which are formed with a pivoting latch as a pivotable locking element, wherein the pivot latch in the locked state, the case of a lock a door record and thus lock the opening of the door or can release. The pivot latch is locked or released by an electromagnetically actuated locking member. In this case, an electromagnet is energized according to the quiescent current principle when the locking member is engaged and locks the locking element, whereby the case of the door lock is in engagement with the locking element and thus holds the door in its closed position. Door openers according to the quiescent current principle are often used in doors in escape and rescue routes, as in case of power failure, the locking member releases the locking element, and thus unlocks the door and the escape route is released.

A disadvantage of these door openers is that the release of the locking element is only unreliable when applied during the interruption of the energization of the electromagnet, to release the pivot latch, pressure against the door and thus against the locking element. This can often be the case because the person who wants to open the door must press it open.

From DE 38 12 313 A1 discloses a door lock with a housing is known, which has an end face and a trap which is movable through an opening in the end face between a retracted position and a projecting from the housing closed position, in which they by a Spring is urged and further comprising a locking device which is rotatable from a passive position to a locking position in which it prevents the movement of the case from the projecting position into the position retracted into the housing. The locking device can be actuated by an electromagnet.

The invention has for its object to form a door opener according to the quiescent current principle, which reliably releases the door lock, and which is inexpensive manufacturable.

The object is solved by the features of claim 1.

Die Unteransprüche bilden vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Erfindung. The subclaims form advantageous embodiments of the invention.

The reliable release of the door lock is achieved by a cross latch as a locking element of the quiescent current door opener. A cross latch consists of two rotatably supported, one-sided wedge-shaped beveled trapping elements, which are supported in an arranged in the longitudinal direction of the door opener housing axis. In the locked state, the latch elements extend out of the housing of the door opener. The trapping elements of a cross latch have on their system on the inside of the Stulps eccentric, so that in the unlocked state, the latch elements can be pivoted and thereby withdrawn into the housing.

The door opener has as a control member to an electromagnet, which energized locks the locking element. The control member can move or release a linkage depending on the switching state. At the linkage, a lever connects, which actuates a spring-loaded slide. By the control member and by the slider spring in slotted slides can take two layers. About the lever ratio of the reversing lever, the force of the control member and the spring force can be matched. This slider has a contour with a recess on which a locking member is guided over a roller. This locking member engages depending on the position of the slider in the locking element, whereby it is locked.

When the control element is energized and the linkage retracted, the slider is in a lower position, in which the locking member guided on the contour of the slider keeps the locking element of the door opener locked, and holds a door in engagement with the locking element in its closed position.

If the control member is de-energized or the power fails, the linkage is released and the slider is brought by the slider spring in its upper position. As a result, the locking element guided by a second spring against the slider gives way and releases the locking element. The door can push back by pivoting the locking element in the forend and the housing of the door opener and thereby be opened.

An electrical switching contact, which is actuated by the door, prevents early energization of the control member so that locking of the locking element is prevented before the door is closed, otherwise closing the door would not be possible. This can be done for example by a reed contact, which is located in the forend of the door opener, and which corresponds to a permanent magnet in the door. Another, but more complex option would be an auxiliary trap, which mechanically detects the closed position of the door.

In the following an embodiment in the drawing with reference to the figures will be explained in more detail.

In the figures, an inventive door opener 1, which operates on the quiescent current principle is shown. For the sake of clarity, only the elements required for the embodiment have been shown. The door opener 1 shown in Fig. 1 comprises a housing 2 and a face plate 3, via which the locking element 4, which is designed as a cross latch protrudes. After the closed-circuit principle, the control member 5 is then energized when the locking element 4 is locked. By the energization of the control member 5, the linkage 6 is retracted into the control member 5, whereby the linkage 6 actuates the rotatably mounted reversing lever 7 and the slider 8 is pressed against the force of the slide spring 9 down. On slide 8, the locking member 10 rests on a roller 11 and holds the locking element 4 locked.

If the control member 5 is de-energized, the linkage 6 is no longer maintained. The slide spring 9 pushes the slider 8 upwards, and the linkage 6 is pulled out of the control member 5 by the deflection lever 7. The locking member 10 with the roller 11 is guided along the contour of the slider 8 by the locking member spring 12 in the recess of the slider 8. As a result, the locking member 10 is guided out of engagement with the locking element 4 and releases it. This unlocked position is shown in Fig. 2.

If designed as a cross latch locking element 4, acted by pivoting a door not shown here, with a side acting on the cross latch force, the cross latch rotates against the spring 13 through the forend 3 into the housing 2 and gives the door free. By pivoting the cross latch, the door is reliably released.

It is also conceivable that instead of the spring 13 shown in the figures, a tension spring is used, whereby the locking element 4 is retracted after release equal through the forend 3 into the housing 2 into it. To lock the locking element 4 is then swung out of the housing 2 via the forend 3 again by the locking member 10.

To prevent locking of the locking element 4 before the door is again in its closed position, an auxiliary latch can be used. It would also be advantageous to equip the door opener with a reed contact in the forend, and to provide a permanent magnet in the door. The reed contact is connected in a series connection to the power supply of the control member 5 and thus prevents energization of the control member 5 before the door is in its closed position.

The constructively simple structure is advantageous. An adaptation of the forces of the control member 5 and the slider spring 9 can be done very easily by the choice of leverage on the lever 7. For example, for a control member with a holding force of 10 N and a slider spring with about 20 to 30 N, a lever ratio of 1: 3 low. By using the roller 11 to control the locking member 10 at the contour of the slider 8 occur during the displacement low rolling friction forces. For doors in escape and rescue routes, which are unlocked by pressing an emergency button, only a receptacle for the locking element is required in the door. This can be very simple, for example, as a rectangular recess executed.
